I find it hard to think how NNN could have spent the money they had and who the creditors are. The most obvious one would be the lab space.
Therefore this is interesting reading:

The people who own BioCity are falling over themselves to help and fund their tenant companies.
Have they even approached them to see what is possible?
"So, who is this interested investor?"
Wouldn't be surprised if there isn't one. Probably put out to stop people contacting FCA, The Press and other authorities.
Tough 💩, already have. These have played us not once but twice.
Deserve the whole house coming down on them.
..
Same mine gone to normal account
Mine had been removed entirely
So, who is this interested investor? That prompts a delay in preceeding for due diligence to be carried out?
And what happens to our shares if a new investor jumps in? Do they transfer to a new company? Stay with the rebooted company?
In short ... do they or could they have any value at all?
I'm a Newby at this game as you may have guessed, and so far, learning looks expensive.
Good luck everyone!
Shares have now been moved by the Halifax from my isa to my share dealing account, death by a thousand cuts.

TB moved onto his new project, CMH, a long time ago. As far as he is concerned, NNN is firmly in the rear view mirror

The former Carillion Finance Chief Zarif Khan, gets 11 year director ban.
Zarif Khan, The former CFO stepped down as CFO of the construction service shortly after it collapsed.
The insolvency service said Mr Khan caused the company to rely on false and misleading financial information , was responsible for 'misleading market announcements'.
Last year the insolvency service applied for 8 directors linked to the business to be disqualified .
Litigation is continuing against other directors with a trial date being set.
The only additional comment I make, is the misleading statement rings a big bell with another company.
I will say no more.
i think the key word there is 'voluntary'.
here is a question ; if the gm has been 'adjourned' and could be 'reconvened' to count the votes, then are people who haven't yet voted still able to vote?
when they count the votes do they do so from a live system or did they write them on the back of a *** packet on the 15th?
could it still be worth anyone who hasn't already voted trying to do so via their brokers?
