After being in this share for almost 3 years, I’ve concluded from this board that there are 3 types of poster:
1. LTHs like me.
2. Derampers like UG, who infuriate LTHs, to drag the SP down by sewing doom and gloom and who hoover up cheap shares from inpatient LTHs and the third group.
3. Newbies, who day trade small sums for quick wins.
After suffering a stroke on the day of the warrants debacle last year in Fed, I’ve resisted this board for my own sanity, but this week’s news has been long overdue and very welcome. I firmly believe we are witnessing a turnaround, as promised, so my advice if you are a LTH who is easily irritated is to stop visiting this board and let the chaff squabble amongst themselves, before this share does to you what it did to me. There’s more to life than money, sit tight and wait, enjoy your life and fill it with meaningful pursuits. This board is not one of those pursuits, there is far too much nastiness here. You know who you are, grow up!!
Perfect advice Portoly, I did exactly the same many months ago after getting sucked in to piddly pedantic spats with one particular poster who I green binned.
I haven`t looked in for months until this new strategy news, just to see if some on here had the same optomistic view of the news...and the potential for even better news to come in the short/med term.
Some lth`s like me have a good impression of the work being done behind the scenes in the recent quiet period...but there`s always the doom and gloom brigade spinning fake views to fit their trading agenda.
Luckily I`m too experienced to need to read all the garbage so just use my own intuition as to whether I hold, top up, part sell to try to gain more shares at a lower price, or whatever.
I certainly feel more confident about the next 6 months than I have been feeling in the last 6!
I didn`t need the funds so just bottom drawered them until better news arrived...which it now has.
I knew that they weren`t sitting about picking their noses and playing tiddly winks, so it was always going to be a matter of when, not if, things turned positive.
Happy holder.
Sold a few at a loss many moons ago .I had a few remaining which l forgot all about. Added a few on the drop Added just over 2 million and a bit past few days. Was looking to add at around 0.5 a while ago so fairly pleased with present news.
Looks promising and agree with regards to a matter of when and not if.
Not a good share chat board at all this one so best keep opinions and views to myself.
Regards
Great post Portoly,
The only issue I have with it is when people like you stay away too long this can lead to "the lunatics taking over the asylum"
The more people like you who post common sense; the greater the chance of keeping the derampers- mischief at bay.
We need to maintain balance.
Happyoldgit.....
you (Not a good share chat board at all this one so best keep opinions and views to myself.)
As i found out myself yesterday.
Every AIM stock is a battle against the ayes and nays .....been like it for years. No matter what your view, there is always a plethera of posters waiting to disagree.
However i did sell most of my holdings and regretted it. Still hold a small amount worth about 2grand.
NNN back on yahoo finance , 1 off the most active companies, onwards and upwards.
Agreed again Josepi. The problem is everyone turns up when the sp is rising, they ramp and ramp then take their profits and disappear, the folks that are left are the ones holding the baby and they take their frustrations/anger out on regular posters, who never ramped, so the board becomes toxic. This cycle has continued here since I’ve been invested, nearly two years.
I really hope the new set of investors, do their own research and they don’t listen to any one on this board. I’ve been here long enough to know that anything can happen with this share.
Completely agree, have been in for years and I decided this board was a waste of time and energy, with the hazards of deceitful posts. Came back to see what was being said after the RNSs, but don't intend to visit often!
