Good evening Mrd. This is great news. This will go absolutely ballistic tomorrow. As always the markets always know, they should'nt but they do!!! The shorters knew it was coming, hence why they have virtually all closed. If anyone who has got a CFD and they're long, you're fine. However if you've got a CFD and you're SHORT you're in trouble!!! This will be in auction for quite a while from 8am before it starts trading. Good luck getting out if you're short??? Roll on tomorrow. Bring it on. Good luck all. Atb. Popeye.
I say again. I dont want no takeover at 1200p unles obviously they did fiddle the books then they can take it lol. No fiddle I want full value 2200-2500p..
Cb if its not its not. We tried. Better to have tried I think.... than to give up.
900p tomorrow. Praying freeh report takes us to 1200p. Full year results to 1500p. Then slowly onto true value
Freeh probably worked it in the first 2 days all is good but thought F this need to milk this "erm there was a sharpener brought I need to go see this sharpener in person to confirm whether its used for business purposes"
Mate every company does creative accounting. You just hope thats all it is. And not a tesco $320 million scandal who by the way did not get suspended!!.... put it this way I wouldnt hire Freeh if id of done anything wrong.
Cb it will be.... it just wont be in a straight line. Be nice if it was. But think about what we have here IF what they say is correct. $300 mill profit on $2 billion turnover plus its growing. That without all this noise is worth 21-24 pounds a share.
The fact that it has not been suspended oddly enough gives some confidence that the accounts/fundamentals and solid.... If it was to have been suspended it would have happened by now.
Suspended? What planet are you on.!! Nil chance of that unles the company request it.
Cb I have been in and out of stocks all year fearing a recession. Hence I got tullow thinking il make a few K on a bounce not f in lose 200k. But guess what healthcare does well in a recession so not afraid to hold this
Yes same here if finances are clean Il aim for £25. Thatl see all my losses return from tullow.
Cb they will get back to £25+ it just wont happen very quick.. but I can wait.. I invested in the business. Healthcare $300 million profit $2billion + turnover.
Castaway we did but not what they were selling hence it kept dropping.... now there's no more big sells left... the ones who took them hopefully will cash out around £20+
Well he sold all his free shs - so we can assume the selling by him is over
If they didnt have his shares as collateral and the other guys this would never of fallen below 1500p so I suppose in 1 sense its good for us.
We all bought them MRD - PI's funds II's, MM's etc. - the market bought them
Yes they sold his baby right underneath him. Took his legs right off. Wall street is brutal I learned that on tullow 75% down in 1 f in day.
Who ever brought them shares we have to hope are in it to see massive profits £20
Shetty was set up IMO - nice guy offers you loans on your shs, a way of accessing your equity and getting cash - he probably would not have foreseen the consequences. This goes on in Aia and the gulf all the time.
Its normal in the middle east to put your shares as collateral and enjoy a good life. But when the bank comes knockin they wont give notice they be like its done. Share price keeps going up its all rosy.
yes greg very nervous with good reason!
Yes, correct no impact. Some very nervous shorts tonight.
cb - yes personal debt as I understand it
Muddy Waters knew full well that there would be a second string to their bow when their bearish comments triggered margin calls. The collateralised debt was overhanging the NMC months ago and was probably responsible for the fall from over £40 to the mid 20s even as rumours of the MW’s research note was circulating. The banks would trigger margin calls as a matter of course. It is not up to the bank to make an assessment as to whether the shares were oversold and defer the margin calls. It would be more than jobs are worth let alone their bonuses. Its good that the company is,in a very real sense, divorcing itself from the shenanigans of its x directors. It makes me hopeful that the business will continue complete and in tact.
