Just as i had predicted, Interest and demand has jumped.... but in the big picture the share price still represents good value. Another strong sales announcement should solidify these gains or there may be some slight softening with a small window to buy on weakness. MY VIEW..... BUY & HOLD. Kidnokd thanks for your view on NLG. I will go and view. On Ms Daniels, She played a major roll in the global success of Diligent Corporation. www.nzx.com/markets/NZSX/securities/DIL. I enjoyed the rise of that company with returns exceeding 823%. The announcement is good news for the NLG. I remain very BULLISH
The volume of daily trades of the Arria NLG stock are quite good and seem to be setting a trend of increasing price support. For a "relatively" new Tech Firm to have such regular and good daily volume - tells me the Buyers are definitely out there and those investors are prepared to take a risk on a well-run Tech Company - with better than decent IP. I have noticed some very large trades going through - several million shares in total - just of late. That's nice to see and very encouraging.
cant buy I wonder if news is coming, had some huge trades recently
Nice to see Arria NLG PLC making the "Top Performer" List today - I wonder how the shorts liked that?
.....especially one with key marketing and nz market knowledge. Very large, late trade at 44p says to me this is heading north v soon.
Excellent NEWS - Arria has appointed Ms. Daniels back onto the Arria Board, after a long time off working "another" project... thank GOD for that - one of the best announcements all year.
AUSATRADER and Boldinvestor, I'm super-keen and have a fair amount of analysis on the nlg thread over at ADVFN. Very happy to discuss NLG either on this thread or over there, if you think that would help?
Good daily volume on NLG
Thank you Boldinvestor- I had not seen that.
Hi AUSATRADER. It looks as though the ARRIA NLG team have pulled off a coup in reference to IP protection. I refer to "Grant of US patent on Arria NLG’s Configurable Microplanner, a key element of NLG Systems" the full announcement can be found on the Arria website 4 August. This strengthens my thinking that they will be looking to leverage this technology over numerous platforms and markets.
Thank you Boldinvestor - I had not seen that article on Oil and Gas in Offshore Engineer, nor the very informative graphic of Arria's NLG Engine. I thoroughly read the two founding professors commentary on Arria NLG's role in Oil & Gas in the Gulf - and can understand why IBM decided to put NLG on top of its Watson Super Computer. The graphic gives a lot away on the workings of AI in the NLG Engine, I hope Arria has protected it's IP?
As an investor in Arria and someone who seeks out exponential technology to create wealth, I trust this helps those considering this as a high return opportunity. As part of my Due Diligence I have had the pleasure of meeting Dr Robert Dale as I explored the company and its technology. From books that I was reading and thought leaders around emerging technology, all were pointing to Artificial Intelligence (AI) as the next major breakthrough area. What Dr Dales and his team have created, teamed up with a team of experienced and well connected entrepreneurs is now shaping into a game changer. Consider this…..What does IBM Watson Know that you don’t…. Watson spent Billions to get to market, and is still spending massive amounts of Capital trying Commercialize its AI, yet IBM chose ARRIA NLG to sit on top of Watson, and be the voice of IBM Watson in Oil and Gas. Arria has only spent around USD$40 million to get to market. What’s more exciting now is NLG is being fully commercialized in multiple markets world-wide. giving the possibility of huge leverage for this company. Arria NLG's break-even is in the near horizon (many be a few years +\-) IBM Watson - after a decade - who knows, but IBM chose Arria; that says something about the future of Artificial Intelligence. With recent announcements of funding and proofs of concepts, I suggest the time to buy is now. BoldInvesting. For interest check out http://www.oedigital.com/component/k2/item/7053-narrating-data
JBTs - I just searched "Brian Henry Arria" and it takes you straight to the Home Page of a very professional site. The web site is very detailed and lists all his various Charities and Philanthropic activity; What is your problem? What have you created? What Charities do you support? You are obviously a very angry and jealous person. Maybe you should sell your imaginary NLG holding and go buy Walmart stock. That seems to be more your risk profile. New Tech stocks are high risk and high reward, definitely not for newbies or babies.
Here's a suggestion - JBTs should stop hiding behind his screen name, and be honest about who he is and what the motivation behind his negative opinions are really about. If you are trying to short the stock, be honest about it. Arria is doing just fine with the bankers and financiers funding it.
jbt , he has a great website helped many small co's get listed. nlg without doubt is a game changing technology. you need to spend money to make it. if you can't take the heat buy a different stock. DYOR.
And if anyone has a spare moment there is a marvellous website.....just search Brian Henry think you will find it most interesting!
With utter amusement having read the last 3 postings. For starters I am not negative just realistic! They still haven't raised the money they said they had a month ago......sorry of course the rest is to appear in the next few weeks. When did you ever hear of any AIM company announcing that thy have raised money in tranches like this? Assuming the last bit turns up of course! Even so they are still cash negative and I think this is the issue you are all avoiding......the business is on a very stick wicket chaps. But of course feel free to puff your bulls!!! Think that's real dear boy!
I just went to the LSE Website this minute - and in plain site for any shareholder to see - are the last 5 announcements in the last 4 weeks. Proof JBTs has some other motivation than accurate participation in this forum. Included are Funding updates and ANOTHER new major account. Keep it real.
There has been a huge number of Announcements out of Arria, what is JBTs in about? They are all posted. How annoying to have to put up with JBTs inaccurate statements.
JBTs, you do appear to be a tad continually negative. Me thinks he doth protest to much....I would think if this is not the stock for you and you have no real interest in it other than to continue finding fault, perhaps it would be best if you went of and found something more to your liking or something that made you happy to help get rid of that bitter taste in your mouth.
I do find it rather sad that you wish to be so rude. I am merely commenting on the lack of announcements or updates that were promised by the company by the end of August with regard to the proposed fund raising. To say I have an insider is, as you comment, "malicious and rubbish" so I suggest you choose your words carefully in future. When you mention that these funds arrived last week it would only appear the only insider here is you. And if that was the case shouldn't the company have announced this to the Stock Exchange? Am so sorry to have annoyed you but in future I really suggest you keep your postings with an opinion rather than abusive which is all I am doing.
JBT you are annoying me now with your either malicious or Ill informed rubbish. Stop pretending to know the situation. Funding arrived last week so have a word with your 'insider' and go invest elsewhere. Opinion is one thing but this is another.
The writing is on the wall here guys!! NO FUNDING.....NO BUSINESS! Sorry to say this as a shareholder but I fear the end is near.....unless they can pull their usual rabbit out the hat, but isn't enough enough now?
Well hopefully if that was a concern maybe offset it with the scientists who are major shareholders that Have written the book on NLG and dedicated the last 30 years to it with minimal funding and who's business was bought by Arria providing them with opportunity of a lifetime with a commercially savvy international team to identify viable projects and take to market. Not to mention Aberdeen University being a major shareholder and they have been forefront of English language for almost 500 years. Is this not the next frontier in language? I think it's a passion and life to them and not a lifestyle business and that's one of the many reasons I invested. Again it's a long term investment in unproven and unchartered territory with major investors with huge financial clout.
