suppose the only downside to that is how slow it would become., but yes I agree there are no rules against taking a blood sample for any reason and then sending it away for complete analysis, this happens in SE ASIA apparently!
yes, fair point, no rules against taking a blood sample I suppose, then sending the lot away to get tested, again no rules against that either, or are there??
Oh! I remember you now, of course, you are the founder member of the Winnifrith/Reynolds appreciation society!! lol
got no losses muppet! plenty of life in this dear boy.. we are just a moment in time.
I tried to warn you you guys but all I got was abuse. Bakky. Who's 'squealing like a little girl' now? Tell me that. Who's 'burnt' now bakky? I did try to help. My condolences to anyone who went along with shameless rampers like Winnifrith and keyboard hardmen rampers like bakky. Intolerant bully bakky. You deserve your losses. Others do not.
Fair play to you Twix on your cautious views with regards to the verdict and the downsides. I was guilty of wearing the rose tinted glasses but I genuinely believed 100 percent we would win. As for SP predictions... There is a big gap from 8p to 5p so assuming most people who wanted out already are it could gap back up quickly and the MMs are here to make money so what better way to flip all these shares at 4p they have upwards. Ok here goes 7p by Friday this week .... and £1 by Christmas lol
With respect to the alternative methods, the judge only ruled on the electronic process, ie the sequencing in the uk ... then analysis of data in Taiwan and sending the results back ... Sending the blood samples overseas so the whole process including the sequencing is carried out in a region not covered by the Illuminati patent is a very different matter ...
''we will continue to pursue our strategy of geographic and product diversification, coupled with a sharp focus on achieving profitability within the current financial year. We believe this strategy will ensure that, whatever the outcome of the UK disputes, Premaitha is a business that will succeed in the rapidly expanding global market for NIPT and clinical genetic testing."
or 2p if they ain't..lol
close of play Friday? I will go for 7p after confirmation that TMO are still onboard.
Lol. Such buffooooooonary. Talking of which. Did anyone get to listen to the tw bearcast and why he is not selling?
Twixy, already have lol. He is well in the picture of what a prize prick he is and what he wrote. He is very surprised at the outcome and reckons on another day and another judge it could well be different, just our luck we got this one..lol He also still reckons they can send samples abroad, the man is a complete buffoon and has ZERO credibility !!
Have a word with your doctor mate at Hardman too. The one who sent you that reply you posted a few times who couldn't say more as he was giving away our defence, but we had a very strong case. Lol So many around premaitha got this so completely wrong it defies description. SL should probably stick to the science and not the strategy or running the business . another mused expectation, but this one compared to the verdict is a masterclass.
Minus Sorry also crap day crap typing! I have a lot of crap days lol
10.8m minis circa 10/20% .. So say 9 million on a per earnings of x10 gives Premaitha a mkt cap of 100 million. The figures look good it's just that pain in the backside Illumina. Everyone knows where they stand now so well done to Illumina for sticking up for your patents and more fool me for hoping after they lost every other case on the planet including in the US they came to the UK court and won.....! What's done is done now they can move on.
Sorry corrections: 1) If UK is only 10% some could argue just to walk away from UK and remove the dark cloud ~ I would why dilute a company for a market which is not your strategic value. 2) $15 is $15m. Crap day, crap typing
Although thoroughly discredited now in the last Hardman report "In fiscal 2017, sales were derived from the UK (33%), EMEA (63%) and with just one-month contribution from Yourgene, APC (4%). More labs have recently been signed in the Middle East, making it an increasingly important contributor. For fiscal 2018, the spread of activity is likely to be nearer UK (10%), EMEA (40%) and APAC (50%), significantly de-risking the business." Today the 20% mentioned I thought was a bit high but there you go. So as mentioned Illumina can play hardball and just say given this verdict why settle and just beat them again on appeal or chance there will not be an appeal. If they do TMO will have to fund Premaitha. TMO will have to otherwise they loose the $15 loaned to Premaitha (sorry this was not the $11m mentioned earlier). The share dilution is NOW priced in. This means that if Premaitha issued another 10% to TMO there would be minimal impact. If EMEA is 10% to 20% some could argue just to walk away from EMEA and remove the dark cloud ~ I would why dilute a company which is not your strategic value. So yes there are costs to pay in the event of a settlement, but desirable over a year of appeals. If there is settlement then rather than diluting the share base the BoD may just do a distressed sell to another company. A share price of 0.4p when you have 321m shares in issue gives you a market capitalisation of 13m. Premaitha's expected sales figures for the 2018E is expected (thanks to discredited Hardman) to be at 10.8m.
Surely Thermo Fisher must show their hand sooner rather than later as it would be in their interests to do so? Just buy Premaitha out and be done with it and give the long term holders at least their money back. Why let Premaitha struggle on when they have such deep pockets and can fast track this all.
yes agree, someone should be held accountable for this surely? They have got it very very wrong.
it's all about the amount of costs and how it's paid now. Not sure if appealing is the right choice either unless they want to play for more time and pull in more money from global sales and kick any fines/costs etc further down the road. Keep it at bay for another 2 years or so and thy might be able to pay it by then..lol
Yes...jinx! Now let’s sue those fu$&ers!
can fully understand mate! I don't think Illumina will agree to a license whilst Thermo are about, why would they?
blimey! what a coincidence we posted at the very same time..
Buy .... hit
who the feck sanctioned this?? who was it, where are they??
