I think the tax losses are £60m not 600! Notwithstanding, the company now has no debt and is generating piles of cash. It has a great product in demand throughout the world.
What more does an investor need coupled with an amazing chart pattern?
Chris Mills of Harwood Capital doesnt think this will make 65p under its own steam which is where all the extra director bonuses kick in. Very much looks like we are on the way with two consecutive highs. He also mentioned that under the old regime of Cercassia they have they have £600 million to write off against tax. Not bad for a company worth just shy of £200 million. Wonder if that can be carried over by a new company buying them out. Presumably this shift in sp is due to very good trading update, possible special dividend and a cunning plan
72000 shares at todays high is an ‘unknown’ trade? Go on Let’s take a wild guess then
Got this one right! A further consolidation pattern just completed; onwards and upwards today.
Quite a lot yet to come from Niox; fill yer boots.
Charles Stanley take 5per cent but no sp action , that happens with the big 100 share trades later!
Today’s move marks the start of a breakout from a significant period of consolidation and presages a major upward move.
A strong buy at this level - watch out for good news I think.
You are not kidding about increased volume! Is this to do with capital reduction? Big trade at 18.00 thin trading today with USA closed.
Better price days coming as it will see increased volume. Niox has broken through an upper donchian level I monitor and that very often leads to a price run upwards following on.
Followed eventually by 3 trades 50k 50k and 22k. Shortage of shares possibly
Up 6% on £18 purchase. is this market for real?
US tax loss harvesting season. Looks like there's a seller letting stock out into the market and trying to avoid trashing the price. Don't see a recovery hapening until at least that has ended and Directors don't need to buy if you look at their options packages.
Upomega. Possibly a bit harsh on something that’s free:) part of the problem here is the bloody name change even though it was a good while back. Makes it harder to research. adfvn and stockopedia still havnt got it sorted. Still no director deals here. I know all that info gets reported usually but still good to have easy access to info for all to see. RNS info on shre sales and puchases is often complete gobbledy gook. Why cant they just say x bought or sold shares today instead of inventing some secretive code which can be completely misleading particularly after a placing. Many times have i seen an institutions holding seen as a reduction when they have in fact been purchasing shares. Its simply that because of the placing bringing more shares to market, their percentage has dropped slightly even though they enlarged their own holding.
So Noix/Cir are doing a ‘capital reduction.’ A share buy back in laymens terms. I guess their must be a difference as they had to get court permission to do it which i have not come across before. Unless they are thinking of returning cash to shareholders not sure I see the obvious point in a company this small that I thought were hoping to be bought out. Any how seems good value either way and what a great product
You are not alone there. I have been adding . In fairness to lse I do not think it is deliberately done by them to mis inform people. Inmv
Typical. Firstly i see my buy is listed as a sell and secondly why are lse so useless on publishing correct financial stats. They get so much wrong i dont know why they bother. The PE is currently just below 12 not 36.
Capital reduction I think. Market adjustment Supposed to push the sp up not down lol
Looks like a possible off-book transfer of 6.5m shares. Also looks like there was a 4.7m part of it misposted at the wrong trade price and then immediately cancelled, possibly leading to another rogue 4.7m recorded that I suspect may still be wrong. (6.5m x 2) + 4.7m = 17.7m.
You can see the breakdown in the Share Trades link above, doesn't look like anything concerning, maybe just housekeeping between funds.
ShareScope seems to reckon that 17,820,000 shares traded yesterday!
What on earths going on?
Has anyone an idea as to how home use for feno testing is progressing. It would be good to get some kind of update from the company.
Excellent results. Proposals to probably enter the dividend list and share buy backs, will add considerable value to the Share price.
Good all round report.
