Like the optomism, bit of rounding on your 0.4p buy I think and with penny shares it makes a difference, also it's NGL rather than NIGL (although they do have a few of the latter). Also you may have missed the fact that NGL has largely outsourced production so big as they might be (and they're not that big actually) that's largely irrelavent and the management have been disasterous hence recent events. Hopefully in 6m time though the price will be higher, July production numbers will be key IMO
Hi guys I have just bought a few grand of nil shares at 0.4p. I've done some research and I can see these going up in the next few months. In my opinion id fill your boots at this price. Its worth the 'risk'!!! Nigl are a huge gold mining company with huge mining resources and potential. Im in and holding these shares. I think 6months from now the price will be higher. Goodluck to all.
IMO, increased my holding here by nearly 100% on the drop this morning, looking for a decent return in about 9-12 months or sooner once the new guys show what this place can really produce with decent Man Management.
At the moment im going for OTC , and if i had money i would go NMG
Agree how good it was the diference ,here is mhg is on generating money from funds, this guys are burning money ,and remenber while the gould price shoot up this guys went down if you canot promote your goods when prices are going up and up, when are you going to do it ?
As you can see nasty surprises are all over the place ,not only MHG ,look here price above 7p waiting for that company someone even mention rio tinto ,yea right ,dillution 4p there you go has got further to fall it will go down below that 4p give it time
Glad i did not put a penny here i was going to but hold, up, when i see a company keep postponing an announcement like we are going to get a partner ,with experience on those mines week after week ,and look now the announcement in fact is about dillution at 4p how can we trust this peoples im not surprised the shares from 59p down 4,50p and talking about two years how they going to survive crazy
There are two things to say about the news (and I am ignoring another shocking set of numbers as these have become a given these days): 1. AT LAST! Somebody has finally done something sensible to the company. The biggest problem here has been management which constantly over promised and under delivered but, worst of all, did nothing about it, choosing to burn cash without taking any mitigating actions. 2. Why wasn't this done a year ago or more? Whilst the reaction in the share price is the usual knee jerk from private investors, this has surely got to be good news. The alternative is that we stick with previous management all the way to oblivion. At least this gives some hope for the future even if it is with far more shares in issue. I do feel for Barry(The Ex MD) - he is a nice guy but he has been promoted to his level of incompetence and he has done the honourable thing. Remember also that he has personally sunk a lot of money in this company and has a significant holding, all at a loss. In the short term this may well dampen the share price as well - I can't imagine he is going to hold onto them for long.
Re-reading : Convertible loan converts to shares at 6p - NOT BAD 50,000,000 new shares @ 4p - about a seventh of the previous total - Bad Ongoing Gold Production - currently at a loss - new team to change this - Good HOLDING my small holding
Big RNS - shares issued at 4p - bad. Production results - bad Future in a couple of years - not bad - - - -- what to do, take a loss?
Is good news
Don't see a rise hear until confirmation of better results or a buy out . Better results has to see more control of costs as ngl are paying far too much to pull an ounce out of the ground. There is also scarce news on how reaching hard ore is going tp contribute to profitability. On top of that there seem to be labour issues hence the desire to subcontract work. All in all things look bad but problems can be overcome. I am holding and in a few years time I hope I will be glad I did!!! Don't see any director buys at the mo but maybe they are precluded?
They don't say when they're announcing but it could be today. However, aren't the Aussies going to bed soon? Think this has a better than 50/50 chance on news don't you?
I don't quite follow with your joke but agree with the RNS slippage. I guess they were optimistic - to be honest, I have no issue with the delay as they no doubt need to do their due dilligence. I look at the glass half full - if it was a no go with the partner, a negative statement would be released much more quickly than a potential positive. Just my thoughts / greedy investment approach when others are getting out of the hot kitchen!
worth it? Lol - sorry, couldn't resist it. Might get a few more tomorrow, though it is a little strange how the deadline for their next RNS is slipping. It's perhaps a little ominous of a deal that is struggling to complete?
NGL's careers section has been updated. Previously there were 4 roles now there are only 2 positions left to be filled. The two positions from memory were both for Geologists, one Chief/Senior 15+ years experience, the other requiring 7+ years. These roles must have been either filled OR with the support of strategic partner, they were not required any longer. This is a positive progress, which ever way you look at it. Happy with my purchases as top ups on the dip today.
People
Gotta be soon - and surely good chance of GOOD news
Mm drop to buy
Have sold some mines
We are still in the dark here. Asx rules aside, if the shares can still trade on aim surely another RNs is warranted?
I'm still in and all I would say is that from my limited experience things like this shutdown news have on other shares made the market do exactly the opposite of what common sense would say should happen. I am not in here big so I will see what the morning brings as I said if I sold early doors I would guess that they shoot up later in the day/week?
the chat boards have gone quiet on ngl and the lack of communication from our bod's is really making me think this share will go the wrong way dispite todays unexplained rise in price, any thoughts? whats your thoughts blad are you still in?
