in here with both feet mate - I see this as the turn-around time - hopefully has bottomed-out and upon the road to recovery - and money just raised will help
At North Royal, the Company is pleased to confirm that it has reached the targeted hard rock ore. The harder rock ore means that more North Royal ore will be able to be added to the overall treatment plant feed. This should result in an increase in the ounces produced as more tonnes will be able to be treated. The blend ratio has already been able to be increased from around 20% of North Royal in the blend up to around 40%
almost all BUYS - share price will push up soon - in my opinion
soon breaking 5p (hopefuly)
hopefully get back over 6.5p in the short-term - - - as they focus on the areas that produce profitable onzes of gold - imo
see this as good news - - the new guy is taking necessary actions - - - At North Royal, the Company is pleased to confirm that it has reached the targeted hard rock ore. With a direct focus on cost, the Company has decided to suspend mining at the OK Decline in order to reduce expenditure and focus on the areas of the mine that are performing and/or producing profitable ounces. Manpower will now be transferred to the other areas of operation which should alleviate the reported manpower issues. By centralising the workforce on the new areas of focus, the Board believes it can also improve operational efficiencies. - - - - http://www.digitallook.com/news/rns/13574163-199446/NGL-Company_Update_html
Norseman Gold, the AIM-listed and ASX-listed Australian gold production and exploration company is pleased to announce an update following the recent fund raising of £6.9 million completed on 9 December 2011.
Anyone know what caused todays welcome rise? Are people starting to realise the value here at 5p for a proven producer of the heavy yellow stuff?
The next major catalyst for Australian gold miner Norseman Gold (LON:NGL, ASX:NGL) will be the December quarter's activities report, says Ocean Research. The 3 month report is due before the end of January next year and will show the company's production profile and operating cash flow following a sustained period of poor production performance and significant cash burn, said Ocean. The key to returning Norseman to profitability remains the North Royal open pit, it said, and this has continued to ramp up, produce broadly in line with schedule. - - - - http://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/columns/broker-spotlight/7711/broker-roundup-pt-2-including-synchronica-norseman-gold-metals-exploration-deltex-medical-and-kalahari-minerals-7711.html
What s a small punt? I really think this share will go up but I am not in due Xmas pressies. Hoping it stays low till Jan then I will buy a grand or so with a view to 18 bagging
Step brother in law! - Oversold, still risky but worth a small punt
What were your brothers reasons for rating them a buy?
When are they due out? Anyone. Just bought in here today on advice from my step brother in Law who is a broker, not taken his advice before as I hardly ever see him so whats the feeling? On reading past posts this Co needs better organised/motivated men on the shovels and picks or the modern equivalent! Is 10p poss' before Christmas? Suppose it depends on those Results...............
If ngl produce good results , surely the share price will seem undervalued? For me this share price is all about the ore quality, fill the mill strategy, manpower and tha ability to lower extraction costs. The recent rights issue show the bod obviously tacking cost issues but I think its going to be a while before we see the share price rise as it normally rises after the market has digested results rather than in anticipation of them
I DO APPREACIATE YOUR COMMENTS I NOTICE THAT WITH GOLD TOUCHING 1750 DOLLARS THE SHARES ARE HAVING A GOOD RUN HOPE IT CONTINUES BEST OF LUCK TO YOU ALL
Terrible attempt at a mindless bit of ramping - I've been in NGL for 18m, I'm guessing you're a decimal of that perhaps on the scale of hours/minutes. If you had any appreciation for what the Company's been through in the last 12m you wouldn't even suggest a price of 80p+ - we've scraped over that level once, with 60% less equity, on much higher grades and x3 the production ounces. We're nowhere near that now, to suggest so is just totally misleading. Positivity yes, blatant ramping you can keep. If the next set of quarterly results show production at 18k+ then a return to pre capitulation prices of 12-15p is entirely possible - still not a bad uplift from here.
im in here at 6p but i think your projections are way out. please remind me if you are right
With gold still rising and the world currencies in a spin, I cannot understand why these share are not back to 80p+. The recent management and funding issues will be resolved soon, so I have just topped up. IMO they will now steadily rise to at least 30p by the end of the year and £1+ this time next year. DYOR
ARE THESE SHARES WOTH BUYING I HAVE PUT MY TOES IN THE WATER AND HAD A LITTLE PUNT
I read these were a buy, any info on what 2012 profit will be? I read forecast is reduced and gold price assumption reduced which to me could mean an exceedance of expectations?
but if it gets much lower its worth a punt - in my opinion
looks a really promising recovery play to me
