".. Mr. Bang's shareholding has increased to 6,577,271 Ordinary Shares …. representing 4.16 per cent. of the issued share capital … and Mr. Ormondroyd's shareholding has increased to 2,721,705 Ordinary Shares … representing 1.72 per cent. of the issued share capital
Yep, that's 7 month old news. More relevant is the delayed £175k sell from yesterday which may explain the drop today. I've put a limit order in at 90p though I don't think I'll get it
£0.91 could be the bottom very unusual drop on such a strong RNS
Can't get a quote to sell 14 k 7 k or 4 k on hl....any ideas? 400 to sell only, seems something going on .
Makes absolutely no sense - hold and wait.
I have also top-upped but still no sign of recovery.☹️☹️
Hold on, and BTW - Have a read of their update from this morning:

Additional revenue from a contract extension.

I can only imagine people have got jittery with the inside selling. They own a significant amount of shares which in itself is a good thing. I'd expect them to sell and go on selling after a decent rise in sp. As long as they still hold a lot that what counts and they do.
These blips don't come around very often - Just loaded up on a 10% drop that makes absolutely no sense given the trading statement.
Something unusual is going on here. There're huge trades all day: 10k, 15k, 25k,50k,75k and 90k! Looks like someone is building up a stake in the company.
Yes, most buys are in thousands. I think someone is building a stake here.
Constructive volume increase.
Look particularly carefully at :
Cash in hand - £20.4m - 91% up.
and
Profit - £2.41m - 109 % up.
It may go down today ,
But
"Cream will rise to the top"
120 gbx . Nice little incentive.
Some one loading up ! Are we expecting news / buyout?
Hi Pedsy, interesting, thanks for mentioning that. So presumably the board were confident they could pay this debt off early back in 2017 when it was arranged, and seemingly the early payment option was triggered pretty much as soon as theu could. I would expect therefore a consistent boost to income by roughly the same amount as the debt interest payments year on year for the next few years. I guess interest rates are rising across the board so this early payback will be a boon.

Is netcall reading my posts??
At 10:24 am I asked on here , where's the debt??
At 14:00 netcall posted the RNS explaining they paid most of it?
Strange??
ANYONE read the results*?
Any read the results??
Last year net had £6.5 ml debt and £5.5 of debt notes.
I can't see neither ( NO debt) , on the figures of the oct the 5th results ??
Thank you
Ok nice to know :-)
Yes , lots. We are just keeping quiet.
It is coming....
Anybody here?
a $ 19m contract should help it along :-)
I wonder what this will do to the dividend? :-)
