Serious Gains? I think 400-600% for free meets that criteria
Yes; But they are also raising serious money at higher prices. The seed money investors are locked in for six months and they are in it for serious gains. Some big backers.
Tread carefully up here, read the prospectus as there is a lot of cheap seed money in at 0.20-0.30 plus 6-700m of free shares. That's a lot of churn.
quite funny reading all the nutters comments. if you think a billionaire mining professional bought the largest stake of neo for a quick flip then your way off the mark. read what he is all about. he runs production companies, he isn’t scratching round hoping to find stuff in the ground. it’s all there. https://*****onvanderburgh.com/portfolio/press/
Idiotic comment. Raising at a premium gives investors confidence . You must be so used to bucket shop placings that you don’t understand!
I don't disagree with the expressed view points especially when considering long term holds - nevertheless I still think its a stock for trading profits.
I can see institutions buying this particularly as it's Uranium and a green investment. I'm expecting holdings RNS's to occur once this is trading fully.
Long term these are indeed a very interesting investment in a red hot sector with very sound management. The only caveat in the short term is the 'sword of Damocles' held over the stock as with most IPO's. The seed investors or founders of the company hold millions of shares at a price of 0.2p. These are locked in as in most cases but in this case only for a period of 6 months which is a lot shorter than most issues. Whilst news will undoubtedly drive this forward, the price is likely to be extremely unpredictable until this is addressed. Granted not all founding members will elect to sell and some stock will be in 'sticky' hands but there will likely be millions come on to the market next May when some are able to realise a very handsome profit indeed. Time will tell but prudent to be cautious until then in my opinion.
Lol..Chattty..are you having a larf? How many companies raise cash at a premium to the trading price? None. The £500k on top of the £5m raised iallows for the advancement of the project to increase the resource estimates and move to production. The main investor Van De Burgh of QGC who is investig £3.5m wants to see mining in 2024. This is a near term fast track low cost development mine in a sector that is hot for uranium. All of the uranium is at surface 5-8m in soft material sand. Easy to process. Uranium is going up in price.
Chattty do you understand how listed companies build/survive? Just in case anyone was wondering what the primary reason for companies coming to the stock market, @NeoEnergyMetals, raises in the aftermath of the first day of dealings yesterday #NEO Clearly, it has learnt the lesson that junior miners should always be as well-funded as possible @ZaksTradersCafe https://twitter.com/Share_Talk/status/1722937044513562796
Probably worth a trade but the basics are little news until the company completes the new feasibility study.
Also the company has within hours of listing shafted new shareholders with instant dilution by raising further funds thereby laying the foundations for mistrust.
Because it dropped to .75 yesterday
Just came onto my platform so i bought some straight away , watching the video looks like an exciting project, right place right time what with Nuclear energy requirements in the future , Right place ,Right time.
The sp fell on first day of dealings yesterday mainly due to NEO not being on trading platforms. They RTO'd into Stranger Holding which had the ticker STHP and online brokers still had STHP as the ticker hence limited dealings and the drop. Should be on brokers platforms by Monday. If you can buy then get in before it'd widely available.
"Subscription for Shares and a Placing of Shares at 1.25 pence per Ordinary Share", today mid 1.175p so why is it showing 34% up?

· neo energy metals has significant news starting tomorrow with a project where anglo american, one of the world's largest mining companies, has already completed a positive feasibility study.
· the henkries uranium project in the northern cape has established resources, but these are based on less than 10% of the resource area, indicating the potential for substantial resource increase.
· the company plans to update the feasibility study and make a development decision within the next 12 to 18 months.
· south africa, despite its challenges, is considered a first-world mining environment with access to power, water, and key infrastructure.
· brewer asserts there is no downside to the investment from his perspective, citing the right ingredients and a strong management team.
· the company is fully funded through the support of q global commodities, avoiding the need for additional capital chasing.
· positive surprises are expected, such as rapid project advancement and promising results from assay work and new drilling programs.
· all key senior management and stakeholders, including brewer and *****on vandenberg, have skin in the game, indicating a strong belief in the project's success.
· the local partner, a black economic empowerment partner, has held the project for 10 years, waiting for the right opportunity to unlock its potential.
three reasons to buy shares today include:
· the project is technically the most advanced uranium project set to be produced globally.
· the project team has a proven track record of delivering projects in south africa.
· the uranium sector is at multi-year highs, with insatiable demand as the world transitions to new green energies.
share price: 0.925
bid: 0.75
ask: 1.10
the interview concludes with confidence in the project's timing, the right project to deliver, and the team that's set to deliver it.
Nice raise at 1.25p.
There are plenty watching . Impressive raise at 1.25
Anyone change their mind on how much of a joke this company is?
NEO have been approached by the TSX exchange for listing in Canada, which they are considering.
Apparently a lot of brokers are yet to go live with NEO online. Should be done by Monday.

Someone also topped up £40k today at 1.01 - confident purchase
Q Global Commodities Van De Burgh has put in the bulk of funding £3.5m at av. of 0.86p. He wouldn't do that if there was flippers here. Seed investors are locked in for 12 months.
Forget buying this. They are all in at 0.2p and buying at 0.8p now is ridiculous. They are up alot already it is just a quick flip for the boys.
