A stellar Friday afternoon after hours RNS or lack of is what will make up my mind .
I suggest others hold off , voting too early is making it too easy .
Most shares rise in anticipation of results .
We should be doing the same.
Thanks, B2HS2L. Completed the form but there didn’t seem to be an upload button so not sure if it was actually sent!
Still undecided on my vote !
From 13.09.2021 RNS:
"Shareholders can register for the AGM and access to the online meeting by visiting https://novacytagm.eventitdept.com. Shareholders can vote online until midnight on Saturday, 25 September 2021 using the same link. Submissions must include an electronic signature and be accompanied by evidence of shareholding, for example a share certificate or statement of holding."
Above 85% would shock me, I think you are being naïve but then maybe I am!
Also just remembered to vote - but have lost the link to voting online! Help, please
Monty
..."that can materially effect the SP estimated to be more than 10% per the listing rules"
Is that both AIM AND bourse rules please?
The votes will fly through, all above 85% is my prediction. Clearly a lot of novices on the BB that have no clue how these things work.
(To much hot air, speculation, impatience). The results every 6 months are the only tangibles aside a takeover bid or massive jaw breaking contract that can materially effect the SP estimated to be more than 10% per the listing rules
BOD,s treat sh,s like mushrooms all year, but on one day they want our support.
Got a mail last night reminding me to vote (was leaving til last min to see if anything new came out). Now voted and in all remuneration, buy back etc voted Against
I think there is a high possibility of not getting enough votes in to pass the threshold, and on certain resolutions a very high possibility of shareholder revolt. We will have to wait and see.
For what it's worth, I did vote against some of the resolutions because my own principles simply does not allow me to agree with them based on things that have happened the last 9 months.
I see that as another potential benefit of a negative vote RBMInvest. For 2 years they have struggled to rope together all the myriad private investors to agree resolutions. This years its been much more organised, but they may well still fall short, particularly if a decent number of people vote no. It may then force their hand to try to bring more II in to reduce the need for this annual game of catch the shareholder. If it forces them to bring in new brokers to get II support, or provide a clear investment decision for them then all the better for us. Its acedemic though anyway I feel, it will pass.
is a negative vote, not voting at all?....or certain aspects, an 'against' vote e.g remunaration, share buyback?....or no to everything?....e.g. agreeing to financial statements etc.
Totally respect that considered choice Bluelight, we’ll all have our own take on things. Hope you’re right on the consensus, because the board being unable to pass pretty mundane (in the main) resolutions will just add to any II reluctance to buy in IMO. Let’s just hope that they actually get voters in the numbers required.

I'm sure I'm view as fairly positive towards the company and I take on board the cut off your nose comments.... I suppose the opposite would be if you've got gangrene cut it off therefore saving the rest of the body!!!!! A slightly over the top analogy I accept.
I've not voted yet and certainly not had any contact from any mailing list canvassing me, I'd presume they feel they have sufficient votes.
For me personally if a negative vote is the consensus (which I would be utterly amazed if it were by the way) then it matters little what short term impact it has on the share price. It's already massively below fundamentals, so a bit more makes no difference to me at all. However it may well have an impact on the board, in that they may understand finally that they can't just take shareholders for granted, and that if they want to prosper then we also have to prosper, and not as it is now where they prosper at our expense. Many of us are angry at how they have allowed us to get to this Mcap position. if they have big dreams to make us midcap then they'd better start showing us exactly how they will do it, and we'd better to start seeing capital gains, not endless capital losses. I've drawn my line in the sand, no further support from me until they show positive action for shareholders.
Yep, everyone is expecting that, but too late to change voting sentiment. Too many people sound like they have, or are going to, cut off their nose to spite their face.
What RNS are you getting on Monday Lewis, one to remind people that voting has closed?
Kitzie, I’m not disagreeing with you at all and I voted yes to everything, bar bonuses. However, my fear is that there will be a sizeable revolt and several resolutions will not go through. This will not help any transition to mid-cap, nor the SP. Part of being listed on AIM is knowing how to play the AIM game, thinking they’re above it before they’re out of it would be naive.
IMO, says how honest the BOD is. Releasing information that is genuine and to not manipulate stock, unlike many AIM/ covid stocks out there. Shows they don't need to, especially when looking at prioritising what's going to grow this company. This is the time for transition into midcap....protest votes won't change these priorities.
I can imagine the investors that might want to get out, this may not be good news, but I still believe within 6 months the resolutions will be seen along with significant growth in R&D and sales.....
I’ll say it, I’m disappointed that we’ve had no news this morning. Mainly because it’s going to see more shareholders vote ‘no’ as a protest. A shareholder revolt could further undermine confidence in the SP, please think long and hard before voting.
