Mixed start this morning. Some good research over the weekend made for a more promising picture. Results moving closer. Dhsc have acknowledged the dispute.
Thats a good find. A company the size of Roche would be a great partner..maybe too good to be true but you never know. Well find out who it is soon enough and just the fact that a company of their size is still investing in the covid market is very encouraging for us.
Hope its ok to post this excerpt from your link here..
"Complementary to the SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Self Test Nasal, Roche is offering NAVIFY® Pass. This digital solution allows individuals and healthcare professionals to remotely store, display, and share their COVID-19 test results and vaccine status through a personalised QR code. Having easy digital access to test results and vaccination status could potentially be used by both individuals and companies to facilitate access to locations with COVID-19 entry protocols, such as restaurants or entertainment venues, as well as to validate safety to travel."
“As the world prepares to reopen, high-quality, home-based testing will play an important role in the battle against the pandemic,” said Thomas Schinecker, CEO, Roche Diagnostics. “Regular self-testing at home can reduce pressure on healthcare systems. It can quickly identify people with the highest potential to be infectious so they can take immediate action to seek medical advice, manage their infection and protect others.”
Just checked it out and it is on the official list of 63 distributers. It is well worth a visit.. the site is massive.
Www.nanolife.quest.com..
Malaysia has quite a large infection rate. A quick check throws up nanolifequest.com. this looks like a massive site with allot of major companies advertised on it.
On another web site qpcr is highlighted. Not quite certain if this distributer has been noticed before..
Ooooh La la !
think French
Oh well, hopefully not much longer for GM to confirm.
or Biosynex
Biosensor and NCYT
It looks like Roche are already in partnership with SD Biosensor. Inc on this?
fits the bill nicely:

Proof will be in the pudding come end of June when GM reveal all but if I was a betting man (??) the secret partner is probably the one that we been working with for a while now
Intresting choice kitzie ....how did you come to that one ....
Roche
Or maybe a dodo!
BTW
Anyone seen Baronness Dido Harding of Winscome or Dr Susan Hopkins lately ?
Think I'm more likely the see a Spix's Macaw or an Hawaiian Crow in my back garden the way things are going.
It shouldn't take much to produce a test with better S&S than the present crappy Chinese stuff and IMO, they should be withdrawn or destructed ASAP given the dangers outlined by the FDA. That would be a great start point for the so-called 'indestructible' relationship as cited by the twazzock as the tests are still causing destruction to peoples lives AM.
There needs to be tailor-made support with checks (not necessarily cheques) in order for people to self-isolate for any home test to be effective.
Evening Porky , Novacyt never hype anything , not a secret , just release as a done deal. I'm not remotely concerned about S&S because GM wouldn't have told us he is aiming for end of 2nd quarter if he wasn't already certain he had a product fit for release that met all the pre stipulated criteria. I am intrigued to learn who he has partnered with as this may give a clue to future potential tie ups . Most of all feel it would not be in GM's character to announce to the market that the product will be for home use unless it has already been approved. Time will tell and not long to wait . Tick tock.
@Kaeren
Fair point, indeed i haven't seen anything anywhere either. This product dev is totally top secret.
If it is Excalibur i wouldn't be surprised if its released with some kind of integration with the test to go App or similar:-https://excaliburhealth.co.uk/test-to-go-app/
Might be wishful thinking but Novacyt are known for always being a head of the curve and my gut feeling is that they won't disappoint here either.
Not long now to wait...
Saxondale , easy to do , think im suffering from boardatitus , cross eyed from who has released what , when and for what use, what S and S and if for professional use only. The only company I'd be happy commenting on is this one .
@Wilson63
Yes indeed, non-invasive
Thanks
@Saxondale
It can't be AVCT because their test is not cleared for "Home" use by PD as far as I'm aware.
The mot likely suitor is:-
Excalibur - which incidentally is also a 15min test and is a Partner on PCR
https://excaliburhealth.co.uk/diagnostics-and-testing/
100% sensitivity on highly infectious people and 99% on moderately infectious.
Results observed within 2-3 minutes for highly infectious individuals and lower viral load infections within 15 minutes.
But there are others...
Yes sorry , just re read the R&D update , I got mixed up with the Pathflow Antibody LFT test and read it as the Antigen test ( yet no stats )
Will be an interesting next few weeks .
Saxon dale it's thought probably not, due to the home testing element that's probably confirmed imho
Porky9 I'm sure you meant non invasive.
I have never seen any stats for Novacyts LFT ? Therefore cannot conclude that anything is similar in anyway to any existing test
