You do know RR are planning to have a rights issue in the next few months right?
There was a rumour when the buyout was on the table (20.9p) that there had been multiple firms looking at the loan book and that a high st bank had been looking. It wasn’t you guys was it? Someone mentioned metrobank again on Advn today in connection
There’s a lot going on there but once you start researching it the situation isn’t as bad as it first seems you need to go through the rnss and james benemores twitter to get a feel for what’s going on. I’m very confident that it will be a bag more than once from here. The director dump is by design to circumnavigate a major shareholder agreement 1% every day until he is below 10%.
Check out the cash v market cap!
Yep that's fair to say it's a bit of a punt...

Home is where the heart is ... Did 7 yrs in The Navy and then 10 yrs in Met Police before moving back to Lancashire so I have moved around .. Still not sure I would want to live permanently abroad but will definitely do some winters abroad in the future
Amazing weather and better culture than Thailand.
Money goes further in Colombia, average wage there is 2-5k per annum.
When I am 50 I am moving to Colombia, better looking women.
"The FCA are also investigating disclosure relating to our application for AIRB accreditation."

Cud re AIRB, the FCA are investigating metro over some inconsistent statements in the past on when they would get approved. Hence now the new BoD do not talk about it and just say it is the regulators gift.

My other half is just retiring next month from NHS she a Band 8 and earns over 50k a year and not worked on frontline for over 15 yrs ..she says all the time about the money wasted in NHS ... still gets her pension and then goes back half time 2 weeks later and will be earning more money .. sh also got a gig teaching Safeguarding at a university .. happy days ... we are now both recipients of a very generous public service pensions ... I definitely think these are not sustainable and in years to come I think it may be cut

Time to take up cycling but not a big fan of that as the British motorists are no fan of cyclist .... it scares me too much ... maybe it’s a peloton thingy ... LCR unfortunately I’m like one of those hard working Donkeys you see on the Sky adverts :):):):)
That sounds interesting, approx how many trades will you do per day and is it UK stuff only?

"Don’t diss the computer and studio and multi layout for various functions . Nearly 50 grands worth. Had to do 6 months work for somebody to get it free"
That's a hell of a lot of gardening!
Just seen an article on the front page of the Sunday Times about the second wave of PPI claims as some payments were not made in full ... That can’t be good fun for LLOY or BARC .... I think PPI was a little before MTRO time
