interviewer asks what happens if no deal in 6 months
Stamp says ' maybe merge with another company or fundraise at attractive prices '
I was very surprised he made this comment and decided to sell down
@Chique which interview? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6_AYfCDkAvQ is the latest I see and he said 0 plans for fundraise and that current cash will see us get to Q1 2023.
I tried to give a subtle hint a week or so ago but didn't want to deramp the share - I sold out here most of holding late jan and now zero holding
....meanwhile we drop to 12.75
Look at the last 5 mins of stamps last interview
Always makes me nervous about a placing... surely not from these historic lows? Midatech presenting tomorrow so hopefully something positive will help revive us out of the doldrums. GLA
several large buys
RNS in the morning… ?
Have we struck oil?!
Yes , sold 80% out back in January and the rest last week
might as well - even 100% from here is still under placing - being walked down without news and added global stock exiting
Decided I would 'jump in' if any news
I exited completely last week here
This is painful to watch. 14p - come on Stamp, you’ve more ‘shots on goal’ than Kane but taking them like Southgate… this is slipping lower each day
Silence ,lol. Some nice buys going through today. Makes a change. It's been a torrid month.
lol
Where did you get this?

After listening I reduced here by 80% - maybe others have. I think his comments were just made because he never expected the question and not really true plans
seems to have been since the stamp interview a few weeks ago
…. Another trading range, firmly sub 15p - almost half the last placing
Surely Stamp is aware of the slide? Desperately needs news here now
I think this is getting primed for a huge rise in the next 2 months, I wouldn’t want to be out of this one when it does rise all the fundamentals are in place it’s a case of someone hitting the button !
thanks pharmagiles.. that's a new low in the flakiness of this website stakes.. and there have indeed been plenty of new lows in that context.... and the advertising / general screen noise is farcical here too.. it being free of charge if you want it to be is a fair counter point too though ..
Good to see that new appointment indeed.. but this remains an extraordinarily 'tricky' share imho.. and its share price has altogether been factorially shamefully bad for kinda ever.. one of the great AIM mongrels so far.. but hope springs eternal ..etc..
Hi NicetoMichu - accessing the RNS via this site I also have a blank in Box 7..
Good to see a new appointment this week, hopefully strengthening their BD activities.
On Monday, we welcomed Steve Ellul who joins Midatech Pharma PLC as VP of Business Development, responsible for all commercial activities for the company.
A chemist by training, Steve has spent more than 30 years in commercially focused roles across multiple sectors of the pharmaceutical industry.
Steve has led commercial teams at drug delivery organisations, including Eurand and Bespak, and has held senior roles at speciality pharma companies, Elan, Shire and Theravance Biopharma.
We are excited to have you on the team, Steve, and look forward to the successes the future will bring!
there's an 'only' missing in my previous post, apols ..
(from the link you attached you obviously did indeed access via London Stock exchange website .. which does indeed also show <5%) I'm still very interested on your feedback on what you see from opening that RNS via the link here though, just fmi
