Couple of pieces of work Amtech and Lost Money when people are actually trying to explain things and provide rational explanations - never mind all that lets continue to stick the knife in !
And to think no-one stock bashes on here ! š
Whoās explaining City, you havenāt, Weed hasnāt
The problem City is that you canāt refute the extensive evidence that Lost Money has posted. Your reply was about āstock-baskingā. Why donāt you provide factual evidence to counter Lost Moneyās claims and the new NonExec DID NOT attend the party? Did the NonExec ever publish on this BB?
Is that all that you have Lothbury ? - a shareholder with 300m shares with the experience he has in esports, gaming and selling companies takes the time and expense to go to Mexico and then agrees to go on the board after the visit ?
Are you for real ? - I thought you had experience in the corporate market and city ? Have a word with yourself and look at what you have just said, you are embarrassing yourself.
Amtech - really ?
Okay so give us your take on it all for everyone for all to see and something you will will stand by so when it all comes to pass itās there in stone ?
Party is irrelevant really ,when you look at significant people and other director of ignite ( only 2 it wonāt take long ) in relation to MOS board of directors, one search on company house , itās a good job the RNS stated in regard in keeping ignite on the vote didnāt include ME to ensure shareholder value š¤š¤š¤£š«£š¤£ definitely not lifestyle
Try a reply from me City instead, not in stone ,listed in companies houseš¤
Amtech.... You ask "who is explaining?" ...." Weed isn't".
In simplest terms I can only express that I don't feel any need to explain.
Not really interested in your reply as itās the same regurgitated bile.
Your right , your not interested in this ,now ,but you will be when they agree to purchase ignite giving exactly the same reasons as the Krunch deal .. Krunch lost 85k and Mos purchase was 1.4 m ish .what will they value ignite at ā¦ not fantasy, not bashing as you put it ,but history , everyone listed on companies house as being in ignite ,are Mos directors, the one employee of ignite (itās 1) looks to be the ignite accountant who is a director of Mos( I think thatās correct ) ..now Iāve not made any of this up the figures for Krunch via RNS ,names of directors/mos ignite all on companies house ,so my only question is if BET is successful will they use a dilution (same as Krunch ,after massively ramping podcast) off the increase in SP to purchase ignite or the first year or two profit ? Definitely Not lifestyle company š¤ now apart from City obviously ,can anyone honestly say they canāt see this happening, and then explain why Iāve been very clear why I believe 100% this will occur , City gone for the your post rubbish argument š¤£ I would love to see an actual reason on why I might be wrong?
What a stupid post
Weed, City seems to think you were explaining when he wasnāt so donāt really know what his post was about to honest.
Itās last chance saloon for the company and its investors City, every strategy so far has been a failure barring IGS. Lots of established competition in Mexico on the betting front just like loads of competition in India (they only needed a very small percentage there also, that failed). So what sets MOSās new venture apart? please donāt say NFTās attached because the sales have been dismal. Maybe itās the talking about it on a podcast but doubt it. So itās just a betting site like all the others then.
I remember towards the end of last year that many were bragging about their holdings over on the telegram group. I had an insignificant amount compared to some and felt somewhat of an indigent. Thank god that I didnāt plough more in due to peer pressure. The whole thing has been a shambles.
Also, watching Humpy Dumpy jet setting was deplorable as it was of no great significance to the shareholders.
As always City you have no reasoned reply, but it donāt matter because itās easy for anyone to see ..they have done it once they will do it again.. just compare board of Mos /owners of ignite and Krunch and significant people when Krunch deal was done, and Krunch finances as per both Mos RNS itās all in posted RNS and companies house. Simple to see Ignite has 1 employee, the accountant ( Mos financial director) so the person that Mos pays, to carry out the the Heroes website maintenance ( as stated in its own RNS ) is Mos very own CEO or the other significant person ,another Mos director ..definitely not a lifestyle company š¤·š¼āāļøš¤«š¤šš¤£
Also City please highlight what in my post is either bile or stupid so I can respond directing you to the RNS or company house reference relevant (but as a TR1 I thought you would have seen that as part of your research) š¤·š¼āāļø
But I wonāt do all your research for you š¤£
I will post something again from a few weeks ago Lost Money in case you missed it.
Whilst I will be the first one to admit that things have not gone to plan what i find unpalatable is the comments made on here about Mark Epstein and how the SP is all his fault and that the roads he has taken us down have all been failures.
He is not likely to come out and tell people the whole story about the journey MOS has been on but one thing i can tell you categorically is that Bet, Talk and Capital Media would not be happening if were not for him, people can believe that or not, frankly i don't care.
People commenting on him going to Mexico on a " jolly " have literally no idea what has been involved in bringing this all together, it is months and months of work, long hours on phone calls and emails ( due to time difference ) and weeks away from his family - to suggest anything else is disingenuous and one the main reasons why i have no time for most people on here.
The efforts he has put to get us to this stage donāt particularly look like those of someone running a lifestyle company.

THAT`S HIS JOB !!!
So therefore by definition him going to Mexico and working long unsociable means that they are neither Jollies nor is he treating it like a lifestyle company - that was solely my point.
No I don`t think they are `jollies`or a lifestyle but after years of trekking to and fro, one would expect to see some fruition from the journeys. We have bounced around from one business venture to another each one full of promise from the Board and TR1`s like yourself only to move onto something else.
ME will always have to shoulder the blame City, it comes with the territory. Maybe if they were more realistic instead of false promises which only prove to backfire, then the expectations would not be so high from investors. All these cry`s of `get in the car before it leaves` and `judge us in 24 weeks` etc.... they just set themselves up for a fall. Hopefully everything is coming together now and we shall see some benefits.
Thats fair Scottyboy but as Silversprings alluded to last week -all the groundwork done with NFT's, Bitso, Livescores all fit into the jigsaw so now we will hopefully see the rewards of all that in the coming weeks and months.
There needs to be some consideration surely for the size of the task theyāre trying to achieve here though and the resources they have. How many AIM minnows do people know who have hit every single target they say they will, never hit any roadblocks, havenāt had to change course at all? MOS have been trying to enter into industries that far bigger players have been dominating for a long time and in some of these endeavours have been reliant on external partners who havenāt always held up their end of the bargain. The company could have poured all their own meagre resources into marketing the NFTs and perhaps revenue would now be higher but we wouldnāt have this opportunity with BET and maybe the company would have been in cash flow trouble following this route.
Building a tech company is not an easy challenge, yes thereās been some false starts and things that havenāt gone now the company might have liked but the difficult all this canāt just be passed off.
If BET and TALK work out like we hope though, and MOS with live scores, itās SaaS platform, and itās NFT marketplace underpin this, then that is a major achievement for a UK AIM listed tech minnow regardless of what happened to get there.
Silversprings. Very fair post. I agree with most of what the others say today too.
I would like to see them being a bit more vocal about what they are doing with Bet now that we are into Q2 2024.
Hopefully that's a reasonable comment!
Agreed Techno ,now Iām sure I must have missed this ( been looking into other things as your aware but ) 12th December RNS statement was Bet would go ahead once regulatory approval had been given , it must have been announced as part of another RNS or on the meet presentation because Iāve missed it . That RNS ,one line in bold BET received regulatory approval would get the market looking in this direction ( and if it has happened you can all post about it on here now highlighting it) now confidence is high on some fronts with platform design etc, to meet Q2 launch, . Now I remember it has already been posted previously about they have the approval and how hard it is to obtain ,so Iām almost certain Iāve missed it .
Who reported my post about the mute looking like Clark Stanley?
