Dismal investor relations. We are just a nuisance.
Exactly, completely undervalued.
Can’t believe the current price. A growth company, making real profits with a p/e around 4. Still I see it as a buying opportunity. Made a couple of purchases and even persuaded Mrs T to buy a few.
Absolute bargain at the current price, the last RNS results were superb and we should see more of the same when the next results are out.
Superb results, strong second half to the year. Here’s to continuing progress

Up nearly 10% and a sea of blue.
Good to see this slowing heading in the right direction.
So we finally get the U.K. banking licence . The costs of setting this up have been taken this year. This will allow the company to offer rates in the U.K. that are attractive and will help fund more lending.
PAL is based in England and we charge close to 20% getting it flipped 1.2 x a year. The growth phase is getting going now and I remain if the opinion the company will make £10 m in the first year we have full control of PAL . You can then value the company as you like but it will be far higher than right now. I am a holder so please DYOR

Staggering eh !

When is the dividend being paid?
WOW, what an excellent RNS.
What about payment assist. 700 k in a quarter. We only own half of it !! So 2.8 m in the full year 2023 going to £5.6 m when we take full control. Shares on their way to 80/100 p in a year or so. Fantastic.
Results out, profit up 70% as is the dividend. Good year and more in the offing when UK licence comes through. Not the best of times for the banking sector but this one is a positive

I wasn't aware of the delay, perhaps I should have been, thanks for pointing it out
I'm a little curious how the price can be down 5% today with no trades... is it MM's testing the water?
Sorry if it's daft questio.

MFX application for a UK Branch Banking Licence - in the RNS MFX state this gives them the potential to add £0.5 billion of assets - as they already have £0.317 billion of assets and this is growing at a nice rate already - points to MFX having the potential for £1 billion of assets in a few years

Are those massive trades from yesterday buys or sells?
Have to agree, very much under the radar for a long time. At year end I thought we should be closer to 25p. The interims and PA purchase provide more optimism. No negatives from me .one slight irritation is the director loans .
This is so under the radar.
Payment assist will be a game changer.
Even before that comes we have just had a record first half making 2.4m that should grow to around 4 to 4.5 m for the full year.
We have 1/4 of the year ..........of our share of payment assist (PA)
This business could make us millions now we are fully behind it. It has massive potential to grow from its 30m or so size now.
We will fully own this in a couple of years and it could be making 5/10 m a year for the group.
It has a fantastic customer base inc B and Q /Halfords etc........wow it could be massive.
So this year we could see EPS well over 3p and giving a modest rating of 10 thats 30p.
We have NAV worth of 27m still almost double the share price.
This could be a once in a lifetime investment giving 5 to 10 bags of upside possibly even more.
The 8p to 14p has not even scratched the surface.
Please DYOR as i am heavily invested.
If anyone sees negatives please share as i have sent hours on this and can just see huge growth and future potential.

MFX doing well on all fronts - total assets now up to £317.70m, liquid assets of £54.50m, shareholder equity of £27m, an increasing dividend policy
Going long - thank you for that.
An idea the divy date ?
You have the option of scrip divi or cash divi - if you don't opt for scrip you automatically get cash dividend - as per last dividend payments
Chaps, is this still scrip divi or are they now paying out?

. Consequently, with interest rates rising, particularly in the fixed-term deposit market, the Bank's weighted average cost of funds on Deposits from customers is slowly rising by 0.1% to 1.6% (2021: 1.5%) to both retain and attract new depositors.
Just waiting for the signal now and this will move up fast. Rising interest rate are very good for manx
Tick tick. It's going to re rate.. Restricted supply nt buys over 1k...
Just noticed some of the figures on this page are over a year out of date - the dividend of 0.172 shown above is the one paid out over a year ago so the div yield is wrong as well - the most recent dividend received 3 months ago in June 22 was 0.244
MFX dividend policy/formula means with results like those just reported this recent divi of 0.244 is set to double, maybe more than double, next time around....
If MFX keeps growing like this a full listing on the main exchange could well be on the cards in a couple of years - with all the liquidity and institutional investment that comes with it...
