I agree Sharps & Milton and personally I would be very happy with that outcome, given where we are as unlisted mesh shareholders now and potentially where AAA could go.
Lets face it, the BOD of Mesh is now the BOD of AAQUA and that is where their focus is. Hopefully Mike Powers statements in the past about mesh funding the development of aaqua & holding the IP leave mesh holders in a well rewarded position.
Doesnt 'AAA' fit very well as a ticker for AAQUA?
Yes, that sounds plausible. Or a straight share swap 1:1 Mesh to AAA. I suspect we will not have long to wait until we find, out as there has been plenty of time to hatch the plan.
If that is the case Sharpnet I believe that we could be offered shares in AAA at the equivalent of 40p per shares proportional to the size of our previous individual holdings.
Speculation of course by me by this seems the most straight forward outcome given that they have announced 40p per share for Mesh shares elsewhere.
If AAA options are 40p per Mesh share then I suspect they will buy if the Mesh share is higher than that. So I think 40p maybe conservative. One scenario that was posted on advfn last year was that everything was going to be folded into AAA and that AAA would be the listed vehicle. Not sure how that would be achieved, but it would be an interesting outcome.
Dont forget that whilst we were suspended our holding in Sentience increased from 16% to 21%. This has got to be worth more than when we ceased trading at 48p or thereabouts.
Also we are about to do another deal regards owning more of Sentience which initially was going to be 80% and has now changed to the details which we are still waiting for. This will still probably be more than 21%, so personally I am expecting a lot more than 48p if the shares ever return to a listing status.
This is all linked in with AAA and Aaqua and what they are doing but how exactly I wait with baited breath.
Been so long, 40p is better than nothing,? I am guessing we will need to see the terms and how it affects our individual holdings? TBH, been so long I cannot recall how we will be affected, or are our shares transferred to the new Co and we can trade as normal? Soon find out and the epic story/journey will conclude!
Fingers crossed yes, but the fact that AAA had options to pick up shares in mesh at 40p leads me to believe that this will be the price any deal for mesh is based on
Seems ages since high growth capital ,personally I think within 4 weeks we should be able to trade our mesh shares for a profit hopefully.
Thanks Reece for posting what you found. Not good news for the holders in AAA being suspended for a while, unless they expected it? but at least it would seem that the deal is now very close to being concluded which in the wider scheme of things in fantastic, been a long old time since high growth etc!
Assuming the Sentiance deal went through on time, they have had a few weeks to draft an RNS and clarify what happens next.
AAA suspended awaiting announcement, won’t be long for mesh holders now hopefully.
Must be due update soon .
Have often thought that Mesh was being created to take over Sentiance, which looks like it will be a billion euro company. Admittedly it was a while ago, so things may obviously change, but the data in a Mesh RNS showed that Sentiance's turnover was doubling each year.
It's got to be said that these guys are not buying Sentiance out of sentiment and neither are the investors that will provide the dilution. It looks like AAA will provide the main dilution into AAqua with 125 million and AAqua will have the majority share of Sentiance. The investors are looking for multiple value returns on their investment. So hopefully the product(s) that are being developed will press the right buttons and we will all benefit from having our money tied up in Mesh for so long.
MMO, MCC, MCC the second, HGC, MESH...its been a long journey from an oil shale field in Canada in 2015. There must have been a mega fund raise to acquire Sentiance. The larger the share of the pie for Mesh, I imagine the greater the dilution and hence lower value per share? So although disappointing that Mesh, after all this time are not going to have the lions share, it may mean that the share price is less affected (and hopefully will be higher than when hibernation started). Aaqua and Mesh appear to be interconnected. Through Mike Power, for example. Anyway, hopefully not long to go before the cat is out of the bag.
Been in Mesh from way back when it was High Growth Capital so hope this latest info is good news at last. As I understand it AAA have shares in AAQA & Mesh. AAA are listed on AIM at around 39p (which is about what Mesh shares were at when suspended). Anybody have any thoughts how this might affect Mesh when relisted? Are we better off in AAA? Good luck all
Cheers GG, likewise.
Thanks for your input Hamster:) ...here's to some success for us at the end of a long journey...hopefully!:)
To be honest, I am not too surprised that the share of the pie has altered, as from memory both Mesh and Assimilar had both struggled to gather enough finances for a total buyout in their own right? Either way, as I said earlier, at least the BoD have delivered and the shares will become active again, so I for one am happy. GLA.
Apologies to GG57, as you had already made a reference to the news, but for some reason it was not being shown earlier?
Not looking quite so good for holders of Mesh now, as the news posted today now says AAQUA bv will now get a majority holding. As below.....but at least the shares should become active soon enough which will be a blessing!
https://www.meshholdings.net/wp-content/uploads/MESH-Sentiance-SPA-agreement-update-20210309.pdf
so MESH will no longer be acquiring the majority of Sentiance, AAQUA will, according the the RNS at ASLR and AAA? Where does this leave us long suffering MESH holders now? Any idea of a re-listing or when we will ever be able to trade our shares?
Well iv had my figures written down for ages,
Waiting.....
Agreed, much time and hopefully effort has been spent on this, so fingers crossed.
+100% would be handy, :-) but it has been so long, I would not know what figure to put on it. The thing that has always niggled me is that if Sentiance are such a good thing, how come there has been no rival bid? I know assimilar had a sniff but MESH came to an agreement, but nothing else? Roll on March!! (2021).
The amount of effort Mesh board have made to acquire Sentiance, I would be disappointed with 100% increase. The long term return on Sentiance is potentially huge and will require patience for the big returns. I’ve downloaded their app and the AI and commercial use is clear to see.
