Taverham, first I advise learning who CCCAL are and what is their relationship with Mediazest.
Then I would suggest calling Mediazest at their Woking offices and asking who is CCCAL and if there is anyone at Mediazest who also has an interest in CCCAL. You would probably want to speak with someone at the top so I would suggest Geoff or, even better, Lance. I would love to hear that conversation.
TBH as a MDZ investor you don't really need that level of knowledge as there are other horrors smacking you in the face here. For example, since the IPO in 2005, MDZ has lost 99.92% of its value for shareholders. Imagine investing £10,000 then and having only £8 now thanks to the way that the management have operated the business. And before you ask, yes it is the same management in place. And yes, both Geoff and Lance have done rather well out of it.
Taverham, if you still don't get it then you're probably beyond help. AIM fodder abounds. Good luck to you.
Someone saw the light this morning, dumping 40 million shares for peanuts
Ouch.....
No, I do not know who that character is, please enlighten me.
Taverham, trust me 15% interest on a loan payment is excessive, if you think that's normal then I'll lend you some money at the same rate and I'll sit back and get rich at your expense !
Taverham, it's good that you have thoroughly researched this company
How do you explain the £2.77M of goodwill on the balance sheet?
How is this justfied?
What would happen if the auditor finally refused to sign-off on this mystery intangible asset?
I don't expect you to answer this because no MDZ cheerleader ever has but just do your best. I'm trying to help you, btw.
Next, do you know who is the character behind City and Claremont Capital Assets Ltd (“CCCAL”)?
Rocka, it has to pay interest on loans and as I recall the interest rates did not look that high, considering it is a small company that enjoys mixed fortunes. I think there will be value here and time will tell.
Strange how the company never has enough capital to continue on with their current projects but has plenty of cash to pay inflated interest rates on loans to major shareholders (and others) !
Further dilution for the small shareholders to stomach on top of the countless fundraisers that have come and gone before although I'm sure there's some on here that would not understand what that actually means !
1.7 billion shares now in issue which is getting beyond a joke, shareholder value was non existent before, who know where it is now?
No value whatsover here, never has been, never will be
Please don't try and defend this company without a valid argument...........
Held up well considering fund raise - once again the future looks bright.....
Sounds like another Lululemon shop to me but what do I know?
It will be sometime before you see any benefits coming through regards this announcement if at all, I've seen this repeated over and over through the years, they come and go............
Rocka, my interpretation of the RNS is that the company is hampered by client confidentiality - clearly the retailer involved will not want their competitors knowing what is planned. We will hopefully understand more when we get the next trading statement. As always the company seems on the verge of a great tomorrow!
With regards to the RNS, there's absolutely no detail as to what this will bring to the table, why should anyone invest based on that amount of limied information. This could just a charity shop on the Champs-Elsees for all we know?
Sums up this market, every buyer this morning bar one has sold again for a loss bit like last time.
Crash, Bang , wallop!
SP hasn't been this low since COVID although its still far too high IMHO, down over 48% now in the last 12 months so no short or long term progress on increasing shareholder value at all
Have you seen how much cash Enet has, they are almost doomed and done 1500% in a few days and people pile in. You are looking at MDZ in the past I'm looking at them in the future. They are a tiny £700k market cap are you expecting a company so small with so many projects on the go to have a ton of cash in the accounts have you not heard of working capital.
Anyway 1 buy and a mm has gone blue. I hold too many to buy more but dream we can have a mini enet style run from this level
Its sad that you regards my views as negative as I've called this correctly for years now, if I'd taken a short out at 50p I'd be quids in now, the SP has declined by 99.916% in the last 18 years since its high, the same management team over all that time have achieved literally nothing other than line their own pockets. The fact that they only had £10,000 in the bank speaks volumes, where's the capital coming from for major projects to project the SP forward? They've no money for anything large scale, they're just fitting out shops with some of the lastest interactive TV's etc. Trust me, this company has more red flags than China and they ain't going to change anytime soon.
Have you seen Enet that is technically insolvent and done 1000% in 2 days. People are not interested in fundamentals they just pile in anything moving blind. Lets just pretend I was a multi millionaire. I could push this tiny stock up 200% and then you watch everybody pile in and take it up 400-500% because that is what this market is now...a giant ponzi...I'll keep my MDZ and wait for the big spike and you can keep posting your negative views which of course is up to you
The SP opened at 0.042 this morning and its closed on 0.042 so nothing has changed other than the spread increasing to 25% when the MM's realised the scammers were in town and there was some money to be made. Not sure why LSE are posting a 5.88% increase here when there's no movement from opening to close?
Its a scam, you can see it from the trading patterns, there are people in rooms that actually do this sort of thing in packs, I've seen them, once enough buyers have jumped in they've sold for profit and headed for the hills. As there was no one taking the bait this morning they've sold up and moved on. Why would the SP increase this morning on no news? This is a very illiquid share as I've posted before. You probably didn't notice but the spread doubled to 25% straight away, kerching to the MM's
You are just obsessed with this company and want it to fail when it's actually turning the corner. Nobody who bought this morning has sold for a profit, one idiot sold for a big loss with no patience and 2 more buyers from Thursday sold for a loss too.
You've just seen a perfect example of a pump and dump this morning, there's groups of people targeting shares like this in the hope of buying and getting a rally going to bring in the suckers and then get out quick at a profit, look at the trades now
Lol I was wondering if the 3,142,661 would sell because it's not up 500% in a hour and they sure did, what a crazy market for impatient idiots...a £350 loss on a £1500 play in a few hours mental
Actually looks like the last of last weeks buyers is now out, check out Thursdays traders. 9,742,285 paid 0.51p and has just sold for 0.466p, do they not look at stocks like Enet and see what mm's do in decimal stocks, they can spike them 500% for nothing and people sell for a big loss again
All those that paid 0.065-0.07p that sold for 0.04-0.05p range if you held you'd all be in profit now because the mm's would not have that stock to play with. For me after that positive trading update it should a lot higher market cap is still tiny.
You seen ENET, price has 6 bagged for no reason at all, it basically says it's knackered and the mm's spike it to the moon and people are all over it chasing.
People want these decimal capped stocks, you saw how many piled in when this was up 50% and no doubt it will happen again, almost everybody that chased has sold now so it's time to move it up on any buys which mm's are doing
SP down again today although it barely registers on here now due to the many episodes of dilution that have taken place. One good indicator of the value attributed to this company are EP & F, one of the major shareholders, currently holding 1.89% of the company. Their valuation of MDZ is usually found in their annual financial statement but appears to be missing in the last report, probably hidden away on the current assets line no doubt. On the previous years financial statement they valued MDZ at half of todays' price if you want to think about that for a minute......?
