Investor presentation on 28th March, you rampers can ask Geoff what went wrong…
I believe I saw a dead cat bounce earlier, down 15% and the spread has moved to 40%, ouch.........
O dear no Boom's this year and probably never...spread at 23% so good luck selling, the MM's have you by the balls again and don't say you weren't warned!
I see you forgot to mention the cash position Deeogi which decreased by 63% to £45,000 which is all they have in the bank, divide that by the number of shares in issue and you have a grand sum of £0.0000322 per share, so that's £32 for every million shares you own in laymans terms, that's a more realistc vlauation of the company at present. Now you know why the CEO doesn't buy shares and his holding is only 0.48% of the company, his actual investment is worth £213.86 using my more realastic valuation.
Stripping out the goodwill on the balance sheet totalling £2.7M (which requires revision ) and your basically left with a few quid, where's future capex coming from other than further loans, how are they funding acquisitions and further expansion, they have no money? The real value here is the listing on AIM.
Revenue was up a massive 26% they say, but costs increased by 39% ! Thought they had costs under tight control?
At least they made a profit of £12,000 so Geoff will get a bonus out of this no doubt and hey presto its gone.
Shareholder loans have been extended which means more interest payments to the loan holders meaning more of your money is being banked abroad by certain family members and the gravy train rolls on and on and on..................
MDZ are profitable and quietly expanding into Europe, steady as she goes, SP deserves to be much higher imo
Revenues up 28 per cent, rns missing from yesterday
Talk me through it ?
Anyone in contact with the company? Needs news on projects in pipeline.
You would have thought the share prise would have moved

You have to be in to win, GL all :)
The value to any shareholder is when you sell into the spikes after buying in a quiet period after the SP has drifted low.
It applies to mdz and to many AIM shares that behave this way. You get to know who they are, :)
If they are a fraction of the SP they have been, it makes them bounce much higher with just a few trades.
Thursday's results will be interesting,, especially after the strong EU growth the company has recently experienced.
I believe you mean it has a brief and temporary spike before the reality of the situation sinks in and investors run a mile, would you say that's a better analogy of a would be MDZ shareholder? It never lasts as there is no value to the company and never will be
Rocka you should know MDZ often rallies strongly which it did since you posted your last I am right comments, so lets be honest you are often wrong. Trading AIM is generally not a long-term way of making money although there are exceptions.
The SP backs up my argument, down 99.99 % from its high, if you think that's a success then you're being very delusional...
According to my sharepad the results are due this Thursday.

Quote Rocka, I've called it correctly down the years so lets see if I'm right again this year...............
He already got it wrong! SP rallied. His credibility here is now zero. Haha
The Titanic ?
Poor old Rocka999, still bitter about missing the boat!!
Lets see if its the same old nonsense, they can't keep losing money forever or even go back to the shareholders again cap in hand for their salaries...
Boom, results this week?
