Candlestick what do you mean they took back their cash?
The warrants were up 23% on 2/5/23
The ordinary share volume was up times 15 of normal daily average yesterday.
That's how it appears to me.....GLA

Where did you see that? No RNS. No sec filling from TETE.
Super Apps JV released news the deal has been completed
Some much better volume today and ticking up. Maybe that news is due very soon ????
Getting towards the news window on a couple of major pieces, the Super Apps JV and the UK FCA application decision. Perhaps worth tucking a few away at these levels as past performance shows how this one moves on even the slightest bit of interest.
Anyone any clue when we will get an update?! Being in this share is like watching paint dry.
From the Form 8-k back in January - https://yahoo.brand.edgar-online.com/displayfilinginfo.aspx?FilingID=16332666-847-8391&type=sect&TabIndex=2&companyid=1193003&ppu=%252fdefault.aspx%253fcompanyid%253d1193003
Looks like those initially invested in the SPAC took back about 75% of their cash.
All that says is that they will be delisted in October but we should know what's happening before that.
The Tete website down is odd but could be coincidence, its happened before.
Where do you see about the share redeem?
Looks like a good number of those that invested took out equity during the EGM - “TETE’s shareholders elected to redeem an aggregate of 8,373,932 ordinary shares in connection with the General Meeting.”
I think the hesitancy is coming from several things now being in progress but nothing delivered. Still waiting on swift too. Once some of these things start being approved there will be big buys
It has certainly spaked some interest, long may it last.
great news
Application for M one Tech resubmitted.
Gotta remember that the voters for the extension are the same voters who will approve the merger.
They could have pulled the plug now - that they didn‘t means it’s going through.
Which will give MBO £15m!
Current Mcap is just £10m
the meeting to vote to confirm the merger will go ahead has now taken place and was approved we now need a further meeting to approve the vote to approve the merger. More meetings than Southwell racecourse.
The Board already owned more than 60% plus ......
It's 11am new York time so actually 4pm GMT. So won't know results till tomorrow
Need a 2/3 majority on 18th to pass the extension.
With the Founder & Placing shares guaranteed to vote YES, and a strong likelihood that the supportive IIs will follow suit, there shouldn't be much to stop the vote passing.
Possibly 2 or 3 more II investors should do it, but I'd expect the YES vote% to be in the 90s

Not sure if the link will work but it’s on the SEC filings website
Where do you see that
