✅ PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR MEETING WITH GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS
Today /2023.11.07/ Provincial Governor M. Badamsuren met with officials of the Department of Food and Agriculture, Department of Veterinary Medicine, Center for Hydroclimatic and Environmental Analysis, Department of Standard Metrology, Border Port Administration in Eastern Province, and Khalkhgol National Development Administration. , listened to their suggestions.
The employees of the above organization are responsible for the problems faced by the sector and the employees of the Local State Administration and Public Service.
He made suggestions about salary increases and lack of human resources in the local area.
The governor of the province expressed that he will work in a phased manner.
From this year 2023, the local budget of the province is providing monthly incentives equal to 30 percent of the salary to the staff who are lacking in ammunition, such as state inspectors of the veterinary department, epidemiologists, land stewards, state inspectors of environmental control, and rangers.
Also, in order to meet the shortage of personnel, the #Local_future project is fully responsible for training.
He sounds like a Governor that doesn't quite have the resources to do what he wants and has to do?
That's why I think this will happen.
Money talks and oil is money.
The provincial authorities need the money and the Mongolian central government wants the money and the geopolitical aspiration of being oil/petrol independent.
What could possibly go wrong?

could give you a list - how much time have you got!
Lots of things can go wrong in oil exploration/production.
Heron 1 is a free flowing well with light sweet crude, we know this.
The list of things that can go wrong but can't be overcome with time, resources and the Political will is actually virtually non existent?
Provided the oil is still there and flows after well makeover then it's a done deal.

Provided!
It's still there.
It free flows.
It's light and sweet.
It doesn't need a down hole pump or mechanical assistance, the natural pressure of the oil reservoir simply wants to push it to the surface into the awaiting pipes and storage containers to be trucked off, or piped, to be sold.
Thousands and thousands of barrels of oil every day at likely $100/per barrel or more.
And from there the rest follows.
It's not hard to see this happening and in pretty short order when they get the say so.

It's nice to dream anyway!

Mongolia is now minus 10 by day & minus 20+ at night - "short order" means in 6-8 months time?
They'll have the Winter to draw their plans, funding options, Heron field development, other blocks, further wildcat exploration, renewables etc.
Busy, busy, busy.
And as the warmth of the Spring sun brings forth the first tinges of green to Mongolian Steppes off they'll go to start the Petro Matad story.
It could be a good one too.

// funding options,//
Another share issue cash raise?
"sufficient cash until AT LEAST JULY 2024"
You can believe official RNS or not. Up to you 🦉

Oh my we are waxing lyrical aren't we - any rainbows or unicorns in that scenario?

I don't.
Maybe BP, maybe.
But to raise to flow oil as part of a Field Development Plan would be well received I feel.
Bound to be rainbows, it's the same logic as there are bound to be extra terrestrials.
Millions and Millions of acres of land, sunshine and rain/showers, of course there'll be rainbows.
Unicorn of fictitious.
