So the appointment has gone unnoticed by most. Rto perhaps. Marechale have the ambition. Lithium a sector most want.
I don't think they have to notify if the company is not listed.
But as for the connection, it is very interesting.
Thanks vauch. So why wasn't the market notified. OK so we have a unlisted lithium at play. Very interesting.

Did Marechale director take a seat on Weardale board in June?.I can't see an rns to confirm this..
We’re back alive, bought in after Akers left and stuck it in the bottom draw, back to where I bought it now, so let’s go onwards and upwards from here shall we.
Couldn’t find a group on telegram so started one, up to a whopping 3 members already!

Apologies 2.413m shares, so will be reportable. If they have finished buying we should find out by Monday, that's if they comply with the three day reporting rule.
Bit of Maths bud 3% is a tad over 2.4m
28-Jul-21 16:49:00 1.70 2,550,000 Buy* 1.50 1.70 43.35k
Yes fair enough. Someone bought nearly 5%. Perhaps 1p was too low. I have bought and sold plenty of MAC over the years!
Any sells mopped up
I think it's just under the reportable threshold. 2.66m is 3% I think on 80m shares in issue.
20 minutes to fill my order
Good to see the mms scrambling for stock, NT and then waiting for a sale.
2p is the starting point for a re rate.
Good to see them scrambling for stock and waiting for some sells.
Look very good indeed. 2p needs to go
Expect a holding rns on that buy.
Buy....things may well about to start here.. Gla
This is looking alot like PIRI and that 10x my lowest purchase, lots of calls to make it a shell because of the cheap mkt cap but team had a vision and smashed it. MAC board have a plan and I am happy to run with it.
The drop back in PIRI SP won't stay around for long, not with there PF.
This will never be a cash shell, they have assets and a growing number of deals.
Nearest to what you want is an approach to reverse into a fintech company, which would fit as they are FCA regulated.
Looking very good.. Tight stock could see thus pop...
I don't want it to drop, just airing my urban thoughts. It is legit worth more as a cash shell IMO, if the company can actually do something to increase value that would be great but there's not much going on so I'd rather cash shell.
Your POS (urban dictionary lol) thoughts are clear I like the fact you stick around wanting the SP to drop.
Every stock needs someone like Ninja ??
Peter I do not think 1p will be seen again, your 1p valuation is from last results, hidden in there was unrealised gains from warrants ect.
With the Lithium and Tech deals, joined with the entertainment/Hotel sector pick up there will be huge value in the PF.
I spoke to the board when it was 5p and Akers was around they said it was undervalued then I await news with some excitement.
