So very very sorry to hear your news ,Diggit .SK
Hope you are ready for this. I noted Markyess had a bereavement issue lately. I have lost my wonderful only son Calvin @ 6.00am on May 7th aged 29 and got him cremated under the Union Flag on 1/6/2023.Calvin forever 29 would've been celebrating his 30th birthday today and I am drinking until tomorrow to celebrate his short life. I am beyond devastated as apart from my big dad to son love thing which was mega, everything i had invested was for HIS future. You'll know by my recent posts that i don't give a shi* now. Don't care about false promises hopes and dreams. Eff' them all if they don't come up with the goods. Calvin 😇 was a non drinker, non smoking non drug taking full time carer for his mum who is now in Psychiatric care permanently it seems. Yeh I'll post negatively about KRS and CAI. but i really don't give a flying monkeys about them. Just survival time for me now with help from friends. Take care all. As I said recently life is too short. :o).
He's certainly getting a decent buy in price for his clients if things work out. Us lth's must wait here longer than anticipated. But wait i will, same as at Calidus. Still not a fan of DR for his deceit. My opinion. :o).
Almost certainly Kershner Grosso, I would think.
A £20k buy. Somebody has faith that the company's heading in the right direction!
On another positive note. I was watching a documentary a few months back that mentioned a little known island that consisted of a few mud huts until somebody discover Rock Phosphate!
Future wars will be fought over natural resources, like water. I'm guessing that Rock Phosphate could be added to that list!

Hi Markyess. Thanks for your thoughts on this.
I suppose that we have to count our chickens that Togo brought us some much needed cash and that the price of Rock Phosphate shot through the roof when it did!
ATB, FG
A few points from what I can see:
1. Now we understand why there's been limited news, there's been nothing to report
2. Environmental mitigations aside, the financial performance makes for uninspiring reading on our core operational business and everything remaining equal - we are seemingly dependent on seeing some progress at Togo to be able to meet our financial obligation to Shawn Helda next year. Togo appears to be a typical slow start. Hopefully things will not remain equal, otherwise I see a desperate cash call in our future (hopefully director loans, not dilution).
3. The 'jam tomorrow' may prove a saving grace, but without an indication as to the volumes that the liquid blenders wish to acquire, it's hard to assess - I reckon we need to be doubling or trebling current sales through these markets. This potential market could be the game changer we're waiting for, or it could be a contiuation of the snail's pace growth - and leave us short of cash. Who knows? We need news and substance.
4. We are very early in our lifecycle and so we have to hope that the lion's share of foundational work (that was always going to be necessary) has now been completed (testing, relationship building etc) and so we can start to exploit sales growth - as if we continue on the current insipid pathway, we're going to be scratching out a 'liiving' as a company, let alone paying dividends to the beleagured share holder base.
I'll be still sitting tight - but I'm not going to lie, I'm bored of the journey.
I haven't been able to have a proper look at numbers on my phone, but I have to admit that if we can't make money at £350 per tonne Rock Phosphate things aren't looking good.
Any thoughts?
Hmmmm. Initially looks like a crock of sh.t interlaced with more dangling carrots. :o).
Apologies, my subject header box appears to be malfunctioning and won't allow my previous RE: Are we due subject header to be erased and changed. Probably temporarily though. This message is about Calidus .... oh dear what an ongoing sh.t storm DR has created with all his carrot dangling antics. Totally unimpressive full year results says Mr Market and basically not much to get excited or enthused about this year. He basically kicked the city boys in the nuts when pumping/touting/flogging the 67c raise a while back only to be followed by a company lifesaving disgusting lowball raise @ 21c more recently. Only have to look at the share price now, sitting 25% below 21c raise and although i think it's way oversold and dirt cheap hence value, it's not about what i think. It's about perception and trust and nobody trusts DR anymore. Full of sh.t he was/still is. No apologies for saying so. Other opinions welcome and respected. :o).
Interims?. I note many others have been reporting this week and last. Hopefully we'll find out that they've actually been up to something decent. :o).
Oh well my nag was nowhere to be seen. Just like KRS management. Life is short, enjoy. :o).
Abysmal comms have been the norm here for so long. Worse now than ever i'm afraid but i will stay steadfast and hold until kaput or we soar. I just get bored to death without info. Trebled my small cash injection @ 11.25p into PANR recently and now on a free ride having w/d double my original stake. More than doubled the same level of input in WSBN also and now on an upward moving freebie there as well. Waiting on a few others like KOD, KEFI but especially CNR who can hopefully seal the imminent pending sale of assets. Lots of interested parties, nda's etc but no formal offer as yet. No advice given but I'm going to have an e/w stab on Mr Wagyu in the Ayr Gold Cup tomorrow. 7 places with Sky Bet. Just a hunch it's been laid out to win. I'll take my chance. ATB. :o).
That’ll be in the next RNS, then; BoD are abysmal with their comms and transparency - the reason for this share’s poor performance.
Ah OK, thanks, was hoping it was a change of company name to go with the consolidation, doesn't look great no matter who's hoovering up stock, no liquidity is a bit scary, well not for me, my 40k is worth 2k now after all these years so I'm a bit past scared . Well I hope things manage to turn around somehow, all the best to all investors in here. Be lucky
We need news with substance not the normal "we have completed this years mining campaign "
Christopher Grosso has been frantically hoovering up stock that's been made available for trade. It could be as simple as liquidity of available stock has dried up at the current pricing levels. This is a stock that is held tightly in large blocks by a number of large holders and so barring a significant move in the market, we could simply have no trading volume until the price ticks up and the next wave of traders are prepared to liquidate their holdings and create trading volume.
We need news.
Hi can someone tell me what's going on and why there are no trades for over a week? I've emailed the company but no reply, I don't pay much attention here anymore as its a disaster zone but still have/had a decent size investment in here , thanks in advance .
Sometime from someone in our management would be most appreciated. Thanks for listening KRS. :o).
