All the best (holding it's own ATM, feeding the world the out look.........! :()
Yes, quite impressive.
At least Calidus had a perky night.
Afternoon Peeps........!
The Bid's just ticked up on no trades what so ever........! :)
All the best (make of that what you will.......! :()
DR has unequivocally proved himself to be deceitful and incompetent, making a mockery of his recent C-level award - and exacerbating the market’s almost-immovable distrust in his ability to not only manage the company out of its tight financial bind, but also to set expectations with accuracy - for example, the lithium spin-out was supposed to be released around now, but has been delayed to FY24.
Calidus going great guns on a downward spiral. Nobody believes DR now. He shouldn't have lied to the city then proceed to try and tempt peed off investors by promising carrots further down the line. Where will it all end. Even recent placees that took up the disastrous 21c raise find themselves about 40% down. Well done DR. :o).
We've held---for years (more than a decade in my and others cases) . Production has been running now for 2 years. Phosphate prices have gone through the roof in recent times.
Our sales have gone down.
It's not his money at the end of the day.
Quite what he sees in us though (and why) to embolden him to invest his clients money into us, is the question.
Indeed, Mark.
The interest in us doesn't even seem to fit the Kershner Grosso investment strategies:
https://www.kershnergrosso.com/services/investment-strategies
That's not even the same company! Grosso Group are Canadian and the owner/President is a Ted Grosso .... NOT the Chris Grosso of Kershner Grosso.
For heavens sakes people, DYOR means just that.
You're wrong there by a couple of thousand miles.
Kershner, Grosso is based in Saratoga Springs, NY State (480 Broadway, Suite 310 Saratoga Springs NY 12866). Not the one in Utah.
Hold them for another year, let the BOD get production running, phosphate prices spike with inflation, Co getslarger contracts with premium wine growers and value crops and off it goes.
Go look at Grosso Group’s Twitter page. It’s all about mining.
Morning all ...Hi Marky it may be worthwhile finding out what other interests Grosso is invested in either personally or his investment company could be big in farming or other industries in need of Phosphate looking to leverage discounted goods, just a thought.
Robsky
The same question applies. Moreso. He's an investment guru, not a Mining CEO nor geologist.
I just really want to understand his motivation - given he could have bought into Falcon Isle cheaper when Shawn Helda run it (and was desperate for backing).
The stock is not held by his investment company but him personally and if you check where Saratoga Springs is it’s just across the lake from Spanish Fork so he will have considerable local knowledge.
But what's the ultimate motive? I can't see an investment company having any interest in completing a hostile takeover and becoming operators of a small miner and processor.
Seems obvious to my way of thinking that it's too much of a coincidence that the price has been held steady for months allowing Grosso to increase his holding @ 4p approximately whilst news was suppressed/held back. Then when we finally got news it was mostly negative due to adverse weather conditions leading to sales being much less than the previously released advance order figures of 700t per month supposedly up to June. :o).
Well…….. he seems confident enough, to continue to be buying the stock!
PC
I see Grosso is continuing to hoover up any share float made available. Is it just that we're a very low risk (given our pathetic market cap) or does he know something material that we don't?
There must be next to no loose tradeable shares floating around and as soon as blocks are made available, they're seeimngly picked up in Kerhsner Grosso's sticky hands. I'm surprised this alone hasn't caused some upwards price pressure (in spite of the absence of other news).
I would love to undertstand the motives a little more.
Heartfelt condolences, Diggit. So very sorry to hear your sad news. I can’t begin to imagine what you’re going through.
Diggit - My thoughts are with you. I have a daughter who is 27yrs old, and I cannot imagine the pain you must be going through, losing your son at such a young age. I have to be honest, I don't know how I would cope under the same circumstances. A different kind of love, but I lost my mum on Xmas Eve just gone, and by god did it hurt, and still does - it would have been her birthday on the 7th May - You let off all the steam you want, I'm sure there are many on here who would be willing to support in any way they could.
SR
My sincerest condolences for your loss diggit. I hope you find success in honouring your son's memory via the British Medical Journal. If I could offer you any support in making it happen, I would.
Regardless of me being a faceless avatar on a BB diggit1gold.....!
you have my deepest sympathy...
All the best (an stay strong for ya goals.......! :)
Diggit1gold. Please accept my condolences for your loss. It is good to hear that you intend to take control of events. No doubt there will be many bumps in the road ahead, but hopefully you will conquer all.
Good luck to you.
For your kind words and sentiments. When something totally unexpected but devastating happens it changes your whole outlook, perspective, personality and plans for the future. I've had to readjust my entire life. It will be life as I HAVE CHOSEN to carry on (many in this situation don't/can't cope hence succumb to their grief). My main target now is nothing financial but to live to see my son Calvin's case being presented as a future case study entry in the British Medical Journal. This was first suggested by the Hospital Consultants and followed up by the team at my/Calvin's surgery. It can take a couple of years so that's my main goal. All my small share holdings (13) including KRS (not so small) are for sale when/if they double my buy in price. Calidus is the only one for longer term. Future posts will only be about KRS and CAI. Just had to get something off my chest. ATB. :o).
