By my calc there will be 131,893,609 warrants so if they all get exercised it raises £3.3m. If the price starts to rise it does reduce some of the uncertainty about the price of a fund raise if one is necessary, £3.3m plus cashflow positive may be enough..

Implication from the RNS seems to be the objection was concerned with environmental and restoration issues, all fair concerns to raise and which have been further addressed. Agree Panda, its a bit steep. Terms have improved in some ways, interest rate was 12% now 10%. There is the 10% fee which seems excessive but the shares for this 10%, would be £50K worth, are issued not at 1p (as per the principal amount ref Aug 24) but to a formula which is likely to mean more than that.

I suppose the lenders think that if the company sinks they lose their money just like equity. But if it does well then equity does very well so why shouldn't they share a bit of the upside? They would do better taking equity but between them they already have over 40% of the company and any more and they are in danger of a controlling interest and the market would look entirely differently at Kazera.

So yes its expensive and the lenders have certainly looked after themselves but they do have an argument, and who else was queueing to lend us unsecured money?

I can well understand why it may be a good idea to keep the commercial terms a secret, but it just means we have to wait longer before the effect on the P&L is seen and the share price catches up.
