I just want to say thanks for all your warnings. I sold up many months ago after taking a huge loss here, which I, fortunately, managed to make back elsewhere. If I hadn't then I probably would've been forced to hold into suspension on the hope of them turning things around and lost a lot.
To others, it's unfortunate, I too believed in the potential of KOOVs, but sadly execution is what matters and KOOVS were lacking. You can't build a business selling shirts for £3 when you have execs taking millions in salaries combined. We were all in it for the high risk-high reward - on to the next opportunity.
He moved fast on that didn’t he. He didn’t even let the charts go cold.
Following the appointment, the business and assets of Koovs plc were immediately sold to SGIK 3 Investments Limited, a corporate entity wholly owned by Waheed Alli.
#thieving bast#rd
Does anyone know if they have to hold a shareholders meeting to explain the failure of the business as they do with a limited company, I think it would be interesting to see what efforts if any were made for alternative funding, think they should be made to explain this to shareholders.
Sorry holders, it's a dog fest and all over now. I've chkd in from time to time and it now seems that Pascha dude was correct all along. I did see his berating tho. If only the crew would have let his voice be heard lots would have saved a fortune
I feel sorry for the people invested here as some of you are hard working and kind individuals who want to invest in a honest company and be rewarded for doing so. I remember I did point out when this was in the late teens and early twenty's that things did not add up and I was mocked by two of the legend posters on here, "who had there own agenda". Well I hope you all can recover from this as tomorrow is another day and I hope you have not lost large sums of money... Merry Christmas and a Happy 2020 to all of you........
I wonder if they even comprehend what they have done to shareholders here? Spoke to a broker a few months back and he said it’s never a good sign when the CFO of a company doesn’t buy 1 share. I foolishly trusted the BOD and actually spoke to Robert pursell 18 months ago and he was telling me what a wonderful company Koovs were. What an utter disgrace the BOD are!! Like I’ve said you can’t be shafting shareholders and expect to get away with it.
I agree.....RNS states they have no intention of onboarding a new NOMAD, so it's gone in my opinion.
I think Alli already decided on this coarse of action before releasing the res on 18th nov,I thought all the way along that he couldn't be trusted these kind of people have no scruples that's how they make millions at others expense, Wouldn't surprise me if when he gets hold of the company that he sells it to Biyani or takes him on as a partner, Think this has been planned and i am one who topped up in the last few weeks even though i thought it could go tits up, lost everything like a lot of others on here.
Nope it’s dead and buried
Probably just wishful thinking but could there be another twist in this?
Commiserations people. I chose badly too. Hope your losses won't be too bad, I think that's a wrap.
That’s exactly what they are, fu@@@@g rats. Why why why did I invest in this dog s**t company
Another AIM board out for themselves and showing complete disregard for its shareholders. Where has the £2.2 million gone in the space of a month? why was there no open offer or a placing to save the company?
Alongside its discussions with FLFL, the Company is actively considering all other financing alternatives available to it. The Company currently has cash reserves of c. £2.2 million which is sufficient for the current calendar year.
So... what happened to the alternatives?
Not a good day.....lessons learned, i guess the warning signs were there, horrible customer feedback on social media platforms, warning RNS a month ago on cash reserves. I chose to take the risk and we are where we are.....
your wasting your time its dead and buried, i`ve just seen the second RNS and note they are appointing adminstrators and lord ali is purchasing the whole company through a subsidary of his, this has already been sorted and it would have been talked about for the last few weeks. the nomads have already resigned. so there is nothing left, Putney Jambon you are a disgrace, you have argued and tried to ridicule any one that has tried to warn all to be careful, You putney have not helped anyone on here by your outspoken voice, articles of late have been written about koovs and a disgruntled share holder I.E you, any possible financing from any company reading your drivel that you have posted has possible excellerated the closure of Koovs. I hope you are now happy and satisfied with your achievements here, you have just been a verbal bully to heighten your ego.
** BREAKING NEWS **
KOOVS IS BUST - SHAREHOLDERS WIPED OUT.
As a secured creditor, Lord Alli is buying the business from the Administrator, in what looks like a pre-pack. He's certainly a gluten for punishment. Koovs was never anywhere near a viable business, as our total of 25 bearish articles here about Koovs over the last 5 years, explained.
Putney have you got contact for jambon we all need to get together and see if there is anyway of fighting Alli on this.
shares are suspended but the company can and will keep trading while it has the money to do so.
all hangs on whether Koovs can get some refinancing, if they can they will inform the london stock echange and be relisted but if they cant then it will go into adminstration, simple as.
Whoops! there go's another another one, rollin down the drain.
Chancers, were you in koov? Hope your loss wasn’t to great? I had a few a year ago but sold out in the spring.
Honestly, Made me feel sick when i found out, I thought they had money for another month, Maybe they had and decided to have a good xmas and to hell with the share holders
Utter disgrace that you are, you have shafted long term loyal shareholders that completely put there trust in you and this is how you repay them. Karma will most definitely catch up with you all in the future.
looks like the fat lady has sung her song i'm afraid....
