whysoserious - "Kolar was in a load of shit with cash burn at high levels" That comment with the greatest of respect my good man is utter and complete tosh. Cash burn was NOT at high levels. Indeed it was relatively low. Company was NOT 'in a load of s*it' either. Yes they needed to do a fundraising but it certainly wasn't urgent. I might agree with you a little more over the management.
There's no issues here as we await to see what CP has to announce with any pending deals Held tightly Plenty of TR1 holders for a reason as I'm a smudge under an TR1 myself and been here since .75 and saw it rise to 2.75 on speculation but this time it's real CP at the Mining Maven night tomorrow with THR WRES and MTR
& with recent placing @1.1p, I suspect sp weakness from here
Lots of offloading here today but some decent buying. £3mln market cap isn't much considering how inflated the whole market is at the moment. Even AFPO has a "value" with absolutely jack shite! Some research into where exactly Kolar are drilling and the new ceo CP, investment from metal tiger, and a new TR1 holder (if you check his previous deals he doubles most times) All added up we buy on the potential here. Buy after research and hold a staunch opinion that your research will pay dividends. Regarding some people posting about the latest RNS and just moving offices. Please read it again - Kolar was in a load of shit with cash burn at high levels and horrible management. Also if you believe that that's no progress and this is a rubbish company. Why post here? Maybe get a life and find a hobby? If you do not have an interest in the company why dampen for no reason. People have put their hard earned cash and believe this is a good investment. Discuss but no need to overdo it. Best of luck to everyone! Be nice!
I too have a smudge under a TR1 and have been here since the open offer days and Harvinder had to go as I found him lack lustre Cameron Parry will deliver and he's on the ground as we speak I too agree get your position ignore the noise and Korg you're calling it wrong on the fella
Korg, He posts as AIM_chaos and is actually a pretty good poster. He notified ONZ yesterday I believe and offloaded on strong volume there. I disagree with his position here as I think the last RNS said...... that they had moved offices. And not a lot else.
Looks like another twitter crew scam going on here. Have they ropped in this guy as a "convincer" before another placing. How did he manage to sell onz without alerting the market?
Bought back in last Friday after seeing some movement... Looks like my timing was good ...
The guy in the holding in Co RNS is an analyst at Allenby Capital. You'd like to think he's done his research!!
A good rise today, and a TR1, but no comments. Let's hope for more of the same for the next few days.
Some nice movement on this Friday. We expect a TR1 notification. I think this is the last of the placing dumping and so we should see some movement up. Lots of news due. Drilling started. Some interesting points in the latest rns staying they are looking at new ops. Maybe we get more updates on what this means exactly. The best one for me is the tiny share float. A little demand and this will rocket. They also have cash and a proven gold reserves area of target. With gold at the prices it's a great place to be. With metal tiger investing and CP in charge all signs point north.
peace n harmomy guys

Dibs, Agreed! I put my comment on it on the MTR board as it was posted on there as well and I suspect my input would not be particularly well received on here by his lordship (although he seems to have gone quiet the last couple of days).
No offence was intended (and i hope non-taken!) with my post! If you've held for a number of years I would expect you would indeed be hoping for more from the update as to which I can now understand why you are dispointed! as for Operational Efficiency, I understand it to be cost saving measures and stream lines etc, as to CP I know he has been out and about in India exploring options as per the twitter feed (and update). and for Luke, less is known as to his role, I did look in to his previous roles and would seem this would be a more back seat until some concrete action.
Azamondo - with the greatest of respect I've been following (and holding) this stock for a number of years and this 'update' is a complete waste of time as there is nothing material within it that will butter any parsnips or affect anything. The previous management talked of cost cutting by moving offices etc etc. Like I said - nothing new. And I really don't know what 'operational efficiencies' are all about? ! Could someone tell me what they operate exactly? In fact what DO they do, Luke and Cameron all their days?? Like I said, the sum total of nothing in terms of progress. Just a load of rehashed waffle.
I disagree, it's not going to be a total overhauled overnight. Stopped some cashburn by moving offices (same location as the MTR team as well). plenty to look forward to imo.
Is that it? Is that the sum title of progress to date?? Nothing new apart from a vague hint at the end of acquiring a mining asset but I would assume that would be a %tage and tied in some way to MTR. Very very disappointing

CP OUR CEO OUT IN THE FIELD
Someone seems to be offloading these again and again. I think those in the placing. Looking for a quick profit. In the longer term I think kgld has a big opportunity, India is addicted to gold and the Kolar fields were only abandoned due to "low" levels of gold production. With kgld current market cap, the price has not even fractured in any gold production. A small discovery is enough to set this sailing at current gold prices ( since 2001 the gold price has gone 5 times the price) So low gold production then is a big money maker in todays gold price. Add all this to fintech prospects and this (long term) is a winner. DYOR
After all the action last week I don't see a single transaction this morning. Is something happening behind the scenes?
as it does not say how many shares Jupiter sold, at what price, or what is their current holding. The 7,335,978 sold on 18th Aug at 15:24 fits the information that we have, leaving Jupiter with 8,181,818 or 4.24%. But someone has presumably purchased those shares, giving them a notifiable holding of >3.8%. So another RNS or two coming very soon? MTR?
