When I say I dont have the details or contact, what I really mean is that I have NEVER spoken to Kiran Mozaria, CEO of KDNC on the telephone, email etc. Therefore, I do not contact anyone that I think may NOT respond given I am cognisant that it may be viewed as price sensitive information.
That is why I do research and come to some base conclusions which has been proven to be fruitful ie GANFENG NEEDS TO BE THE OPERATOR OF SONORA ie more than 50%.
David Lenigas tweeted 1 of his tweet about BCN taken over by Ganfeng [possible deal] to KDNC so they do know. However, NO RNS from KDNC - not sure whether they need to RNS the news as KDNC no longer owns shares in BCN, only the JV 30% part.
Hope that clarifies. Personally, I just have to make further assumptions for self.
=========GENFANG POSSIBLE OFFER FOR BACANORA [SONORA], 6.5.21====
Per Jimb2 on KDNC, he gave a short link to AsiaMiner on the above and that after the deal is concluded, they will accelerate the Sonora production?
This MAY mean that Ganfeng may have to speak to REM MEXICO LTD [30% of Sonora Lithium Ltd or SLL] as the 1st stage production whilst majority is at BCN*s Ventana, it is only 80% from recall.
That means the 20% BALANCE MAY FALL UNDER SLL?
Since I am the only person posting on this forum, it will have to wait for others to ask Kiran Mozaria, CEO of KDNC as I do NOT have the contact details etc. At the very least, they need LEGAL CONSENT FROM KDNC one would think from logic 101?
Fri, 7 May 2021.
Cadence Minerals Plc owns 30% of Sonora via REM Plc Mexico Ltd.
Whether Ganfeng makes an offer to KDNC for REM Plc Mexico Ltd or NOT, it does not matter.
If they dont make an offer as and when, then the Bacanora -Ganfeng Takeover Offer today, 6 May 2021 appears to provide a M & A BENCHMARK FOR SONORA LITHIUM LTD [SLL] that holds the Sonora deposit [Great Sonora, Mexico].
By the way, the deal [BCN -Ganfeng] deal involves a lot more complex maths given BCN has already paid for their BCN shares earlier [+] plus BCN has already provided part Capex [-].
I have done my own sums.
By the way, I posted on this forum but it was done from a commercial view point. When it involves one*s money in any investment, one has no choice but to be realistic rather than ...
I personally think Mr D.Lenigas played a blinder. Why? Now, REM plc Mexico is in play without having to pay for capex but has the advantage of BCN M & A Benchmark. If Ganfeng dont want to make an offer for REM Mexico Ltd [holding co], its OK as the Sonora project could become more $$ once production starts. REM Mexico is NOW FULLY IN THE SEAT AT SONORA WITH 30% SHARE.
That*s my view.
