@FrankieH - Ha Ha Ha. I thought you would be on the more patient scale given that you are into Horticulture.
On that subject, any suggestions for companion flowering plants for roses with long stems? or is it better to leave them alone as it is?
@Obs - What would be your approximate timing of this and also what do you think would be best time for this news?
PMSL Heidi ..... Derr !!! .... don't you know nuffink ... there's been a buy of nearly £29k & a sell of nearly £12k so far today as it is at time of writing ... it's all about consolidation LoL .....
Last time there was a "Conclusions for Decision", the decision came the same day. Given that the date of this was yesterday, I'd say it's very likely the decision will be made today, as the subject says: imminently...
"Plenty of big buyers. And sellers." ?
Where ?
I cannot find a single trade above £5k (okay, one was circa £5006), only a few trades in excess of £1k in value, and very few trades on the whole so far today.
All in all, a rather quiet day so far.
Are you sure you are commenting on the correct share ?
It's relatively small isn't it?
Also I don't think this is the main one we were looking out for reading the history of it.
This is the main case that ruling was referring to.

res/hit is a Hebrew word for meditation
have they got the money to pay?
@Maddog - 14 days to pay the court fees. But also talks about applicant challenging the decision and creditors issuing new summons. So a bit confused tbh.
l like the word re****? that was what l read on Saturday . but it read as 14days then to pay,
cause
This is the latest update I could find

"07/05/2020 Conclusions for Decision"
Thank you
The one where you have to prove you aren't a robot. "Joined Petition".
Was there Obs? I didn't notice. Any details?
Indeed. And you'll notice there was an update earlier for the main case we are waiting for.
Below is a ruling on Zamin that was published yesterday. It is not the one everyone is waiting on. It shows that the suspensions don't affect all court proceedings, right?

great find cause... it’s definitely constitutional... most of anglo’s appeals refer the courts to the jrp for their labour liabilities... so i wasn’t sure if something had happened that suspended those appeals due to another means of payment now being available...
I'm with you with that understanding obs, ' he recalled'
According to the rapporteur, the moment demands “greatness to seek viable solutions from a legal, political and economic point of view". He recalled decisions made by him as the rapporteur of the Extraordinary Appeal with Appeal (ARE) 1247402 and of Complaint (Rcl) 37314, that deal with the same theme, in the sense that the decisions of the Labor Court that rule out the application of TR as a monetary correction index breach precedents of the STF in ADIs 4425 and 4357. He also added that the matter does not fall under Theme 810 of the repercussion general, which discusses the application of Law 11,960 / 2009 for the monetary correction of convictions against the Treasury before the issuance of a precatory.
Although it's definitely wrapped up in legal speak,
The case we are following/waiting on has not had a suspension against it as far as I can see. There are many other cases, and it seems to be the ones related to outstanding labour costs which are suspended.
on another but perhaps related matter international shipping is conducted in USD (& a few routes on EURO) ... if outstanding shipping costs were ruled on & determined by the courts in reals depending on what's happened to exchange rates that could cause an issue & a big hole somewhere .... maybe this appeal is of a similar nature & halted pending the outcomes of rulings/appeals elsewhere....
I don't believe what we are waiting on is related to labour costs - that is another aspect of the judicial recovery. But it may be sufficiently linked to cause a pause. I don't know.
BAN/ it sounds the same to me ,
