Should have said 'strong buy'
Outlook excellent. Dividend attractive. SP in the doldrums. I've filled my boots
A little flurry of buys today.
Divvy tomorrow.
Cheers re your excellent summary Private Punter. I bought some of these recently too - as you say, this seems a quality company on a very low rating.
I note that the Naked Trader was also very positive about K3C in his update yesterday afternoon:
"It doesn't seem to matter how decent a statement a company puts out, shares almost
always go down on the day of a report!
It is very frustrating for especially longer-term shareholders. In the end, if you think you have a quality company value will out and often it can be worth holding on.
I guess markets just take profits now on results days whatever!
One example is K3C, a long-term hold for me which produced excellent results, looks cheap but went down on results.
The flipside is if you like a share, results are decent and they drop on results wait a couple of days and pick some up on the weakness.
For example you can now get K3C cheaper than a few days ago - and if you can get quality at a discount, eventually the profits should come in. K3C is near the top of my list of potential bid targets this year."
Write up for interest.

Have to agree with Grayling and despite the retrace it looks a good bet.
I caught up with management on Monday and will have a write up out tomorrow for interest.
May not cover all the points, but hopefully it will prove useful to some extent.
Suffice to say, on a personal note I bought an opener on the back of that chat and the numbers announced.
Yes. The dividend will be increased in March, but more importantly progressively thereafter as stated in the recent RNS "9.1p dividend per share ("DPS") in FY21, 12.1p DPS in FY22 and 15.5p DPS in FY23. As per previous years, this will be paid approximately 1/3 on interim results and the balance on annual results." Chill out. The new bigger K3C group with all the recent acquisitions bolted on will take a little while to bed in and show its potential, but everything is moving in the right direction and once this is clear K3C and its investors will prosper.
This is the 3rd dip to just over 300p in 3 months. I understand that the dividend will be increased a bit in March but it's a large part of cashflow and cynically looks to me a bit like ploy to support the sp, so how it performs going forward is gonna determine sp growth.
Finally back to my entry price and wishing I'd had the confidence to add more on the recent dip. Only one way now I think with these results and the dividend hike.
Investors seem to be selling into today's news and little rise. 'Under the radar' is a euphemism for investors not really seeing value I fear.
This will be the first time many investors have heard of K3C but it's a great introduction. Hopeful that we'll also make a few Top Tip lists for 2022 in the next fortnight.
nice article....clearly outlines the leadership position K3C has....
I've just stumbled upon this article too. About time more notice was paid to K3C.
I've just had a read of his latest blog dated 13th Dec & i quote for your perusal..
'K3C in which I have a decent holding now had a trading statement today. The fundamentals look great and this is top of my bid target list for 2022 where I think it could be taken out with 50pc upside from here.
Management seems very decent at K3C and if they can keep up the good work it could have a lovely 2022.'

Bullish trading update couple of days ago... full steam ahead! Loving this comment by John Rigby (CEO) "The first six months of the year has been incredibly positive, with trading in line with market expectations as we continue to deliver our growth strategy across the Group".
The growth story is on track, the board are purchasing shares.....the P/E offers value. Whats not to like, 2022 prospects look positive
I think you will find that the NT issued on the 15th Dec last gave the SP a huge kick up the backside and having bought in at £1.55 in Nov of that year, I am more than satisfied with progress. This is a bolt on LTH, which also has the advantage of paying a generous dividend. As I said before, chill out!
Each NT update seems to give this a little kick and then it continues its downward path.
...big vote of confidence in the company
Always like to see a director buy. It's not a huge amount given they already own 5.5m shares but it's a positive sign nonetheless.
Just keeps on buying - can only mean good news. This is what I like to see skin in the game, unlike some of the AIM cos I am monitoring
No, K3c was not included in the top 100.
Overdone in my opinion so topped up at 304p. This thread name has absolutely come back to bite me but it remains a conviction share for me so I'm happy to wait.
Unprecedented drop. How can the new virus affect K3C so much? It could be just an opportunity to mark it down as interest was waning on a somewhat overhyped share.
Was K3 not included in the IC top 100?
