An extra $1 on the toll would pay Leon’s salary with a bit left over for Ollie! But as Seis says they would surely shout an improved deal from the rooftops.
Nice article Moneyman. Nothing new, of course, but a handy well written summary.
For any new investors / potential investors, this recent podcast with Leon and Charles Archer is worth a listen:

An extra $20 on the toll would make all the difference!
I was wondering about that myself Northern, although I would have thought if they did negotiate a better agreement they would have been keen to mention it in the RNS.
Seis, interesting news regarding the chrome tolling agreements which have been extended. Pure speculation from my part but given the strong outlook and current pricing for chrome I would suggest that there has been negotiation about the tolling margin!
Northern
Leon said in the podcast that they were about two and a half months away from the first of the additional chrome modules being fully operational, although the RNS says commissioning by August, so I guess somewhere between June and August. Hopefully August is a conservative number.
Can't be long now for the rocket to take off!
Very good article on JLP at Mining Review Africa!

NorthernShark, ok good news.
HD - My reading is the due diligence has been completed and satisfied. They are now in the legal stages of forming the JV, bank accounts, legal structures etc...
Plus JLP will get a cash boost from the initial 1.75m plus pre-formation costs which will be paid from the JV.
Northern
Leon did say an 'update' I believe, not the signing. But still it's positive news. I think there's an error in the rns. The headlines say the second chrome unit at Thutse will be commenced in August 2024 but the more detailed section below says it will be commissioned in August 2024. I think this should definitely be commenced with commissioning being 2 to 3 months later.
Shareswotter, I agree. They said the JV has been excised but still stipulations?? Or am I reading it wrong?
I thought the wording on IRH was strange, and doesn't mean much. It indicates they are now starting to form the JV. Leon indicated news will be in 2 weeks from a few days ago in that interview so maybe then they will announce agreements are signed.
Minus profit splits etc.....

You are correct not to expect fireworks until cash in the bank and production figures for both chrome and copper finally dispels the negativity of many investors and some stupid posters on this site.Jubilee is now like a volcano ready to erupt
We now have a clear plan to atleast 45 000 tons of Copper by end of next year. Pretty incredible. This will double our current market cap.
I'm expecting at least a 50% share price rise in the next few months.
All in all a positive update I felt (and much needed). Let's hope it creates a bit of news and buzz reversing the trend. I'm not quite clear about the IRH dedicated JV option decision that was articulated - was that not always the plan or is this a variation of some description?
Great news, all moving along as expected although I have become conditioned to the SP not moving at all so not expecting any fireworks there!
IRH JV now confirmed, Roan on schedule… a nice Easter bonus 😁
