Hello Catwithamnesia - Thanks for asking, I am very well. How are you?
Here is my short reply to your long post. You say: "Until then we are just talking about things to entertain while some people are making fun of other people's money. It's not the first nor will it be the last time they do it."
Until we have an update from JAY no one knows for sure what the next step is for Disko. I agree with you, what we are doing in the meantime is talking about things to entertain ourselves (as you put it).
Came across this little snippet. In 2021 (while RM and ES were there) Jay stated about Kobold
'..... as being a credible and reliable partner that shares OUR COMMITMENT TO ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY.'
Hello Ashton, how are you?Let's analyze what has happened to see if we understand each other.
Disko has already been studied. There are already geological surveys carried out by the Danes. Ashton, you can look in my previous posts for everything Disko and Dundas might have,
The use of drones and helicopters for electromagnetic mapping has already been carried out by Danish authorities and academics in Scotland and Canada. See the links I sent.
As I have no patience for delusionistic syndromes, I have already stated several times that I believe that Greenland could be a good mining camp but that there are many charlatans and sellers of snake baths.
It's not worth rambling and always having hypotheses, theories and digressions. The truth is this: JAY is a company of crooks, bad managers, with dubious backgrounds and an uncertain future. Repeated changes of directors, staff being fired, staff resigning voluntarily are not normal. I am no longer talking about the harmful management of shareholders' positions, carried out without prior warning. The directors decide what to do behind the scenes and do not listen to the shareholders.
We can continue to play but in reality for many people money is hard to earn and at this moment JAY is synonymous with circus. It is very lucky for certain people to be far from the shareholders because they would probably receive a more Latin treatment given the constant mischief and schemes they invent to hunt for other people's money.
Without being too stupid, what actually happens to the shareholders is:
- some, as Cervantes wrote, continue to see castles and windmills.
- others are tempted to buy a plane ticket and a stick and pay a visit to Jay's headquarters
- others simply accepted their bad decision due to flaws in JAY's analysis and at this moment, with losses above 90%, they accept this loss and watch a spectacle of negligence, idiocy and trickery.
- others still remotely believe in something, just something, positive that will make them recover a little money.
Until then we are just talking about things to entertain while some people are making fun of other people's money. It's not the first nor will it be the last time they do it.
ChirpyCheep - You ask: “Have you been in conversation (with JAY) since?”
Yes, I have, and on two issues: (a) Divestment of assets and (b) Eric Sondergaard’s impending maiden interview.
(a) I am advised that the divestment process is continuing. I am expecting an update soon, given this encouraging statement in the RNS on 19 April 2024: "The Company is in the process of rationalising its current Finland portfolio for further cost savings, and expects to be able to update the market on this SHORTLY shortly."
(b) No indication from JAY as to when we can expect the interview with ES but I have stressed the urgent need to break the radio silence given the fact that since ES' appointment 4 months ago on 20 December 2023 some important decisions have taken place (Expansion of the corporate strategy; Reinstatement of the Dundas 2019 MRE, etc). Disko update is also due. I am hoping that the interview will take place SHORTLY.
Hmmm, JM doing a chat with Justin the clown - is that a fund raise I see coming sometime soon? John M isn't interested in being factually accurate, he's interested in trying to push the sp up to facilitate a fund raise at an sp higher than it is now. SP Angel (for their services) will be paid in JAY shares - they'd like to see the sp higher so they can sell those shares into the inflated price - a price they will try their damnedest to pump up before they dump. They do have a track record - apparently selling their entire holding into the rise created by the farcical 44p target they conjured up. It's so very transparent and predictable.
John Meyer - "Aquiring directly from the government, some oil and gas projects.... or perhaps through M&A".
Erm, bit of a problem there John - it's impossible to get an oil and gas licence from the government of Greenland. The government banned all new licences in 2021. Do your research pal...
Yes LW, the tone is certainly ironic, perhaps sardonic but for sure tongue in cheek. He knows the score here.
Ah, the reassuring voice of JM. Seemingly as bullish on JAY as he was six plus years ago, and SP 90-odd percent higher (and a good many fewer dilutions back then too).
So calm and reasonable his explanations for the latest failure always sound. He could charm the birds from the trees.
Justin strikes me as having the measure of things here though. His tone when posing some of the questions. Something I first noticed a while ago in an earlier interview with JM covering JAY. Anyone else know what I mean?
Anyway, it appears that the same people who were bears, remain bears and the same bulls remain bulls, for the time being.
Thanks for sharing the latest video and good weekend all.
“What’s that Skippy? John Meyers been on the VB again? Streuth.”

“What’s the Skippy? Rod and Eric have fallen down a mineshaft?
Done be bloody ridiculous Skip, you know there isn’t a a mine shaft within a 1000 miles of Disko”
On 30 April 2024, Anglo American will be holding its AGM at The Mermaid London, Puddle Dock, London EC4V 3DB. I hope to attend. If I do, I will try to find out from the Directors about the company’s progress on its Disko project in Greenland, in particular when the maiden drilling is likely to happen. AA carried out field activities at Disko in 2022 and 2023. Its Disko tenement is a massive 7,379km² compared with JAY’s acreage of 2,903km² (not including the 116 km² mentioned in the RNS on 21 September 2023). AA's licence areas surround that of JAY's.
I would not rule out the possibility of AA teaming up with JAY on the latter’s Disko project. I noted with interest this statement in the latest RNS on 19 April 2024: "This project (Disko) represents the LARGEST POTENTIAL UPSIDE upside in the company's current portfolio." JAY could have easily avoided this statement but chose to include it. Why? Only time will tell.
Eric Sondergaard completes 4 months as MD of Bluejay today. I wonder when we can expect his maiden interview, sooner the better.
In the meantime, I am tempted to describe shareholders' sentiments as:
- The anxious are tense (Will JAY go to the wall?)
- The weak are in fear of uncertainty (Will JAY turn things around?)
- The optimists are waiting for a brighter day (i.e. JAY's better days are ahead!)
A light-hearted post (with no reference intended to any person, living or dead). RNSs as they should be
G'day cobbers. I'm really pleased to announce our latest scam (edit - sorry I mean scheme) I was beginning to think this company was a dead dingo but me and my good mates have come up with a bottler of a plan. We'll do another fund raise and say we need more money to put in place a bonzer plan to buy out Kobold's share and to progress work with a company called White Flame Energy to explore for O&G. We're all sure none of them pommie investors will work out our existing connections to WFE. Strewth, we've got away with so much in the past this little beaut is sure to succeed. We just love the pommie market – we can get away with loads of scams (edit - sorry I mean schemes) and not only do the regulators do nothing but those pommies keep giving us their smackeroo.
Apparently those drongos at Kobold don't like our new plans and something called business ethics – they must be right flaming galahs, me and me mates always make a mint from the companies we run. Kobold will sell us their share for $1 - we might keep that to ourselves, then me and my cobbers can get some big beer tokens out of the fund raise. Bonzer.
I assume that the news of potential acquisitions has come as a surprise, especially considering your recent communication with ES ?
On the surface it looks like has thrown you a porkie pie , or at best been a little disingenuous ?
Have you been in conversation since ?
I am pleased you haven't been put off by derampers- the stock has fallen 97% so it is to be expected.
KatAmnesia - Thank you for your concern but I don't rant, I don't rave and I don't get stressed out. You can see that from my posts. I wish I could say the same when reading your posts. So, if anything I have good reasons to be a bit concerned about KatAmnesia. As you say it's only cash and life has more meaningful things to offer. So dial down and enjoy life! Looking forward to reading your next post on JAY.
The gas move makes sense.
White lines, beer and British breakfast beans create a gas mass that can inflate shareholders for sure.
I am completely sure we are going to be a blast.
I am expectant about the discovery of nitrous oxide huge deposits in Dundas. We need to laugh, that would be a good idea.
Anyway, I am a bit concerned about Ashton. My friend, whatever happens never hurt yourself. It’s only cash. Life has more meaningful things.
This script is having bunch of surprises that are making me to enjoy. Damn…I am becoming Smaso…
As Ailean has said new O&G exploration in Greenland has been banned, the chances of Bluejay or White Flame (or anyone else) successfully exploiting O&G in Greenland is virtually zero. There's no way RM and his shameful posse don't already realise that but they are attempting a ramp of Bluejay regardless. Trying to squeeze every last cent out before it all implodes. Plenty of companies with deep pockets have been there before and walked away - eg, between 2010 - 2014 Cairn spent around $1bn and others have also tried their hand already.
I would suggest that RM and his crew will not succeed in the short time they have until their licence runs out in 2027 - other far better funded, staffed and experienced co.s have failed in the past even when the appetite in Denmark was open to O&G exploitation. Only mug private investors are ever going to fund such a farce, any one with even the merest knowledge of the situation will not want to partner or fund Bluejay on it's newly chosen path. Might, as ever, be money to be made on trading the spikes but long term this is going to zero.

Greenland passed legislation in 2021 banning any new hydrocarbon exploration licences. With Greenland Oil & Gas A/S licences expiring in 2027, its last chance saloon for RM/ES/MH to squeeze some $$$$ out of these licences for themselves.
Luckily, nobody seems to be buying it. Some fairly big sells printing though.
Good work Aileen. Little Bo Peep also a shareholder if you flick through their last accounts (from 2022).
Pulsar Helium has two projects, the Topaz project in the USA and the Tunu project in Greenland. In Greenland, Pulsar has a Mineral Exploration Licence via its subsidiary Skyfire Ltd. The licence covers an area of 2,771km².

RM and JAY chairman Micheal Hutchinson are directors of White Flame Energy Ltd (Companies House records show was it was until recently named Greenland Gas and Oil Ltd). Who is the COO - no other than ES! White Flame Energy Ltd has a subsidiary in Denmark/Greenland called Greenland Gas & Oil A/S (RM and ES are directors). Greenland Gas & Oil A/S has been around a while. They have active onshore hydrocarbon exploration licences on the east coast of Greenland. MLSA website shows that these were granted back in 2014. Licences due to expire in 2027 and looks like the company has never done any work on the licences? Seems they are busy rolling one of their sh*tshow companies into another, so EM/ES/MH can cash in on Greenland Gas & Oil A/S before those licences expire.
Who is their neighbour on the Greenland east coast? "Skyfire Ltd", 100% owner subsidiary of TSXV listed, Pulsar Helium Inc. Starts to make sense why JAY are also referring to helium in today's RNS.
Open your eyes... this is just another scheme to milk JAY shareholders by monetising one of their failing private companies.
Ben. Exactly that. Devious ploy to ruin company turns into world class hydrocarbon giant. I have my doubts..
Next is the post-coital RNS. "Thanks for the money!"
