Plus I don't want to make a false rumour or something, don't need to read any comments about some agenda or ramp the shares and then sell.
No sure Blackfisk, it's only my idea & opinion and trust me I don't have any inside information.
The last time I spoke to Luis was April and until now I didn't have an answer about few questions I asked in May.
Nothing was like an inside, only normal questions that was raised by friends.
To be honest, I don't know how long takes to go to production after DFS - the route can be easy, but no idea.
Down to production I think it's Luis & Brian idea, but if someone make a irresistible offer maybe they will say YES
News inbound tomorrow? Nice little flurry!
Obelix, who would they sell to? Isn't it more likely we will go down the production and offtake route?
Joeman, I believe they haven't sold Jangada yet due lack of all information from the DFS.
I'm sure they have an offer on the table, but they will not have a discussion without the full potential they have on the ground. They have a big PEA - IRR and Capex, they only piece of the information that is missing is DFS.
I have enough Shares at the moment and no money to buy more (sad)
Sold for 40% of the PEA value.....wow. im guessing any upside to the purchaser was evident.
JAN haven't fully drilled the 3 areas that make up our DFS..... and there are a further 5 to be investigated..... id say that we also have very evident upside.
I remember marl, best PEA I’ve seen released on AIM. Checked back to see how project had progressed few months back and noted the project DFS been released by operators.
Pea DFS
IRR 153% 36%
NPV $1.37b $1.05b
Capex $261m $309m
Marianna resources was taken over after PEA for their 30% share at £167m (£556m 100% basis)
This moment reminds me of when there was a coup attempt in Turkey and my Mariana shares slumped. Within a few months, it was back up before being sold. Again, it is an incredible opportunity and I am going to top up every pay day and pour my pension contributions in here
These are terrific levels to get into Jangada. If you believe that a 100% IRR project is next to being a dead cert for development, then this a great opportunity. Also a great moment for the company to do some actual publicity. The sp crashed to 1p before rising to 10p. We've been here before and we are now much closer to production
It isn't the issue being raised though?
Also, a drawdown would only have a short-term effect if we are in need of cash. We are not.
It’s worrying you don’t realise the effect a 75% drawdown can have on the future of the company…
It’s worrying that you don’t realise the effect illiquidity can have on volatility…
What’s going on here?!!? Down another 10%?!!?! I’m amazed with the amount of insider holdings how this can go down so much. Brian has not done us any favors lately. I hope he comes through with big news soon.
Thank you Blackfisk, I wish to have money to Buy more, but the market it's not in our side at the moment.
Jangada now at 3.05p my other shares are negative again.
Good start for the week... lol
Mrs Obelix will have a nice Holiday in December / January if Jangada release what's we are waiting for if not, will be at Home with out radiator on... lol
Terrific holding now Obelix! Jangada shares definitely one way of keeping Mrs Obelix sweet. I wonder if we could see three offtakers for the different products? Largo for vanadium, Vale for iron ore and Tronox or LB Group for the TiO2
Blackfisk, Luis is well connected there for sure. and I'm not sure if Vale are focusing in Palladium or Vanadium
I do believe Largo, Glencore are the strongest link and possible partners
The DFS will be the key to unlock the real potential here and hopefully we will see this Q3
Hi Sneakerking,
How are you? I trust you are well. I'm really busy with my Fortis Coin (Crypto) - more clients for us and I need to explain to the new Holders about the Crypto project. I did 3 top ups the last 3 weeks, but now no funds available at this value.
I will wait for more news and then will continue the top up here. At the moment, have more than 12.5 millions shares.
We just need to see Brian & Luis give us a decent update. Hope you have a nice day, take care.
Does anyone know why Obelix doesn’t post as much as he used to in the past? When this was going up he posted he topped up every week.
Largo are also in the process of completing their Tio2 plant. Due for completion early next year.
Thanks Dcat, what about Vale? Obviously BoD have connections there
I don’t think it would take much to change sentiment here enough to at least stop the price sliding, perhaps even just announcing a date for a future investor presentation. Issue presumably is they don’t know when the final info needed to complete the FS will be ready and don’t want to announce a presentation (or the AGM date) till then. But I noted at the very end of the April RNS it implied the technical report was actually issued on 31 Jan which is now 5 months ago. Surely we have to be close now.
The MC is only $2million above the $6million total equities and liabilities from the resent results.... so almost zero attributed value to the $97million NPV/100% IRR project for a sought after list of commodities in Brazil, a country with a mature and well understood framework for mining... to be exploited by a company with a board with experience of delivering projects and a member who literally contributes to the country's legislative frameworks......
Got to be a crazy position to be in........
Down over 70% in less than 3 months!
I think I'll wait for 1p before I decide?
BF - in what regards? Our project certainly isn’t scale a major of that size would want to operate themselves. Outfits such as glencore don’t just operate own mines, but act as commodity traders/offtakers and could be interested more from that angle. Partner interest for me is more likely to come from those with a strategic need for our commodities, largo for vanadium of Tronox for Ilmenite feee for their Tio2 plant for example.
I've had representatives from a couple of mining majors look me up on LinkedIn. One of them did so over the last week. Dcat, others, do you think that the size of our deposit is big enough to attract companies worth $80 billion plus? Do they only look at projects with certain deposit sizes and if so, where does Pitombeiras stand in relation to those limits?
