@ smalleyus.
Checking the RNS's, which should be the official place for price sensitive news, is not a bad place to start. Unfortunately i cannot see what you see. I'll assume that you are correct, but am certainly not bothered about another 8 million warrants.
Your due diligence is amazing for a company that you are not invested in. Well done. And it would also appear that you would do anything to prove any slightly positive poster here, wrong. Oh! Apart from me.
Good luck with your negativity here.
What a sad look!!!!
Soppy typos..sorry tiny phone and keyboard
Some posters talk the sp down imo to getvthe sp lower. Holding 50k shpuld worry the schitt out of you and be more positive. You DO NOT down grade your owb investmrnts, surely. After next week i am sure we will all feel easier.. Remember, many investors sell early before news as tgey fear losses, more wealthuer simply buy more....as Baron Woffett says , "Be chwerful when others are fearful"
I don't want to cross ramp or recommend to people shares, incase they don't work out. I did that in the early days of trading (20 years ago) and regretted it deeply. I tend not to share now to be honest GG. Hope that makes sense. But one is in this sector and one is in pharma.
I held high hopes for Misk but I've been v unimpressed at the lack of shareholder communications and PR the last 6 months. Also, the slipping of timelines by large margins. I have around £50k invested here so it's no small sum. In return all I want is transparency. Sadly, that seems to be lacking recently.
Anyway all good. I've traded some of my pot a couple of times and made some money although I do now regret not saying adiós on the run to 3p. It's easy to get carried away with investing and we all make bad calls. From what I've seen to date, it's knocked my confidence and it's the one thing I must have to invest long term. If we get to my new target - 2.5 I'll walk away with a healthy profit.
Have a great weekend

Another opportunity to top up then.
Ditto...Para2022...the Rsouls will be out in force la
Fever Ray, you're already outed as being full of sh17. Now away and feck off with your cr4p talk.
He always trades the stocks he targets. He may well hold JAN and he will work on buying more cheaper. AND he does not always be truthful to hus own readers. Cagey character..i hace seen hin in actiin for over 25yrs. He has had many warnings and threats from companies he targers.
Incorrigible.
His column/show is called Bearcast, which says it all. Frankly, this seems to have been done reluctantly, and is quite a weak case compared to his other pieces so I would not be surprised to learn that he has a stake in Jangada himself
Should have gone to Specsavers.
Sorry ……… should’ve 😂
Personally I see it clear as day and find the delay in these assays as dissapointng. March 30th RNS
Anyway, enjoy the bank holiday weekend
Overview:
· 13 holes drilled for a total of 2,076 metres primarily targeting the high-grade Molly 1 & 2 targets
· Highly encouraging indications from step-out drilling has reinforced district-scale prospectivity
· All holes drilled contained quartz vein and/or disseminated sulphides, the host for gold in this style of mineralisation
· 44 samples sent to labs with assay results expected mid-April
· Expectation remains to materially build on existing JORC resource of 130k oz Au
· Minimum drilling requirements of 2,000 metres successfully met, Company to exercise option to acquire 100% of the 6,656.2-hectare project
· Completion of Phase 1 drilling expected early April, Phase 2 of drilling and geological work to commence shortly thereafter
· Fully funded for the next phase of exploration
The wording in the RNS is a little poor but it reads to me as though the assays for the samples were due back to the company mid April. The DD core samples were not promised mid April in my opinion.
Also I said POTENTIALLY July IF the labs took 3 months.
Hope this clears things up
Jon
44 grab sample and 13 cores were collected before end March and sent to lab. So you are telling me they are delaying all results until July just because of the extended 14th core? If that is the case - it doesn't take Einstein to work out why esp, when 1p warrants are converting so low.
To me it's been highly mismanaged and misleading so far with Molly. Remember this is on the back of disappointing Paranita results. There needs to be more clarity form the company and better communication. This is not PI whinging when it's the company's OWN words in an RNS stating 'assays expected mid April'. That means assays expected mid April in my book. Extending the drill should not hold up those preliminary results. Unless.....
I'm highly suspicious of posters who are only Uber positive all the time, as much as I am about the ones that are knocking the share all the time.
In the end of the day shareholders can hold companies to account - as they did recently at Mila Resources. Good for them as it did the trick.

APOLOGIES TO DONDON !!!!
There’s no right and wrong here and it takes 2 to tango. However I’m not one to pick a fight usually. DonDon I should not have wound you up the way I did. I’m not from Runcorn, I’ll be cheering on the Reds tomorrow. I loved this board at one point the atmosphere was great for a while and enjoyed the company’s transition into a gold explorer and the SP rise that came with it.
Still invested here although not as heavily as I was. I’m not a trader but am here to make money so will top up and derisk as I see fit. I see the SP right now as an opportunity.
The company has dropped a few hints that the initial findings from Molly are very positive and the language is different to that before the panaraita results.
I have re-read the RNS that I referenced earlier and stand by my comments about timelines re samples vs core assay’s although I hope the DD results arrive ASAP.
Good luck all holders and have a cracking weekend ☀️ 😎👏
Jon Ray, Ray Jon,............Jon Jon, Ray Ray!!!
LOL Ray Jon.
And what's wrong with Runcorn Don?
Assays will come when they're been really polished, polished enough to focus 100% on Molly.
RIP Paranaita!
Good Look
Molly will potentially take a couple of years to drill out to meet the requirements of the Agreement.
Chill Don
It's your're and I've just found the filter button so no worries after this post. I refuse to engage with idiots like you in life. You are a loser

Somebody wants the shares
Stay firm/resolute and committed to your holdings. Give the team a chance to release stellar results

Its amazing the schitt people believe...imcluding us lot ffs. Ha ha lol
Maybe better to wait until after 7.00am for the announcements ? 😉

I was going yo top up MILA snd NEO ...instead i topped up here. Today was my cheapest Buy in JAN
GLA
NO WORRY NO CRY
Jon, the 6.5 mil shares sold today is not 'windbags' I'd say that is the 1p warrants. No need to be so disagreeable condescending and dear I say childish about such things
Further top up opportunities picked up 612k shares for 1.47p
My hypothesis of strong success on next news remains in place.
A little bit of common sense needed here. This co doesn’t release any RNS’s they don’t need to. The fact that they gave a Molly update meant the full results were not due to be released within a couple of weeks. The update was meant to appease the shareholders that like to moan about delays whilst they wait for results
It appears the ones that like to moan have missed the point of the last update entirely
On the plus side this has allowed me to pick up another 532k shares at 1.475p, a buy price I didn’t expect to see again.
Thanks wingebags 👏
...and that Paranaita clock continues to run down!
Good Look
I hope you're right. You will look a fool if they don't.
Topped up. I am ready
Fever where did you get your info..no one knows surely?
Are going to be released later today or tomorrow.
Position. Accordingly
It’s very frustrating to not get news by now. They stated assays expected by the middle of April. If there’s been delays in processing we should be told. As with most companies when there’s no information from the company the price drifts. People on here shouldn’t say news will land today or tomorrow then it doesn’t, it just looks bad. Hopefully we hear something after the bank holiday. Just enjoy the weather. Glah

DonDon73, I have been saying exactly this for weeks and weeks.
Agreed, good post.
I wonder what Fever will say today for attention.
Well. It looks like the poster who said news was due today was totally wrong and is misleading investors.
I am starting to feel he's not the only one misleading investors.
They really have made a big mess of this. Paranaita delay and dissapointng results then saying this could be a new discovery and a massive upgrade in resource and then being so late in on the expected assays is starting to look like very unprofessional management. Not what I expected from Paulo Misk when I first invested 6 months ago.
I dont want to start some BB war of words here. I'm just venting my frustration, as this could have easily been avoided. It is also about what I perceived as bad corporate governance.
Is it time for a Mila Resources type of shareholder revolt as it seemed to do the trick there? A group of investors gathered together and pressured the board for better comms and management. It worked and they have since made an effort with shareholders. Not invested there now but I was and sold when it hit 2.5 last year.
Sometimes you do feel that Janganda are just not being straight with us.
Ignore him smalley. He obviously can’t read a five year chart. Stock price has lost almost 90%.
I think everyone knows Snea.... meant 11p down to 1,5p, apart frm you of course.
'...time and time again....'?
Any particular point will do?
Good Look

Where and who are the labs that do the processing of core samples and find out why they are delaying assays..
Just ASK. I know that there are massive overload of samples since tge big rise in gold price...every miner is working overtime and have problems due to hot weather and water supplies
I just don't understand who's idea it was to put out a mid April timeline for assays and how they can get it so badly wrong. Again.
It's selling off as they have not built a strong share holder base with good communications. That's why our peers have held up much better.
I personally think we are a couple of weeks off going by Paranaita results.
I doubt Misk would but put statements like - new discovery and best I've seen in my career without conviction.
If assays did come back average though (and they won't) it's game over for Janganda as far as investors are concerned. They must be aware of that too.
All I see is top up opportunities on all of these dips. Added a modest amount of 118k shares this morning to keep on averaging in anticipation of next news flow.
Paulo Misk has never let anyone down yet
Delays are affecting all stocks but i belirve we will bounce again soon on anticipation. Mila is up a lot today, so could it be our turn next as i know we seem to follow suit. Gla
Savvy believers will be stake building. Good luck to them and good luck to me.

I've been reading this blog for many months and must say, the posters below are strange creatures. Constantly posting, even at weekends, negative comments that contribute little. Why? Is there nothing better to do with one's time?
As mentioned yesterday, there are a few catalysts here for the declining share price. Foremost is the lack of shareholder engagement. For example, when was the last company interview they did? When was the last time we saw the Chairman Brian McMaster and when was the last time we heard from Paulo Misk? They hardly use their streams of social media. They do reply to emails but it's always the same copy and paste reply. It is absolutely essential for any business to use good corporate governance and engage with the market with good good PR. Jangada lacks desperately in this department. On top of this we still have a steady stream of 1p warrants and placing overhang depressing the share price. Yet, I believe the true reason is the hugely delayed and missed deadlines. We already saw Paranita delayed by nearly 3 months, which they talked up being a phenomenal resource, only for lack luster results to be delivered. This I believe was the true catalyst for where we are now. On top of this, we now have a deadline the company themselves created (mid April) and have once again missed it by a large margin. Delays are well and good if you engage with the market and keep shareholders updated. They have failed to do this against the back drop of a falling gold price and that is why we are here today at 1.50.
I've been hugely bullish about Janganda and have a sizeable holding here. However, the last month doubts have started to creep in re management style and performance and I am adjusting my forward strategy.
Janganda have done great things with Molly and I'm excited for the results. Yet, I doubt they will change on the communications and engamgment side and that will eventually have a negative impact on attracting investors and retaining LTH's

This is playing out exactly as expected now……any “good news” is dead….the horrendous delays have killed it.
Increase in buying today. The overdue Molly update could (bleeding should) come tomorrow!!!!
BOD still 'Bullish' - todays X post
"Rising bond yields are pressuring gold prices in the short term but we believe this is likely a cyclical phase, not a structural shift. Inflation risks, geopolitical uncertainty, and central bank buying still provide strong long-term support for gold. We remain bullish about our gold strategy and as reported in last announcement, await full results from Molly Gold Project drilling programme. #gold #mining #goldequities"
🤞the Molly results are 🎇 and not 💩 - would be nice to stop the creeping price drop and move up a step or two!
You don’t sound much like a Samaritan 🤔.
I point out fact…nothing made up…nothing exaggerated….just fact. Everyone starting to wake up to it now, I suggest you take a look at the state of the place.
Personal insults don’t make you a tough guy matey.
@ Limp.
I'm not in bother actually. My average is about 1.75 (13 grand investment, so not that big) and i'm confident of making a very good profit here eventually. If i wasn't, i would sell at a small loss. Even if i lost everything i would take it on the chin. Very high risk and reward.
What i wouldn't be doing is posting on a BB where i have no financial intetrest, on a Saturday night. You are just a very sad individual, who tries to garner debate by being contrary.

MILA ON THE RISE RAY OF SUNSHINE UP 17%
0i still topped up here JAN, MILA and NEO at the close. Waited all day and all three obliged
GLA
3 gold stocks on 3 continents
It's down 7 percent dickie hardly tanking
Omi is up. It's delays that are having negative effects on Jan and Mila
US down...Mila tanking
Stocks it's blatantly obvious it's the warrant holders and we have just had one RNS this week to say they have indeed been selling down.
As I say, this is the information we have been told. I personally believe them but understand of others do not.
I’m here purely for the potential of a major gold discovery. The lack of PR is frustrating but I’m sure that if results are good, the share price will soon take care of itself
We had brilliant upward momentum but sadly they don't seem to want to engage, so we are being punished for that and also for the delay, so it sold off. It means any decent news will not have the same impact now. I fully believed we would be well over 2p by now.
When is the last time they did an interview? This is what I mean. They just seem to view PR as a side show or an inconvenience.
Anyway, I also agree Molly should be good esp re Misk's post on his linked in profile.
But the missing of deadlines is becoming a problem in attracting new investors. Hugo mentioned he thought the gold price had a negative effect on the share price recently and I wrote back disagreeing, saying it was mostly down to missed timelines. You can see this in other shares in our sector which disprove his theory.
Anyway, he's great at replying and seems to share the same frustrations.
I’ve been here since last November and remember how frustrating it was hearing nothing about Paranaita for months despite promises of results before end of December 25. The share price followed a similar pattern to now. The Paranaita results were finally released in March and were disappointing. I have more faith in Molly though. The last couple of RNSs, tweets etc make this look like a much more promising project and I strongly doubt that Misk would risk his good reputation just to ramp the share price. Because of that I’m continuing to hold. It’s frustrating watching other shares rise while this one sits here but I really think it’s worth ignoring the FOMO and waiting for this one.
Been a holder here last 6 months but wanted to share an email from Hugo. I've regularly read here so wanted to contribute.
I've written to him a few times and he always reply. The last two emails I have sent have vented some frustrations, as frankly I feel communications have been poor and they are constantly missing deadlines by large margins.
He wrote back today saying he shares the frustrations but there is nothing they can do as they await assays. That was the feed back.
It might be a while yet till they come. It might be tomorrow. Hard to call now.
Either way, I do feel Jan is making a bit of a mess of things on the PR side and are not building a solid investor base. I personally invested on Misk's track record and expected him to be very engaging with the market. Sadly that didn't/hasn't transpired.
Hope that helps. Has anyone else written to Hugo?

Loving these accumulation zone prices that keep on presenting here pre news
Give us all the name and contact details of your contact. What are his credentials? How is he closely involved with the Jan BoD?
This is what happens when you neglect share holders and don't engage with the market on top of warrants going through. They really are not playing their cards well recently. Mid April timeline was a rope to hang themselves with and should have been avoided.
I'm informed the assays are back but no idea why they are not being released to market
The company did state assays expected the middle of Apri. I thought We’d see rns a couple of weeks after that. It’s now been a month since the middle of April so come on Jan get the rns done. They Must have the results by now.

“Embarrassing” would suggest I am embarrassed, far from it my friend. One thing you guys have in common is that you have no answers for anything I say, other than to turn to personal insults, It’s telling. There are no answers, just ramping.
All perfectly normal for an exploration company Limp.
Embarrassing yourself on a daily basis is not going to help you get past what McMaster put you through.
Investing in JAN might help you recover some of your losses and heal those old wounds.
No, you could moan about the constant unrelenting delays, the continual dilution, the fact this isn’t fully funded for the program that supposedly lies ahead, and the fact that the CEO would rather post drivel on his social media than correct the issues mentioned. You could moan about those as well I guess.
Is that all you have left to moan about Limp?
47k of shares? I’ve bought more than that in one go. You get more desperate by the day.
Somehow you need to get past this McMaster having your pants down thing.
…..for more dilution…RNS
Dickie - agreed! For those that are serious about Jan and have been in a while, they will already be in profit. That’s before we get the upgraded JORC reports for our two main sites. Being fully funded at this stage is an absolute bonus. Warrants converting not only provide further cash for the company, but signal that the holders are confident about the future. As I’ve said before, nothing here not to like.
