That was an interesting afternoon of trading. £30.5k sell followed by a £39k buy.

I agree that SS have to be satisfied with the deal but it has already been set in stone the amount of shares they receive and at what price.

It was stated more than once in the AGM that SS would end up holding 15-18 percent of the company once the sale had concluded.

People get emotional when the SP is dropping. With an Mcap of below £20m the upside is even greater from here.

I believe the JSE listing will give the SP a kick in the Ars

I don’t see the alarm with the ex board being able to sell their new shares from the 12th. What about the other near billion shares they own that they could sell at any point past and future?

If they don’t need the money they will just hold on to them for multiples.

It would have been a positive trading day if it wasn’t for the 3m sell on the opening bell today. Not bad considering the carnage in the markets at the moment.

Good news can come when least expected and a decent rise would be on the cards given any Whif of buying pressure.

GAL is in a very similar position but have just secured their funding so are a couple of steps ahead. Their Mcap is now well over £200m

There’s never a dull moment with this share. It’s turned out to be a right roller coaster.

It’s been said many times already but the appointment of Froneman is HUGE. I don’t think financing will be a problem going forward with Neal at the top. There’s big money moving towards gold and sure as shat he will attract the money.

Exciting times ahead. We just need the selling to pass and it will eventually. I’m in this for a 3+ year investment so a few weeks of the SP bobbing around won’t hurt.

They sold 3m in one chunk yesterday which didn’t help the SP.

Approvals would have been nice to have but are now something to look forward to in the future. The updates should start to come through regularly once things start moving with the plans for the infrastructure etc.

The new deadlines are just that. News about approvals could come any time and now Froneman is involved I would think the Mining department would not want put a bit of effort in to save embarrassment.

We’re both just guessing. I always get suspicious of the large round numbers of shares as I buy/sell in round numbers of money

The seller has been playing the volume game. On high volume days there’s plenty of 2 and 3 mil sells but always round numbers.

Our seller is still about, just dumped 2 mil.

Looks like the section 11 will go to the wire…..

I don’t try and predict a share price with a share like this as there is too many variables inc dilution.

I know where I see the Mcap going and in 2 years if we hit our production target I’d be devastated with an Mcap of £200m.

Gold should theoretically be higher by then and even using today’s gold price I expect to see an Mcap of $1b if we are in production @ 52koz

Gilini’s board member bought in recently and paid 1.02. He would know more than most how the financing is going to go and whether now is a good time to buy.

0.93 would appear to be a good entry point.
