When I see that Trek selling, I worry, as he has been the voice of reason on this Board for many.
It's funny as every time we post a message, there is an FCA message underneath the tab that reads "Posting inside information that is not public knowledge, or information that is false or misleading, may constitute market abuse. This could lead to an unlimited fine and up to seven years in prison. If you have any information, concerns or queries about market abuse - click here" ... I urge you to click ... and report those who complain about the low SP and then sell en masse to drop it even further and then buy at the bottom. Is that "market abuse"?
Yes - I can & have complained to the FCA, CIFO and SEC ... and I was not shocked to find that many, many other PIs had too ...
If anyone from other boards is reading this, you too can complain to the SEC about individual directors as all the companies have a common link ...
I have also messaged Peterhouse, TB and the BoD for information and it's no surprise to me that they don't reply ... but here's the rub, by FCA/SEC rules, they have to ... hmmm ...
I am FULLY expecting a positive RNS boosting the SP, another huge sell-off, followed by a fundraise or a CLN announcement.
I am in no doubt that IB is doing all the work it publishes. Their Officers have way too much to lose if the authorities came knocking ...
I have only one hope - that IB is sold and that the PIs in IQAI get some reward - even if its just "break even" money.
As I have written before, there is a cadre of PIs who are huge fans of TB - making money by predicting what he is going to do ... it's textbook stuff ...
Anyway - I really do believe that the authorities in the UK & US are abreast of our situation -- it's only a matter of time now ...

Yes, he wants to take it private - and everyone selling is exactly what he needs / wants. [for new low CL] Bit of a dilemma for PIs.
Well done for taking such proactive action; you just may have thwarted his plan but still uninvestable atm
Jimzi,
BoD is going to do what it's going to do ... it will need 75% of voting stock to take private ... and a clean bill of health ...
Um - at the moment, it has neither ...
-- BB --
I know, I said wants to - not he can atm.
Don't understand clean bill of health
Bertie
forgive my ignorance here - but are you saying that the CEO en famille don't have enough stock to take the company private AND similarly they can't go over 30% because they don't have enough stock to get a takeover voted through?
X - they would need 75% of the company stock to take private. Looking at IQAI website, around 40% will have been taken by the family, broker etc. They will rely on 35% of PIs to vote with them. Leads on nicely to ..
Jimzi - when a company is being looked into from complaints etc, it is "flagged". I can only imagine that with the number of compliants in the UK and overseas that the authorities have received, anything it does now will attract a huge amount of regulatory scrutiny - hence not having a clean bill of health.
Even small things like collectively not answering emails from PIs counts!

The ship has well and truly been driven onto the rocks by the CEO and his associates. Market confidence has abated. All the good work put in by IB is of zero consequence to the investment case at the moment.
The share price hit a 12 month low yesterday. Under the continued sell off, (by disenchanted investors presumably?) it is heading lower today's close of trading. Anyone, like myself, who has continued to hold will need to see what happens when the share price bottoms out? In particular, what mischief the CEO has in store to the detriment of LTIs?
Morning, apart from recent placing/ options TB has supported the company, placing in 2021 he took 3million shares at 5p, that does not look to clever now! I am not a TB apologist, what’s happened this year is very poor when on the 4/1 we were 5p now 1.35p only because of Trevor’s behaviour, Trevor is to old to take this private and I don’t think his children want to either, this will be sold on, hopefully in the region of 10p plus or a lot more but people have to do wants comfortable for them, last post for me for awhile, got to tune out of this, let’s see were we are in 6 weeks, hopefully in a better place, happy Easter everyone!
He's pretty active atm , what's too old?
As the co doesn't tell us whats going on [GE commercial ?], PIs are knitting with one needle.
Hello all,
I fully understand the frustration of LTHs in respect of the depressed SP, I am in such a situation elsewhere.
However, in my view, there is an opportunity to follow TB & Co. in acquiring some shares, at the latest same level or below, funds permitting of course.
In that spirit I have added to my yesterday’s initial entry.
Those who complained that the opportunity to acquire shares at 1.5p was not available to them when TB & Co did, can do so now, even at a lower price.
On this point alone, the complaint about abuse of market would fall away, in my view. Over other trickeries it might be a different matter.
I am not defending TB, I do not care about him one way or another, but, as an investor and at such SP level, I feel there is an opportunity to make some good money here. After all it is the goal while trying to be generally as emotionally detached as possible.
GLA 🐸
Machin,
Best of Luck to you here.
I do believe you have found the right entry point but who knows.
As Always said, the COMPANY needs to grow the turn-over , so that shareholders won't need clever Trevor Money ..
Bottom drawer investment for me
