Bought around 30k first thing this morning and all shown as sells!

I hope that IOF have all their cash ($4.7m at 30.6.22 – more now I would hope) in one or more of the TBTF banks. I trust that they have no cash or very little cash with any of the regional Oklahoma banks (or elsewhere). I know that any bank transfers could trigger to a self-fulfilling prophecy of regional bank failures but Becker’s responsibilities are solely to act in the best interests of his shareholders. He can best help the local economy by keeping IOF solvent and employing local people.
Cheers, thanks for update. Will think about topping up tomorrow. Seems like no real valid reason fox selling?
Recommended sell on a tip sheet by all accounts. Completely wrong to Recommended profit taking at this point without some strength to absorb the sells, premature. Unfortunately when these tips come along it moves several shareholders to act and that can have knock-on effects. Trouble following these tip sheets is anyone who doesn't move gets left out so like sheep they all move and hit thier remaining holdings down 10% negating gains.
Wasn't expecting this. Has the iodine price been dropping? Hard to track, so will have to trust it stays high. An update on IO10 would be good too!
Was expecting a push up. Looking at 5 year chart can see the cup and handle, but it also looks like we're somewhere on a spike. Hopefully will go up to 40p+ and consolidate? Last time we were at 30p we fell like a stone when we got heavily diluted. 50% more shares in circulation than then, so MCAP is a lot higher. Strangely iodine production was higher then! However with this new plant and the next we should get back to record production.
The best news is the high iodine price. That is what drives our current surge, so long may it climb.
Yep, agreed, definitely good that lance is investing some of his "seed" bounty here. LOL
Directors buying is a good sign, might be more RNS to follow with more director buys if the last couple of years is anything to go by.
Cheers to that Clainly ??
I read a while ago, the longer the consolidation, the bigger the breakout. Hopefully that rings true here.
If the price keeps going up Wolfie. I can clearly see a Stella glass and Peanuts shape forming !!!!!!!! G/L -- Ian
Looking at the chart on Google, is that a big old cup and handle on the 5 year chart?
Just looking for thoughts.
I’ve held from £1.50 something, not as bad as yourself put still in pain
Painful to admit that I held these at 240p and was talked out of selling! Haha
If we break 31.5p it could be a 8 year high :)
A three or four year high?
Robust demand

Many thanks
I might add iofina predomity sell flake, it is discounted to the spot price which is 99.9% pure. anything which goes to be processed by iofina Chemical has added value.
No threats on the horizon as far as i can see. the iodine price has been strong and there are shortages continuing in some sectors. With output becoming a focus to increase current levels to 1000mt pa target it could withstand some softning on the spot price.
Evening all. Just looking at this one - seems a generally well run company and on a sound base. Has the share price been influenced significantly by the increase in spot price of iodine? The spot price seems to have gone up ~60% in the last 18 months or so - just trying to gauge what is a decent entry level and if there's any threat if/when the spot price returns to average historic levels. Thanks.
