NAV alone here many many multiples higher.
Yes there's debt , debt can be managed .
Fingers crossed
Survival and a cash injection from sale combined with the 60 mill and it equates to boom
Trust me
With many shops about to re open , it's hardly a wise government which would allow multiple shopping centres to close this pushing more people onto the benefit system .
Lets see
Timetomultibag
"BOOM" not exactly
Trafford Centre valued at £1.669m last December so £1.4bn sounds about right . First there is the Bond to clear of £697m +
£of flesh . Then there is the swaps and other charges Monies required to fill operational costs elsewhere + bank debt
The sale of Trafford Centre alone does not alleviate the whole problem
If the deal is in our favour.. any idea what the sp could go to? Tomorrow and short to long term, is £1 possible long term I wonder....
Can’t see bond holders closing it but they may end up being the owners rather than Intu
Centre is the jewel in the intu crown imho, a survival deal will be struck as there is huge investment going on building a tram line to the trafford centre, that’s going to swing the deal imho as too much is invested in the travel infrastructure for it to close, Christmas shoppers will be there in their hoards as usual generating mega millions for the treasury, intu will survive imho of course, holding a big chunk here and expecting a very good ROI...
The SP closed up 12+% so the market valuations of a deal is more likely too..
There are more positive than negative it seems to me...
You can use the filter to stop reading his post?
Let’s hope all shareholders get a good news with a deal...
Logic should prevail here and politically an embarrassment to the government imo..
A deal is more likely...me thinking but if not ,so be it and never the end of the world..
Worth 1.4 billion.
So if into receive a fraction of this amount , which could allow a report elsewhere I see it's as good news .
Mcap 60 mill , could receive that in cash or more from BL .
Boom
Well allegedly it's a chat board and no matter what anyone says it shouldn't have an impact on anyone in anyway. Therefore focusing on negative aspects of a company should definitely not put anyone off investing or cause anyone any anxiety. Obvs. Tongue firmly in cheek. They know what they're doing. Agreed what he states may be factual but it's certainly one sided. I wonder why he invested at one time, he sells and then continues to post. I have never posted on a board in not invested in. Why would I? This is risky but there are 2 sides to this coin.
Nothing negative about BL coming in for the Trafford Centre. Investors have known for months that assets have to be sold
It also might encourage bid from elsewhere
14.850m shares (£687,649), a trade like that would take a least two days to fill if not longer...the sp of 4.38 will be the average price paid or received.
would it being a sell have been possible?
I can second that. Although Sain may be filled with knowledge, it isn't half depressing reading all that negativity, and if he/she is not invested, I do not see the point of posting on a BB...
IMO thats a BUY.
Cant see it being any thing other than a buy....but we will never 100% know.
Big trades don’t automatically mean good news. Simply could just be this is what they are willing to gamble and if it pays off it’s a nice return. (I am in by the way) but I like to see both sides of the coin as many just instantly think it’s good news when a big trade comes in and it’s not the case.
Again this is on a knife edge. No one knows unless you’re inside trading which I largely doubt anyone would be.
Time will soon tell for people in or out of this.
Coul have been a sell. It doesn't matter now.
Was it a buy ??...
“One school of thought is they have already gone past the stage of preserving any equity for shareholders”
How can they do this?
Shareholders own nearly a third of INTU! They cannot be shafted as it will be a messy legal battle and wouldn’t do any good for confidence in investing in any other company which may reflect badly on the market in general...

Did you fancy a top up? Must be good news.....who would punt 650K if there was a poss this was going skint in the morning?
Woah yeah! Someone is optimistic! £650K just bought...
£650k trade showing . After hours transaction.
