Excellent news for INFA. All project milestones met for September and all project milestones for the year end ON TRACK.
The picture continues to come together nicely and the confidence that this project will come to fruition is heightening.
SP will react very well over the coming weeks.
Could be in for another busy day MR.T
Trying to find some spanners to undo the kitchen sink so I could chuck that in as well.
Cheers HH, not to late.
Si :)
Project update
All milestones met
Mr T
Project update.
Strap in....
In the immortal words of Snowman, our resident cheerleader, Mcap, much....much more!
Mr T.
You only have to look at Ewing Jr's posting history to see he's in the Mitch, Nazarene, Leesa camp........best not entertained. Great post by the way!
Mr. T.
I think the obvious reason for yesterday's negative comments from the local protesters is their next fundraising BBQ and boat trip has just been cancelled (by the RNS)! I did warn them some time ago not to be so smug and that we'd have the last laugh. I guess they're "wising up now".
JR
If you read the RNs you will note how Infa intend to fund this acquisition.
Also if you read further they explain how they will raise working capital to fund the operations.
You also state "monthly liabilities" which may be the case initially, however if they are working on the construction of the IM project then you could assume they will be receiving income in that respect, therefore with other contracts being sought by H and W then it is fair to assume monthly liabilities may be turned into monthly profits? Lets look at the positives instead of the negatives?
Hope that allays your fears.
Mr T
PS anyone seen or heard from me old mucker Tidd?
Mr T
Does INFA have a secret pot of cash to pay for this?
Has to treble quadruple or more
Exactly, I was taken aback at the open today when the sp initially fell back. Then again there were a lot of negative comments around particularly on twitter from I suspect active protestors. Our friends Lees was one of those voices I noted!!!
Yes this is a risky move by a minnow, but I think the team we have in place here are second to none and this move has proved that here today. I would call it a masterstroke and would reiterate all of the positive reasons listed on this board today by many posters. I also think the IM project is a 100% certainty to go ahead despite the naysayers, and I also predict that JW will indeed meet all of the milestones he has set out in Q4.
With so much more positive news to arrive, and you never know, maybe JW has something else up his sleeve!!! I can see us going on a strong bull run up to year end here.
Snowy over to you for some more ramping lol!! and much deserved mow indeed. The sp is lagging far too far behind with what is going on, come on SS Infa time to up anchor and move northwards.
Roll on tomorrow lets see what delights are in store.
Mr T
Yeh right ;-) Quite an unexpected turn of events today. I could list the positives yet again but you have to be stupid to not realise what's going on here
We weren't expecting that lol
This could be a game changer!
Apart from the massive savings taking our fabrication "in house" the H&W acquisition should allow us to generate revenue in at least the medium term.
Capex savings will totally change equity/debt equation.
Great move politically and socially, economic and jobs!
As long as Arun and team get the funding over the line we are all good imo.
A big company derisking move by JW today
GLA
· The Company intends to start utilising the Assets in November 2019 under a licencing arrangement with the Administrators should the Acquisition not complete by 31 October 2019 and the Backstop Date applies. The Company will use the Assets in preparation for key enabling works for the Islandmagee Gas Storage Project scheduled for proposed construction starting in Q1 2020.
Seems like JW is keen to get things moving "on the ground" as soon as November. Surely the whole plan is well formed already, key players engaged and with help from HM gov, it's just a question of putting all the pieces together now. I suspect Daera will be getting "whispers" now to speed things up too......
A Truly master stroke that benefits all concerned!
Julian Smith, Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, said:
"I am delighted by the news that InfraStrata have purchased the Harland and Wolff shipyard and retained the skills and experience of the existing workforce.
Let's all join together for the chorus.............
I firmly believe that the shipyard has a promising future and that InfraStrata's plans present an exciting opportunity for both Belfast and Northern Ireland's manufacturing and energy sectors."
This is the reason why this company is going places, needs a Times sub to read in full)

I think BoJo is just what was needed in this situation, someone who would stand up for Britain's interests and not be bullied by the faceless beuracrats of the EU, just what Mother Theresa did!!let herself be bullied by those and those in her party who did not want any form of Brexit, ie, Spreadfear Phil to name but one!
Nice to see a blue end to the day, I expect further upward movement tomorrow, this I feel is well overdue for a correction and today's news makes that even more imminent.
Mr T
Don't worry about BoJo we will get a deal!
Agreed, with this level of PR, it's just the start IMO
This will be 3P and holding at that or above very soon IMO.
All aboard the good ship INFA and No icebergs in sight!
It would need to be got in the next 29 days if BoJo is to be believed lol
We can get the eu grant money in this is back to 1p.
Yeah, don't remind me. I topped up @1.948p lol
Got excited :)
