That’s not the way this stock works. Check out the history of the company. It is cash hungry with directors costs and has to raise cash all the time and dilutes shareholders.
Who honestly wants a fossil fuel company. Stick to ship building and you might have a chance but the other will just get you negative responses and some of these stop the oil guys will hurt the core business.

Who honestly wants a fossil fuel company. Stick to shop building and you might have a chance but the other will just get you negative responses and some of these stop the oil guys will hurt the core business.
I thought you were into ship building these days rather than fossil fuels. Northern Ireland will never be able to compete with global fossil fuel prices so this whole project is a damp squib. Who would spend millions on the next stage. Oh, probably do another raise of expensive capital for this pipe dream.
Why can’t INFA/H&W ever find large long term investors and a management board that puts equity in rather than crippling debt, share options and dilution. Nobby31 has got it exactly right. A few more millions extracted and then ….
My account never got shut down. Just counting my oil money here in Texas. Glad to see you guys are still here and probably by now own 0.0000000000001 of an original share with loads of debt loaded before you. I even seen your only ship this year was in for a few days and then you realised it was Russian chartered and allowed it to sail away rather than hold it as an asset to help the world. Anyway …lots of work to do here in Texas.
Spud etc - it is the same messages of blind hope for the past 5 years. Raise equity, dilute existing shareholders, spend the cash on management, share price falls ..raise equity, dilute shareholders,
spend cash on management, share price falls, ... come to the US and the oil rigs of Dallas to make money.
Is the DK debt all gone now or is there still borrowings against the site? Difficult to raise more money if there is a charge still sitting there.
....dilution after dilution after dilution....poor long serving shareholders
Now that was funny. Well done JW.
Do you really think the BoD are working today? Just because they tweet some pictures that the workers sent them from Belfast?
Spud - be careful or the board will accuse you now of being a INFA protestor.
Droderick - You clearly missed the point (and my humour). Point 3 isn’t about the content of my or Speedys posts.
On item 3 Speedy I don’t have much choice as the share price keeps going down. I could say the same about you .. you post when it is going down as well.
Despite most times being on the other side of our debates Spud, I genuinely am annoyed for the long serving shareholders. Many guys have been in here from the Woodburn forest days and just get kicked with dilution after dilution and falling share prices. INFA has the most loyal group of small shareholders on this board but the hope messages have been abused by the BOD.
There is a lot of “bring and share” emotion and long life sharing essays on this board. Sounds like people are viewing INFA as pension asset or “money people can’t afford to lose” asset rather than what it really is - a punt, a risky AIM list stock where the share price goes down (and sometimes up a little). Right from the beginning oil exploration days, the BODs played a risky game with shareholders money and abused communities. Let’s hope this next chapter is a more positive one for everyone because the history isn’t pretty.
The BoD have got sidetracked with the fundraising and h&w acquisition. It is a very small management team and IM has suffered. There are only so many hours in the day and H &W is a monster turnaround project with large monthly cash burn so this must take priority
Reading the posts today, I can feel the anger and frustration of long term holders. INFA has always been run as a company without cash and this means shareholders get diluted regularly when the BODs need money. It doesn’t really matter to BOD if there are delays as they still get paid and when they get close to running out of money they can dilute shareholders more...as they have done for years. They need to run the company for the shareholders SP and not for their own cashflow and lifestyle.
Who rattled your cage Steeldam? Let’s hope your stock picking is better than your character analysis. Never protested at Islandmagee or stood at H&W - Infact only heard of Lisadee one Sunday when she appeared on this board.
