Stokey .. you did well to be the first to spot this beauty as being scheduled to arrive today but her sister Isle of Inishmore was one our very first customers .. more good news on the way with a totally new customer coming soon .Watch this space !!!
It would seem that the Epsilon is a new customer. If that is correct then hopefully we will see her sister ships coming in for dry docking soon.
I'll be adding a few more next week
According to the Belfast Harbour website the Epsilon is scheduled to be in the Dry Dock until 18 March. If I recall someone posted an article from the NI ferry website that two Stena Line ferries will be going into dry dock from around 15 March until early April. So for the next month there will be at least one vessel docked in Belfast.
I might add, hopefully it’s new blood, I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it’s not Loose, Dawski or Nobby topping up! ;-)
So agree pacman27 bodes well for the future good addition to work from Stena.
It’s also reassuring to see our 50k buyer, still about.
Great news - link below:

According to vessel finder. Can't recall who mentioned this but great heads up and thanks. Very reassuring to see more work at h&w
I wasn't aware of this. I see linked shipping traffic on the map in the article which may provide opportunities

Hi All - Detailed below is my answer from DAERA dated Tue, Feb 9, 2021 on the subject of the ML & suggests that we will get an answer soon but what that will be I am not sure I suspect that things will get carried into April the kind of thing that happened with the EU grant money.

Dear Sirs,
Thank you for your reply of the 18th December 2020.
I would like to clarify that agreement has been reached between yourselves & Infrastrata Ltd as detailed below being an extract from their Annual Report & Accounts year ended 31st July 2020
We have further been advised by DAERA of their intention to make a formal recommendation to the Minister for Environment on or before the end of the first quarter
of 2021.
I look forward to to reply on this matter & would add the above details are to be found on pages 11 & 12 of their published accounts.
Regards
Xxxxxxxx,

Reported on 23 Feb 2021
https://www.thehighlandtimes.com/news/2021/02/23/isles-mp-hears-infrastrata’s-ambitious-plans-for-arnish/
Most likely people have seen this already:
"Na h-Eileanan an Iar MP Angus MacNeil (pictured) spoke last week with the CEO of the firm Infrastrata to discuss plans to revive Arnish yard on the Isle of Lewis.
Mr MacNeil discussed the plans with CEO Mr John Wood.
The plan includes the creation of a good number of new jobs including 32 apprenticeships by 2025.
Mr MacNeil said:
“I had a very good call with Infrastrata about Arnish.
Their plans would seem to be in tandem with other operations that they have, although Arnish would be looking to stand on its own two feet.
“Infrastrata has a good reputation for productivity and quality, which they say Arnish also has, and hopefully there will be an opportunity for apprenticeships there.
“They have a good track record in this area and know the business well.
“They are doing quite diverse things to end the boom and bust and to keep the steady stream going at Arnish in various areas.
“It is not for me to give details of what they hope to do, but them seem to have their feet on the ground and are ambitious for the future of the Arnish yard without the peaks and troughs of work.”"
Many thanks Stokey ..
Bubble2021 In relation to your 12.49 post the exact wording of the email I received was 'An email will go out later today confirming details.' I am not sure what is meant by email in this context it may be that those who attended either the last Roadshow or the EGM will be emailed as they would have those emails. If that is the case I will post the details when received.
News today Stokey?
Also, I know how to spell "licence"...
We can but hope.
In my experience decisions are not made quickly in NI. Planning take forever. Decisions take forever. Conveniently blaming covid for every delay as it hides the inefficiency of civil servnts / councillors and politicians.
Many of the councils like to grandstnad to make a name of stnading up for the people when in relaity they are delaying progress.
How many years has this now been on hold for consultations?
Chrisatrdg In relation to your 10.46 post I have been informed that something will be coming out later today with details.
We know from Rishi about the English freeports and are waiting for the announcement of the Belfast freeport. The October 2020 consulation document talked about "Freeports in every nation" and working with devolved administrations to establish at least one freeport in each nation including NI.
Any indications as to when this is likely to be announced? The news cannot be far away and would be a gamechanger for NI. (Belfast over Larne presumably)
Will it be Singapore on the Lagan?
Are we still on for a decision to be made before end of March(2021)
How convenient.
I have just checked the eventbright link for INFA & there is no event set up for 10th March & at this late stage there would be.Take it that there will not be one on the 10th March however I expect one in April or end of March which is when I am expecting 'Breaking News' as they say on CNN.
I see the current SP as an opportunity to Buy just my opinion.
ThisTimeNextYeer In relation to your 10.32 post I have asked repeatedly about this but have not heard anything I was in fact expecting an RNS about it this week. I will see if I can find anything out.
