Tango1 In relation to your 15.40 post as far as the interim results go I am with Loosegoose on this. I am expecting the interims to be published at the end of April as they relate to a period that ended in January and INFA have three months to publish them that means they have to be published on or before the 30 April. Revenues that will be reported will be higher than in the corresponding period last year the question is by how much. Based on what was said in the Annual Report a figure below £7m is likely to disappoint the markets.
Loosegoose, many thanks for link building things up nicely ....
We will know when we have made it, it will be when JW decides he has a contract that is material and releases it. Looking good and thought this month would be the game changer but lets see what JW has to say.... Not holding my breath regarding interims.
Exactly. Moving from a front loaded capex cash out position to closing out the capex projects and moving into cash generation. Smaller work but it all helps with credibility, reputation, jobs, cash, skill acquisition, experience etc. Am looking forward to seeing the interim financials in the coming month or so.
Loosegoose In relation to your 11.53 post this gives INFA three vessels being worked on across two yards that should help the cashflow that BlairPeach and whatamess seem concerned about.
Just saw this. First fishing boat arriving at Appledore to keep the barge company.. https://www.linkedin.com/posts/harlandwolff_madeinappledore-hwappledore-readytogo-activity-6774653390170423296-owX4
I believe that news from INFA with regards H&W will be dependant on the various MOD announcements in March which will take us to the wire in this first Qtr ending 31st March 2021.However I am guessing that once the gates are completed at Appledore hopefully this week we will hear news of their first contract but H&W will be after the various MOD announcements in March.Still all to play for & only 18 working days left in March including today before we get an update/news on the ML.
I have just noticed that the first day of this conference is the same day as the statement to the House on the integrated review. May not be much of a coincidence as by convention major policy statements must be made in Parliament first. The earliest that the statement will be made in the House of Commons is 12.30.
Chrisatrdg In relation to your 19.49 post of yesterday I found the last paragraph very prophetic. We will probably see in two weeks what the future is for sovereign vessels work at Appledore and Belfast is.
The article link below makes for an interesting read on Appledore's past which could become its future again.

Thanks Stokey12. I'm seeing this article which says that the Integrated Review will be published on 16 March and a Defence Command Paper published on 22 March.

Great info this morning thanks everyone
I have just seen this https://www.niferry.co.uk/irish-ferries-epsilon-visits-belfast-following-ulysses-return-to-service/ it would seem that ISLE OF INISHMORE is due to enter dry dock in April for around three weeks. No indication as to where it will dry dock but as it has dry docked in Belfast before possible that it may do so again.
Killik 9,839,787 12.09%
Lombard 7,772,000 9.55%
Crux 2,814,523 3.46%
Octopus 2,531,655 3.11%

With all these 50,000 buys, I’m hoping for a holdings notification sometime this week
Not sure if this has already been posted, but things are starting to move, planning wise

Very interesting article here. The mod FSS work may not be the only work to come out of the integrated review. I give you... research vessels. H&w even name dropped, although purely speculatively.

Dawski. I recall you referring to SS INFA and her anticipated voyage when it was just Islandmagee, but now with diversification into shipyards your rather cryptic messages are suggesting cause for short term optimism......roll on March
Wow,Speedy ..good memory as it was in the good old days of stormy seas, remember !! Now that we are nearing the end of the first part of the second voyage with landfall in sight, I will indeed eat my hat if we have not landed by the end of the month ..though we have quite a bit of work to do on land in April --you will know where I'm coming from !!
Chrisatrdg. I second your comments re: dawski with one exception.......I never believed he ate his straw hat, as he said he would!
stoked12 One person I can trust on this board is dawski37 he is head & shoulders above some that post on this board not to mention names. dawski27 is also someone who like me has been with this project from the dark days under the 'old management'.
dawski37 Thanks for your 16.09 post I hope I did not cause offence it is just that I prefer information which I have independently verify or comes from a source that can be trusted.
Stokey , The source is viable contacts within the ferry industry so be assured that work IS coming our way and that it will be good and result in a significant spend or at least more than usual recently .!!!
dawski37 In relation to your 13.08 post may I ask what is the source for suggesting a new customer may be coming. I just hope some of the people who comment on JW's LinkedIn posts would instead of congratulating him would drop some large contracts.
LSE03 In relation to your 13.27 post I note that the date of the publication of the detailed plans is just three days before the Commons goes on Easter recess. I wonder how detailed the plans will be if they actually mention firms as strategic partners that would be interesting. Leaks are likely the week of the 15 March.
