Only as an add on to my post. I am concerned that the selling pattern today may indicate another money raise. More Riverfort?
Setanta- I Hope not but as long as JW has exceptional explanotory comments if it is the case, I would still be holding- I have penciled in (for my own targets) FEB-2020 for absolute finalisation of IM is happening.
Setanta, they need money from somewhere - a lot of it, and fast! No point making a conventional placing at these price levels.
This "storm" has been raging for over 9 months; forget the rampy-pumpy 2p+ in January, I take the placing at 1.25p as the benchmark, following which there has been a relentless slide in the share price. Bar a quick bit of blue in October (allowing some to exit, no doubt), every piece of news released has hammered the share price further.
Milestones have quietly slipped, goal-posts have moved, focus has disappeared.
Like any bulletin board, INFA has more than its fair share of happy-clappers (as well as some outright deluded weirdos); it seems the cold light of day is bringing out the realists too.
Blair, all milestones have been met, only release of tender documents held until DAERa give timescales which is perfectly reasonable. I take it you are not a holder?
Just noticed Blair only ever posted on INFA since joining in JUly19 and every comment negative- Blair go forth and join your Protest community in trying to ruin NI's future- MUPPET!
Tango,
I held my counsel until recently, as I am not a fan of bulletin boards, or social media in general. Put my posting down to frustration, in part with myself.
I hold several million shares in INFA and am well underwater.
The last thing I want is to see the Islandmagee project derailed - be it by local opposition or internal incompetence!
Remind me, during the interview in July, did JW not as least hint strongly that EU funds would be received in September?
Did he not also state after the abrupt (and farcically explained) departure of GL in March that a replacement would be installed by the end of September?
As I have stated before, I care not for massaged, retrospective RNSs. What has been stated cannot be unstated; it can, however, be explained.
The fact that it has not is the cause of my greatest frustration.
Resorting to personal insults does you no credit, however much you disagree with the content of a post.
Blair,
"I take the placing at 1.25p as the benchmark"
Why use that particular figure as a benchmark? the sp has been nowhere near that level for over 9 months? the latest placing was done at 0.45p?
Bit of blue in October? allowing some to exit? again I think you need to do some research? as what has gone on in respect of the share price issue.
Milestones have not slipped as far as I am aware, apart from receipt of the EU funds, which is out of the hands of the directors unfortunately, all other milestones have been met. Read the RNS's
What is correct is the fact Infa need to raise lots of cash, and they already have via a loan of up to 2.2Million so far, they need more and I suspect they will obtain it and it will not be via equity at this stage because as you quite rightly point out the sp is too low to raise substantial amounts currently.
All building to an exciting end of year finale imo, ignore the day to day movements at the minute in the sp, lets see where we are in 3 months time!
By the way, am I a Happy Clappy? whatever that is in respect of a share! I must be on the sidelines constantly chanting,
Come on Infa come on Infa All together now.
Mr T
Blair- My advice to you then is not to fuel the protesters and shorters as it is going to hurt you even more!
Talk negative and there are sheep and shorters that will emphasise that negativity, if nothing good to say- Like your mother probably told you "SAY NOTHING" especially on a bulletin board that is going to achieve you nothing positive.
Buy a Cat and kick it!
Disappointing day maybe for long timers but very opportunistic afternoon for new openers like me :) As with others here I have full faith in the gas cavern concept and that finance for construction can easily be secured and revenue from operation can more easily flow than the gas in and out of the pipes. However, I will reiterate that I’m investing in this for Islandmagee (like most of the original SHs) and continue to be wary of the shipyard subsidiary – yes it should reduce costs/speed up construction (why rent Larne quayside when you can your own one for logistics) but I am not holding out hope that Harland and Wolff will make any money for his new owners. Yes politicians (or ex H&W Chairmen) might propose pipe dreams of building all navy vessels in all UK yards but no ship or even part of 1 has been built in Belfast since 2003 and it seems Defence Contracts progress slower than Brexit so I hope JW concentrates his new steelworking and welding crew on getting IM up and running so we can all get returns out to start spending :)
