Its not looking good, I sold out yesterday at 43.09p made a massive loss and never slept last night, but seeing it falling again today, I am glad I did.
I wish you all the best
Looking pretty bleak. On a downwards spiral.
Even if it jumps 50% it will only be back to the price it was last week. :-(
I'm not so sure..as I mentioned yesterday it appears that we are closer to a decision and naturally those who are risk averse wish to dispose of the stock. As always,we'll be the last to know. But, I'm still holding!
I believe based on what's best for America, there will be a settlement. I believe some big cash is going to roll in here fast. If you are out, you will miss £2 per share minimum. I am going nowhere but in.
It is not about what is correct, right or best for America, in teh situtaion we all find ourselves in today.. It is about what is legal, what is right and what is within the law and there will be people a lot closer to what is going on than us and if there was a hint it was going the way of Individor (and trust me I was shoping for a long time, that it was), these shares would be well over 60p even 70p right now.
Well maybe US law is this instrument of pure unadulterated justice you claim and indiviors crimes against marketing have finally caught up with them but that sounds like a load of old crap to me however it goes.
I think if anything had been agreed to delay the hearing we would know..
Understandably investors appetite for risk has changed due to the
huge impact the Coronavirus has had worldwide..and that has
impacted the sp of any stocks..but nothing has changed here
the DOJ saga needs to be resolved and INDV continue to run
a sound business with a very good cash position...VGLA!
should read many stocks....not any!
Well said Manifesto, LTH's are in this for the end result and I also believe it will pay off. The SP movement at this stage is irrelevant unless you want to trade this share. Personally, I top up my holdings when the SP gets to silly low prices. I have been fortunate enough to do this on several occasions and currently I am extremely happy to hold. I can understand why people get frustrated with this share, however, you are either in or out and you need to ignore the current SP trends.
GLA
Sorry Joe...just seen the article on Bloomberg..
so that has caused the drop.......!
Please post link
No problem Manifesto, this article was released 18hrs ago and to be fair was not unexpected, the end result here was always going to be a fine and I have every confidence it will be an easily managed amount.
GLA
Agreed Joe...I expect INDV were waiting for this result...and most
likely will settle now, and as you say this should be easily managed..GL!
Yes a good settlement will bring it way higher
Its already 8.56% down across the pond and the market has only been open 40 minutes. I was a massive supporter of this stock, but even I have to admit, they have wasted millions fighting a battle they could never win. The only winners are the shorters, teh solicitors, barristers, etc, etc. They would ahve been better off agreeing a settlement earlier on. Can only see this falling.... until an agreement is made! Good Luck longterm holders, I hope I am wrong
d4ve, they were denied the chance to agree an early settlement ...... Most likely they now have this opportunity, pre trial settlements are usually the norm in these cases. Don't get me wrong, anything can happen, but I would not be surprised if a very reasonable settlement is agreed, even more so with the current circumstances with regards to the Coronavirus outbreak.
GLA
Joe, I hope your right..... Last thing thats needed is for it to go teh whole distamce and then lose. With teh money they have in the bank, they need to throw some of it at a settlement.
Your right d4ve......the legal boys will definitely be lining their pockets regardless.......all the very best with your other investments and I fully understand your frustration with this share......I decided several months ago to simply ignore the daily/weekly/monthly SP movements as I strongly feel I will end up with a good return on this one, however, no one knows for sure.

d4ve Indivior were previously in advanced discussions with the (DOJ) as far back as 2018 about a possible resolution.
But they learned from U.S. Health and Human Services/Office of Inspector General (HHS/OIG) that the proposed resolution could likely result, in HHS/OIG’s view, in exclusion. This represented a change in HHS/OIG’s interpretation of its exclusion authority. This change, and HHS/OIG’s view that the proposed plea by Indivior could result in exclusion from US federal healthcare programs, was confirmed by HHS/OIG . These programs are material to the Group’s revenue.
• The Group continued in dialogue with DOJ and HHS/OIG and, believed that a resolution was still possible.
It became clear that an alternative resolution with DOJ and HHS/OIG would be necessary. DOJ then did not give the Group sufficient time to negotiate any alternative resolution that would work under the new HHS/OIG interpretation.
So here we are in 2020 and we still don't know what is going to happen.
Been looking at this one and I feel it is one which could double overnight. But from where? 20p to 40p? 25p to 50p or 40p to 80 p?i
It could be 10p to 20p who knows?

2reincarned, you must be a fellow country man, you posted twice to be sure to be sure :-), I do agree this SP will double overnight and soon after quadruple...... :-)
GLA
They have not lost yet......How many cases go to Court here
because it is thought there is a case to answer some win and some
lose...If INDV have gone this far and not settled they may just go all
the way and then a Jury and not one Judge will decide.......all
possible outcomes still on the table at the moment......ask
Goldman.........VGLA!
Well put Manifesto, we all need to chip in and fly you over there to sort this lot out.....(first class ticket BTW) :-) Bottom line is the SP for this company is being traded at a ridiculously low price all things said and done.
GLA
You're on Joe......!
2 decent buys after the UT just popped in.....maybe there will be a twist afterall ! GL.
