Pangolin,
it's always difficult to change the FDA doctrine ....
seems more likely
Nolupus,
LLDAS seems me a more broadly defined endpoint but one that seels more likely to fit for patients relief. Why shouldn't FDA accept this?
thanks.
Been at least 67 days now since FDA SPA was filed (RNS is 67 days so could have been prior), 22 days over antispated due date. Surely we cant be waiting much longer now?
We should have a different viewpoint this time round , as it's really Avion who are paying and driving this P3...
They will have chosen a different approach to this P3 and therefore we can be a bit more confident , imo
That said, i still believe that if the FDA continue to use only BICLA or Sri, as primary endpoints , our chances of passing will be reduced ...
I hope that all the lobbying of the KOLs will finally pay off and that LLDAS will be approved by the FDA as a primary endpoint.
Will just have to wait and see
as the end of 2023 approaches.....
sk, good morning. Only started to look at IMM with any interest in the last week and most of my info is from the run up to the previous trial. That said, I do understand the process of how the FDA agree the trial design. I assumed the data from the last trials would automatically allow the trial to go straight to P3 so I do now understand why some posters are anxious.
I just cannot see the MC achieving 50m as any agreed trial will have to go through the recruitment stage and will be many moths off. I know the trial will be fully funded but there is also the concern for investors that IMM may need to raise cash as 2023 approaches. I am sure that will not be a problem for IMM but no investors like uncertainty.
This is my only reason for holding off and sitting out of the markets entirely until we have the US election done and dusted but have to admit the high chance of an uplift in the sp is tempting when approval is given.
Rambling on a bit but just my thoughts. As you know the road to the last trial was a very long one for the both of us and I don't know if I have the motivation or energy to do the same again. The RvR is very good for those invested so whatever the sp does I'm sure it will be good for those invested at the current price.
leas, I think if we get the SPA we should be somewhere in the 20-30p region. It means Phase III can start which is a game changer here.
Most importantly, whilst an SPA can be obtained, the question is which SPA. Will it be an SPA requiring just one further Phase III trial - using the already finished trial as the other supporting data? Or will the FDA require two new trials if the protocol is changing significantly?
If it is the former, there is every reason for it to be game on for the share price.

I should add that it can only get rejected if IMM inform the CDER that it cannot meet their requirements from the outset and IMM already know the readout data from the previous trials.
As I have posted before, I do think approval will be given, yes it will give the sp a short term boost but not to a level where the company has a MC of 50m as some posters have suggested. Good luck and all the best if it does but when the day traders have had their quick profit it will consolidate and drift unless there are other developments outside of Lupuzor.
All opinion of course and all the very best to those invested
Leas
I tried to find the information on the FDA web site.
Could you please post another link.
Thanks
The FDA is completely independent of any drug company and you can search their database to see the application and whether or not it has passed, failed or still at the application stage.
The purpose of the SPA is about consultation on the design of the trial, what is required for it to be deemed a success.
IMM may have their own idea on what should be achieved, it may or may not meet CDERs so the trial design would he changed accordingly.
Morning
I don't doubt that SPA will be approved.
What I do doubt is the transparency between Avion and IMM in terms of keeping shareholders informed.
I have only come across Tim's reputation during discussions on this board. Yes it appears that he keeps deal up his sleeve but they are always in the interest of the company.
He may be sailing close to the wind in terms of releasing information to the market but i'm afraid we need to faith in him.
For what its worth (look away now halfbutt) I put a dummy buy through earlier and was quoted 11.17p
my take
they have the results but as long as in stays in private hands they don't have to make it public
Delay due to covid? I'm beginning to doubt.
Halfbutt
Thanks for your comment much appreciated
This board has a great cross section of personalities. And is not too busy sng and odx are mad busy.
When I use to trade on a more daily basis one of the fluctuating shares was RR.
If you look at the graph for rr it is a great shame how a backbone company like this can suffer so much.
People will have put the money in there pensions it us a crying shame.
I will sit on my hands with IMM
and hope for the best
Thanks 15.. bye the way think your posts are an excellent addition to this page....unlike mine...
