Not sure why you have an issue with me. I am not dense at all. Wish you all the best.

Smart commentary and as a fellow long termer here with 4m shares at a breakeven of 6p I agree with you.
I have been a critic of McCarthy over the years but I must admit he has surprised me with his commitment and tenacity in recent times in turning Immupharma around after Zimmerman and Demetriou were ousted.
His somewhat bizarre left field investment in Incanthera was laughed at by many here but could be a big winner for us.
The deal with the Alora group changed the landscape entirely and the exhaustive meetings and dialogue with the US FDA on the Lupuzor trials were highly commendable and management deserves their 2p options if it delivers.
We are in a totally different space today with 3 interesting drug programmes and our investment in Incanthera plus a reinforced Board with Laurence Reilly etc.
The announcement of commercial deals on Lupuzor and CIDP plus the anti infection drugs would be transformational for the company and the SP.
Fingers crossed

At GoldGirl, you got it, girl?

In general, If I find someone too dense, I move on to the next comment. I do not feel compelled to demean or otherwise. Ramper/deramper(s) are equally ignored.
I am a LTH who have not commented on individuals from IMM’s BOD and fortunate enough to have been able to heavily average down in November 2023 from 158.47 to 4.84p. The latest SP rally make me feel more comfortable but my view remains the same, till trial, this is still a gamble.

You were right to question the expiry date of the warrants.
Lisa has confirmed that the warrants are exercisable at any time UP TO the Expiry Date of September 2024.
She acknowledged the confusion caused .
So Immupharma has 6 months left to exercise the warrants at 9.5p.
Good spot Wildbunch. 👌
We finished well today, 2.50p. I would really like this to be a re-rate. Company has tried reassure us in RNS and CEO interview, this is thr year they want to deals and we have a strong portfolio.

Hi Board,
I support the sentiment shared earlier by Alexander. As someone deeply invested in IMM for years and relatively new to this board, it's frustrating to witness the spread of rumors, misleading claims, and contributions from individuals who struggle to complete a sentence. This morning, I came across a post advising investors to sell, a clear sign that this trend of spreading nonsense needs to stop. If IMM doesn't align with your portfolio or short-term perspective, perhaps it's time to divest and seek opportunities that better match your criteria. Many of us are making an earnest effort to understand biotech and recognize the value and potential of IMM. Furthermore, I agree that both Lisa and Tim are more than willing to engage in meaningful conversations, I spoke with them last month. If you watched Tim's latest interview, you'd know he's happy to take our calls. So, instead of spreading rumors or posting false or misleading comments, let's go directly to the source.
Next time someone considers posting, please note the FCA warning below the 'Post Message' icon, which states:

Lordloadsoflolly,
I can appreciate a good joke, but not when it's at the expense of others or discredits individuals like our CEO, Tim. As far as I'm aware, both Lisa and Tim are always available to discuss any concerns with serious investors. I have personally spoken with both of them. It's easy to hide behind a screen and make silly comments, but I invite you to actually call Tim if you've got the courage. You might be surprised to find he's more than willing to take your call and address any serious concerns you have directly. Let's keep the discourse respectful and constructive.
AlexanderUK - you DO realise it was a joke?
As, I presume, was your assertion about "the effort and openness he has consistently shown towards engaging with investors."
Lordloadsoflolly,
That's simply not true. Asserting that Tim's responses are pre-recorded undermines the effort and openness he has consistently shown towards engaging with investors. CEOs, especially of publicly traded companies, operate on tightly packed schedules. It's naive to expect Tim or any CEO to be immediately available for unscheduled calls. If you have genuine concerns or wish to discuss important matters further, demonstrate some initiative and arrange a meeting. Directly accusing or insinuating without taking constructive steps doesn't help anyone. If you're bold enough to make such claims here, I'd urge you to have the courage to address them directly with Tim. Let's see if your convictions hold up in a face-to-face discussion. Let us know how it goes!

Thanks.
I am not sure that it does! I quoted from the RNS in August 2023 which seems to be contradicted by the later RNS.
Probably makes no difference-IMM should be able to get hold of the money needed if INC continues to power upwards.
Are any posters Scientists?
The spread is looking much better now, i would say primed to move up.
I will let you know if i het through
GoldGirl - that answerphone WAS actually Tim speaking to you.
It’s well known everything he says is pre-recorded.
Thanks Peter, will read in free time. At moment my focus is IMM. I gave Tim a callas wanted to discuss more but unfortunately went to answeing machine.
Hopefully he will call me back
