Lordloadsoflolly,
I can appreciate a good joke, but not when it's at the expense of others or discredits individuals like our CEO, Tim. As far as I'm aware, both Lisa and Tim are always available to discuss any concerns with serious investors. I have personally spoken with both of them. It's easy to hide behind a screen and make silly comments, but I invite you to actually call Tim if you've got the courage. You might be surprised to find he's more than willing to take your call and address any serious concerns you have directly. Let's keep the discourse respectful and constructive.
Lordloadsoflolly,
That's simply not true. Asserting that Tim's responses are pre-recorded undermines the effort and openness he has consistently shown towards engaging with investors. CEOs, especially of publicly traded companies, operate on tightly packed schedules. It's naive to expect Tim or any CEO to be immediately available for unscheduled calls. If you have genuine concerns or wish to discuss important matters further, demonstrate some initiative and arrange a meeting. Directly accusing or insinuating without taking constructive steps doesn't help anyone. If you're bold enough to make such claims here, I'd urge you to have the courage to address them directly with Tim. Let's see if your convictions hold up in a face-to-face discussion. Let us know how it goes!
Flash, let's talk tax planning since your financial literacy seems to hover around zero. From my £32k at an average of 0.97p, I snagged 3,298,969 shares. That tidy move netted me nearly £30k profit, with £10k smartly set aside for CGT until my accountant confirms the final tax bill. That leaves me £20k to enjoy as I please, got it? Planning for taxes and success, ever heard of it, or does that concept sail over your tiny head amid your relentless negativity? Smart investors made hundreds of thousands from the recent price increase, why is so difficult for you to believe that massive profits have been made here? We are over 100% from the bottom. I still hold £27k worth of shares bought at an average of 1.45p and another £12k at an average of 3.20p from June last year, and I'm not budging. Planning to hold for a couple of years and I may buy more because the potential is huge. Oh, I did not see in your last post, how much was your profit? Let me guess, zeroooooo? Get back to your rattle-box where you belong and quietly enjoy your happy meal, the highlight of your weekend. I'm off to enjoy my gains. Loooooser! Lol!
GoldGirl, I also think this year is going to be massive for IMM! Enjoy your weekend :)
Flash, here's a quick lesson: spreading unfounded, negative drivel isn't the same as sharing an informed opinion. Let's set the record straight: voicing "opinions" without factual backing and against the tide of recent RNSs announcements isn't just wrong; it toes the line of unethical market manipulation. Misleading the market with baseless assertions, recycling them like a broken record despite clear evidence to the contrary, isn't just irresponsible—it's borderline illegal so be careful with your words, if you have nothing clever to say then say nothing at all.
Meanwhile, I've pocketed over £20k from ImmuPharma's recent surge - that's real money, from real gains, thanks to actual knowledge of this great company and proper due diligence. How about you? Managed to salvage anything from your bitterness, or are you too busy being the board's resident broken cheap record? What is your agenda? Certainly you are not an investor. As per my wife? I am actually glad you asked! She is thrilled, because tomorrow, we're off to Sloane Square for some well-earned retail therapy, courtesy of my wins here, and planning an amazing holiday to the countryside to a top hotel. Then more gains will come from my current holding. Unlike some, I don't need to hide behind a veil of anonymity to spread fear. Winners focus on facts, losers on fiction, and bitterness. So, how's your portfolio looking, Flash? As empty as your arguments, I presume. Enjoy your happy big mac this wekend. Lol!
Dallo, thank you for the posts, hopefully, Flash will learn something from the informed investors.
Best of luck to everyone and good luck with your portfolios!!
Flash, finally embracing your inner clown bot, eh? You're like a bot with a massive glitch, endlessly recycling the same misleading posts. Maybe it's time for a system update, but I doubt there's a patch for ignorance and stupidity. The upgrade you desperately need is called "Brain" and "Knowledge", but it seems like you're running on ancient cheap software. Keep spinning those broken wheels; it's amusing. Just a heads up, the rest of us have moved on to smarter discussions. Try catching up, or better yet, stay in your rattle-box. It's where you shine, after all. Loooooser!
Flash, still spreading doom with nothing new? Your "pump and dump" cry is old news. ImmuPharma's on solid ground, far from your predicted downfall. Buyers at 2.4p aren't naive; they're SMART AND INFORMED buyers, investing in real progress, not your baseless fears, those who got in at those levels have 100X their investments, you are the only idiot here, missing out on a massive opportunity. Missed the growth memo, did you? Keep underestimating; informed optimism will prevail over ignorant losers like you. Your choice: stay in your dark rattle-box or see the potential. Your doom-mongering has become a tiresome act, repeated day after day. It's gratifying to see that investors have recognised your true nature, relying on solid facts. Loser! I've earned more from my investment in ImmuPharma this week than you make in a year, 30K? how about that? Time for you to leave, you cheap rat!
Cheers to the smart long-term holders at ImmuPharma! You guys saw the value when others doubted, sticking with it through thick and thin. Here's to more wins and proving the skeptics wrong. Keep believing, the best is yet to come! GoldGirl, welcome to the board, love the positive attitude! Long term holders will get the Ferrari, and short-term the roll-skaters or nothing at all.
Flash: Really, next time you pop out from that gloomy, stinky, and sad hole of yours, try pulling out a brain instead of those outdated misleading comments and pessimistic views, will ya? It's a spectacle, seeing you miss out while ImmuPharma's share price more than doubled. A round of applause for Flash, folks, the magician who could've made folks miss a golden run if they'd listened to him. Thankfully, wisdom prevailed, and nobody's fallen for his stupid act. READ! "Future cash requirements are fully expected to be met through non-dilutive income derived from the Company's portfolio of assets including, inter alia, new commercial deals on the development portfolio, including the non-US rights for P140 (SLE/Lupus); the worldwide rights for CIDP and for BioAMB. The Company is in active discussions with a broad range of potential commercial partners with the objective of completing deals across the portfolio in 2024." Read it again and again! You are a pathetic loser!
Moneymule888: What's your deal? Advising a short when ImmuPharma's only shown resilience and growth. If anyone had taken that advice seriously, they'd be biting nails watching the price soar more than 100% since you made your stupid comments, missing out on a stellar climb. Good thing the crowd's got more sense than to follow such gloomy nonsense prophecies. You are a loser and a pathetic soul too! Negativity and stupidity are the perfect recipe for catastrophic investments and life in general.
ImmuPharma's not just bouncing back; it's leaping forward, proving all the naysayers wrong. With every upward tick, it shows the company's underlying value and potential. So, to the bearish brigade, might be time to pack up the doom and gloom - this show's over, and the future's looking bright for ImmuPharma and its believers :)
CauldStream7,
Right on. Flash212 is just a sad clown, popping up now and then to spread his negativity like a disease. Honestly, if he's so unhappy with ImmuPharma, why stick around? If he's got any shares, which I doubt, he should just sell them. Maybe invest in a circus company; that's more his speed.
Flash, your act is tired. You're not helping, you're just a noisy stinky rat in the room. We're here for constructive discussion, not your baseless panic and misleading nonsense. So do us all a favor, sell your imaginary shares, and leave. This chat's for investors, not lousy, sad doom-mongers. This also goes of the rest of the clowns in this board! If you are not happy the door is right there, we will not stop you or miss you at all!
Flash, I was enjoying the well-informed dialogue from Dallo and Oscar until you decided to clown up and try lower the bar with your evident inability to grasp the situation. Your assertions about delays and funding strategies are off mark, contributing nothing but noise. It's disheartening to witness such a display of ignorance, especially when those of us who are genuinely interested in Immupharma's progress have to sift through your unfounded speculation. Do everyone a favor: try actually reading and understanding the RNS announcements before tossing around baseless claims. If you're not here to contribute meaningful insights, you might as well save your breath, here is a good start:
"Future cash requirements are fully expected to be met through non-dilutive income derived from the Company's portfolio of assets including, inter alia, new commercial deals on the development portfolio, including the non-US rights for P140 (SLE/Lupus); the worldwide rights for CIDP and for BioAMB. The Company is in active discussions with a broad range of potential commercial partners with the objective of completing deals across the portfolio in 2024." Read it again and again! You are pathetic!
Cheers to Oscar, CauldStream7, Dallo, Ginhall for cutting through the fog with pure RNS facts and constructive comments. To the losers prophets of doom, ever wonder why you're here, relentlessly peddling negativity and false rumours? Is this your idea of fun, or are you just lost or sad or bitter inside? This board isn't your personal circus, we know you are all lousy clowns but real investors are here for grounded discussions. If spreading gloom is your agenda, maybe you're in the wrong place. IMM's path is for those who get the stakes with a vision, not for those who mistake it for a soapbox to shout from. Silence isn't just golden for the clueless—it's a courtesy. Can't align with that? There's the door, don't expect anyone to hold it for you! Your repetitive, hollow rants? Utterly tedious! Maybe it's time to educate yourself instead of polluting the airwaves. Boring losers!
Flash212,
Seriously? Your comment is way off base—like, in another universe off. Immupharma clearly stated, "no current plans to raise equity," and here you are, spinning tales of doom. Misleading much? Try keeping up with the facts instead of playing fortune teller. Your act's not just wrong; it's clownish!
The Company is in active discussions with a broad range of potential commercial partners with the objective of completing deals across the portfolio in 2024."
Check out the RNS or keep your comments to yourself! This board's swamped with the wild speculations of so-called 'investors' too stingy and cheap to crack open a document. If you're not serious about investing, then do us a favor and buzz off. We don't need noise; we're here for real insights!
