Why would anybody buy shares in a company that announces it has no value no funds and is delisting, closing business as it cannot be a going concern?
just a thought, All the best (and sorry for all losses!)
From 25 Oct. RNS: (extract) "No value will accrue to shareholders as a result of these transactions. The Company will arrange for the cancellation of the listing of the Company's ordinary shares shortly - the Company understands that the cancellation of the listing will take effect 20 business days after the cancellation is formally announced. A further RNS will therefore be issued in due course."
Guys, please note this is on LSE Main market NOT AIM. Many here seem to think this is trading on AIM. - please refer to RNS when they initially appear in UK market. Repeat - is on LSE Main market! and how they can allow this to happen?
nm
too true
Oh I agree Bruce. Some good stories too. I've had some great success with AIM but it's a mad house and often highly suspect. I'm not leaving, just was replying to Adam's earlier post about trying to understand it all
time will tell - I think it is herd mentality not with my money though
TBH, i am bit shocked that this can even be allowed to trade. NOT a GOING CONCERN itself should have warranted SUSPENSION in my opinion. 25 Oct RNS....extracts: "No value will accrue to shareholders as a result of these transactions." "IEH plc's remaining cash (which is limited) will be used in the orderly winding down or dissolution of IEH plc. The Directors are therefore of the view that there is no remaining value in the ordinary shares of the Company." ....Which part of Director's statement above did people NOT understand ???
Think you’re undermining PIs intelligence, they must must have done a little research before buying in, and therefore are aware of the risks..
please buy - I want o read your moaning comments over the next weeks
Thanks will watch for a while.
Hi, as I understand in London Minings case, the suspension was the end & holders at the time of suspension received nothing.
Buying a worthless company.... it would be wise to sell if you are in profit!
The Loan note holders only got 65% of their original invest and that is all the cash gone. No reprieve, no magic tricks this is a dying throw. So watch out for the crumble.. Best luck all..
If share price is say 0.48 then its suspended and company stops trading do you get final price. Sorry to ask but i am a novice
Hi, Markets trade ahead of events & pricing operates on an auction system. Sometimes exaggerating moves. London Mining Plc bottomed & rose about 1000% over a Week. Then about 2pm one afternoon it was suspended & disappeared from the screen. It is possible to make a lot of money trading or investing but you need to speak to someone who knows how the UK market works.
Looks like w major bounce about to happen.. Big gamble but 8m in for a small amount
Second time I've lost money on this company, first time it was my great gran's inheritance! This time my own $$! When will I learn? 2006 now seems a long time ago when IEH were carrying out a reverse merger of Dickie Walker Marine on the NASDAQ. That went to **** and I lost all my money, now 11 years on they're at it again! The one thing I don't understand is how on earth this company is still trading on AIM? How is it not suspended?
AIM is a top performing market this year. many good things like GVC ( now main board) Clinige, ASOS and BOohoo
we do not know if this is a dead cat bounce. In such a case a bounce then drops back and stays flat as its name suggests. this share is a disaster Motley Fools recommended it at over 200p and wanted a fee of 70. However I worked out the tip myself and wish I hadn't!
There are reasons why stocks bounce after a big sell down. With a little consideration you may be able to realise why. Its not rocket science. Some are named technical-bounces & in this case a dead-cat-bounce.
Something is going out of business anyway, there's not point in worrying about the rules any more.
God I hate people that try to sell another underperforming stock on the back of another one. What kind of scum does that?
