Re:alcfs55@17:05hrs.... Thought this might amuse someone,......https://www.islandhygiene.com/ or Island Environmental Services Ltd. Perhaps its a reverse takeover as collection of sewage is advertised as a specialist activity????.
Ive looked into the other IEH and they are Isle of Wight based and a minnow of a company. IMO this could be good for IEH as a JV with funding coming in raised by the ex CEO of RUR Hope springs eternal......?
Haha....have to do better than that Mr. B. Sanitation Services based on the IOW, happens to be mentioned in an RNS about a Company specialising in niche electricty production.....Hmmm.....whilst it can't possibly be the IEH who do nothing except niche electricty production. It may not be funded by our IEH, as stated in the RNS, but I'd bet they are closer to Rurelec than you know....or isn't that the point. You do know.
Re:Infapound@15:02hrs......The Company IEH Ltd stands for Island Environmental Hygiene Ltd and perchance happens to be into Sanitation Services..............Other than the substance of its product range is in keeping with the financial position of IEH I doubt very much whether the Loughborough IEH is in any position to fund anyone. However DYOR.
Is there another IEH LTD? Or our we looking to takeover Rurelec? Rurelec notes the recent rise in the share price of the Company and confirms that it is in the early stages of discussions with a consortium led by Peter Earl (former Chief Executive Officer of Rurelec), which may or may not be funded by IEH Limited, a company connected to Rurelec's joint venture partner in Patagonia Energy Limited (the "Consortium") regarding a possible offer for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Rurelec. Any light?
Re:Mysteryinvestor@13:04hrs....The pity of all this is that it has been public knowledge through RNS's but your friend "the beebong" verbally demolished anyone who dared to point this out...........If you have already almost lost the lot it might be worth while remaining in case they do secure an Order or two and the lemmings pile in again.......Long shot but there is not much else?......GL.
Think it's sell up and move on time for me!
Re:alcfs55@Tues19:30hrs.....Being a "dead duck", as Einstein said, is purely a matter of where the observation point is from that being observed.........In the case of Meditor it certainly isn't dead, but alive and well, whether IEH survives or fails (by just running out of cash), the terms of the CLN made sure of that.........As for the PI's, take a look at RNS 6607J, the last set of results.........The intangible "assets" are currently 8M with nearly 7.3M that of Patents........A look previously would show that these "assets" were 10.1M & 8.8M a year previously in 2016.......A further look will show that these values were 27M & 17.4M respectively at Oct 2015........The "goodwill" of a business ( that "fresh-air" which a business values itself at, for prospective punters) was 5.9M in Oct 2015, but is now valued by the Company as zero. Against this you must consider the 30M that IEH owes to Meditor, (which for the sake of discussion) works out at about 14p a share and you begin to see the scale of the problem.........If and when Meditor exercise their option to buy in at the agreed price, then the number of Shares in circulation will sky rocket. Perhaps some Green philanthropist will buy the CLN and re-capitalise the Company with Cash.......This calls for a rich philanthropist (a true visionary) who has more money than perhaps financial sense? I wonder if Mr Branson is interested in HFC's?
Dead duck? Too much buying IMHO.
I have enough to worry about here without having to consider the alleged unprofessional, inaccurate response to what purports to be a genuine business enquiry. If that was genuine, (I'm doubtful) then winning new business is going to be difficult with that quality of response. It doesn't breed confidence, so I prefer to dismiss it as the farrago of misinformation it undoubtedly is! GLALTH
That's exactly what I thought regarding the language skills!!
Why would they not? They are looking for a buyer so business as usual should be of little surprise.
This is some Share.........A Company teetering on the brink of running out of cash in a few months with a declared position of not being able to raise finance in the normal Markets, then we get today..........Not exactly Investment Grade Material? .
Re:Vickers88@Fri 22:20hrs...... I personally would be more convinced if your source had a better command of the English language..........It reads like English as it is written in Chinglish instructions from a cheap product.
I have been looking to use a fuel cell generator for a house development. This was the reply to and email I sent months earlier. That I received on Friday at 8.50 and then replied to. This was the reply to that ftom a business development manager. I am simply post g it as I thought folk here might find it of interesting. You obviously feel I am not being open. Well all I have done is copy and paste her reply. Make of it as you will. They are obviously still touting for business
And who told you this inside info ? Or can't you tell us that either!
Make if this as you wish. A communication back ftom sime enquiries of mine. "really pleased you are making your due diligence. It also puts you high on the list of my customers. Yes I am sure it scares you what you read, but just as you say, the companies technology is very good and we are being ensured internally that company is a going concern and we are processing as normal. I am personally calm as I know my order book and the kind of customers behind it. I can not of course share any details unfortunately. I hope you will continue considering our product. We really provide a very good value for money. The fuel cells are extremely good, the system has been developed over some time and is really neatly packaged. And CE marked in few months. I am confident we will be all right.
We all have our instincts. But the language of the rns can be read both ways. The assets are 1st class and they should get several buyers at the very least interested. It's how they negotiate then onwards will dictatate value...or a partner perhaps?
Well it's Friday wouldn't want to be out over the weekend
Any one see what's coming ??
???
Showing up
Yes plenty of buys good early morning trade
Yesterday at 11:41hrs a purchase of 83,477 at 1.90p...........This morning at 08:09hrs a sale of 83,477 at 1.56p. If this was the same person their efforts amounted to a loss of £284, or an 18% loss over the day...........It's even more interesting sometimes to compare the posts around the same period for "news".
Interesting Auto trades yes always good signs a big buyer there
