You don't hire a Bus driver without a Bus.... they must be expecting a flurry of contacts for some reason! Jim is in the UK... that's interesting in itself.
Why employ a shareholder liaison if the company is being delisted? have they changed their minds? should spark some interest
Exactly....so weird. Why appoint someone to look after investors relations when you are not staying on the market and the main shareholder owns 85% of the company?
Something fishy going on me thinks....but not going into conspiracy theory mode just yet :)
Why?
Tomorrow is going to be interesting. I'm sure the vote will go with the delisting, but it will be interesting how the market react. Will be have a further dip and then it comes back up or will it stay relatively level, or even rise..... I guess we will have to just wait and see
Generally I intend to buy in for a longer time period and personally I like to trade a bit and hold a Core for the medium term........hope it works out here......but if I'd bought in less than a year ago my shares would have cost me 10 x today's cost.....and/or I'd be down 90% odd....whatever way I look at it! Picking up the fallen knife off the floor?
I hope so! my little stake affords me 10x the holding than a year ago!

Yes and a couple nice big buys mixed in 30,000 buy just sneaked in
O, here we go with the small little buys again. Last time this happened the price went up by 30%
Thanks BurtonD.......I had previously executed two buy and sell trades in IBPO (made 10% on one and 1% on the other).....£50 profit..after costs......chump change for fun really and a few beers...lol
But yes sure the de-listing will go ahead...and the company will remain even more profitable I expect and dividends will be paid I expect...and eventually someone will want to buy my shares I expect.
Expectations may not be met......but I've decided to buy in.....and probably hold......or if/when they double from today sell half for a free carry on the other half and hold long term.
Worst case I lose my stake but see that is more unlikely here than a lot of other AIM shares I hold on in hope of (perhaps one day).....so I'll take the risk with expectations met or not!

“…The risks for shareholders holding on, or considering taking a stake, are clear. But there is the tantalising possibility that the boldness of those who do may be rewarded…”

Yes your right I was watching this closely yesterday it moved very quick with some good buys going through early afternoon.
We must get back around to 80p soon I would think.
It can move very quickly once you get a run.
The price action yesterday suggests they're out... probably started housekeeping yesterday hence the dates, expecting another TR to show below 3%...?
It is very wrong but what is clear that has held the price back. Very crooked but we should see a nice uptick.
2 Weeks ago we was almost mid 80s this will move upwards now.
Some good chunky buys going through.
I am sure we must test the 80s by Monday, We all know that this can move rapidly so the £1.00 plus mentioned on here could materialize sooner than we think.
As there is such a free float it moves fast.
I really dislike these delayed Tr1s, shouldn't really be permitted. Talk about a crooked system.
AXA must be out now... the late TR1 - should really be in the £1s remember it opened at £1.90.... delist yet but dividend at 20p+??
All IMO could be wrong
Some nice blue today hopefully a nice rise.
Can we see late 60s early 70s today.
Should see a nice uptick tomorrow 70s range possible 80s.
Some decent buys today, not exactly pocket change.
2 large trades gone through just after 1:30 pm. Must have been buys as the price went up quite a bit after that.....
Be great to see it hit 60p today that bodes well for tomorrow's rise.
Lets see how the afternoon goes.

I think we will test the 70s /80s tomorrow.
I say tomorrow when this moves it moves extremely fast.
Looks to be warming up for an interesting afternoon..
I sold out last week as I need the funds, I bought in again today I was confident that it would test the 70s/80s before voting.
I was told on here that I was talking rubbish.
When this moves it moves very fast I can see it doing 70/80 possibly by tomorrow afternoon.
Still time for something to happen.
Lets see how it goes.
Fascinating to see how this plays out. I only have a small holding in my HL account. May sell most prior to delist but happy to hold a few out of curiosity.
